Simplifies social
What do you like best about the product?
Having Hubspot makes keeping track of my social calendar way easier. It may not be perfect but compared to everything else that I've tried it's way ahead. Without it my social calendar and analytics would be a mess.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides to hubspot is that it doesn't let you upload videos to instagram and the amount of photos you can upload to one post are limited. If that were gone this platform would be almost perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My only problem is after scheduling a post I have to reload the page if I want to preview another post. The benefits though outweight the negatives and it's made my scheduling so much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try some others out but give Hubspot a week or so to let you dig into all the different tools. There's so much there to use that you probably won't even use all the tools. Whether you're in SEO, SEM, Social, or sales there are tools to help.
One of the most advanced systems in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a Web Designer, hence, the most beatiful feature for me is the easy way to make, publish and edit Landing Pages. Also for Email. Once I got used to the Design Manager, I started developing a bunch of Landing pages templates and Email Marketing templates. And when developed, we can change stuff before publishing which makes it easier to use one template for various subjects. The possibility to create modules makes it even easier the reusability of Templates. Once done, I don´t need to change on every template, just change the module and all templates using that module changes automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, it's not a complaint, more a developing suggestion. It's easy to create forms and edit them, but if I want to, for example, send my user to a specific page because of a specific selection of a dropdown item, I can't. Well I can, but I will have to code it. I know that this should be in the development section, but in my opinion, there must be more people eager to have some kind of this function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating landing pages and email marketing templates for specific events or campaings we make. Before I started here there was not a pattern to follow. Every user could select any template and use it. The first thing I aimed to do was to set a pattern for everybody to use. And also make use of the smart fields we can make.
Very pleased with the social media capabilities in HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule out social media posts weeks in advance in the social media tool in HubSpot gives me the time I need to manage community engagement and respond in a timely manner. The reports tool gives me insight into which posts are performing better than others so I am able to continue sharing content that our client's followers are looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more video capability in regards to the Instagram accounts through HubSpot, but they have already advanced their video uploading capability in Facebook and Twitter so I have no doubt this is something they are already working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has enabled me to more effectively manage my time as well as my client's social media accounts. The communities we are building online are stronger and our followers are becoming more engaged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a need for social media management, content management or more insights to consumer behavior, HubSpot is a great tool.
Solid CRM, great marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
Quite easy to use and is highly customizable. There are a couple of strange features missing (like the ability to organize CTAs into folders), but overall a very powerful tool. Since it's integrated with the CRM the data collection of user behaviour is really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Different pricing structures for different sides of the platform. Pricing based on contacts on the marketing side yet priced per user on the sales and service sides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use for 100% of our inbound efforts. Fantastic results so far.

Worth a good long consideration. Was worth it for us.
Overall Satisfied with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
The social media scheduling tool is extremely helpful and user-friendly. Navigating landing pages is straightforward, and anyone can easily figure out how to edit.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot doesn't post videos on social media. This would be useful, especially for Instagram, since that particular site doesn't have clickable links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updating company landing pages, reaching out to a wider audience, offering an easy way for other companies and organizations to contact us. HubSpot's training opportunities have made understanding the CRM much simpler. I feel like a seasoned marketer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the list filtering tool and social media scheduling tool. Workflow automation is also pretty handy and saves time.
HubSpot mostly great
What do you like best about the product?
My less technical colleagues can create landing pages successfully using templates. They're on brand and look good. i especially like that they're automatically responsive. The tool itself handles pretty much any MAP function in at least a satisfactory manner. The integrations are easy to create and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been some outages this year that have caused some issues, but other than that, it runs well. The inability to reset lead scoring is a major issue for us and many other customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're basing many processes on the leads score that we've implemented. It allows us to ensure only qualified leads/contacts are pushed to our BDR team.
Excellent tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot as a tool is that I can manage my entire digital marketing strategy from one place without having to log into each social network to publish on them. What I use the most and my favorite tool is everything related to email marketing and how I can segment by users and events by applying different tags to each one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some more advanced features are not so intuitive to perform. I have noticed that I can do many things within Hubspot and I have had to resort to external tutorials to be able to do them. I would love it if, in addition to the guides, there were videos to help us users who have little time using this tool, or learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a single tool, I can integrate Google Form and my website. Before, I needed to check access keys for each social network, log into each one, and publish the content. Now I do it all in one place. Similarly, with other CRMs, the emails I sent to my audience would end up in the SPAM folder, but with Hubspot, I can be sure that the client will receive my email in their main inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an excellent tool not only for publishing on different social networks but also for conducting email marketing campaigns and promoting various products like webinars. As a marketing analyst, since I have used it, I have optimized my time, being able to carry out large-scale marketing campaigns.
Good for a fast turnover lading page
What do you like best about the product?
It's fast to clone a page and use content/layout or structure that you already have
What do you dislike about the product?
To create the first template is hard and the CSS sometimes can be hard to use, as there are many levels and places to set it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast landing pages, good mobile responsive and contact forms
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's fast and reliable, but can be hard to some more refined configurations and does lack some advanced configuration like multiple field logic on the forms, or different URL on the submit form action, depending on the answer from a user.
If you have a full-stack developer in-house, this can help a lot, as most of the files/hubs that you can create on the design studio will be useful for multiple projects. There are design limitations for the emails and Hubspot is really severe with campaign delivery, if you got just a small amount of hard bounces, they will block your account right away
The workflow is far from perfect but is really useful and fast to set. If you understand the concept of false and positive, you can create a really complex workflow for your campaign in a matter of minutes

Loving HubSpot's Landing Pages!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of the landing pages in HubSpot. I'm able to create our pages as needed and tailor them to our needs. Whether I'm registering agents for a retreat or taking payments for a golf tournament, it's all at my disposal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be that it's a little more involved so I've had to learn a little css and a few other things but it never hurts to learn something new so I don't mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving communication issues. With over 350 real estate agents and 50+ staff spread over 11 offices from Tampa to Englewood it can be difficult to keep everyone informed. We've realized that custom landing pages tailored to our agents are key to keeping them interested and involved.

I don’t like how hard it is to make things responsive for different devices unless you know back end coding
