Review of LPs

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can link forms, GoToWebinar, and Salesforce campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I create a form and then go into Landing Pages and choose the form in the drop-down option, the information I chose in forms doesn't translate over to the Landing Page. (Ex: I choose the Salesforce campaign in the form, but when I choose the form within landing pages, the salesforce campaign information doesn't transfer over.)
Also, I don't like that I can't add in new objects directly to the LP. It's a pain to fisrt update the LP template and THEN go into the LP to add in the changes. I want to be able to just add in a space for a rich text field or a form space without updating the template everytime. I use SquareSpace quite often and they're UI for LP's is quite user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating our systems is fantastic (Salesforce, GTW). Also, being able to track the sources of where people sign up (i.e. social media, email marketing, etc.) is great. In addition, the AB testing feature is great and allows us to improve our bounce rate on the pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do it! Pretty user-friendly and you can quickly get support help when you need it.

What do you like best about the product?
The incredible support throughout the whole process, from on-boarding to on-going support. Everyone is always happy to help and always works to find the best solution, however long it takes. The platform itself is robust yet simple to use, which allowed us to get started quickly and start hitting and measuring goals right out of the gate. We were able to hit sales and marketing goals within the first two months of using HubSpot! The reporting within HubSpot is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. We have been using HubSpot for over 6 months now and are extremely pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where do I begin? We use HubSpot to do many things, but the most important are contact organization, email marketing, lead follow up, lead attribution, sales and marketing reporting, and building out effective workflows to create better automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are coming from an older CRM like InfusionSoft, the price point can seem a little daunting. However, I guarantee HubSpot will be worth every penny. We are very confident that we will be a great return on investment by using HubSpot for years to come.

User friendly CRM system

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service, always there to help. Easy to use. A lot of training materials. HubSpot Marketing Hub has everything I need to run successful marketing campaigns, analyse the performance of my Ads and create forms, landing pages and CTAs. Email: easy to create emails with the current templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
-Dashboards. You can have only 10 reports per dashboard.
-Integration with Sales Navigator, to import the contacts directly there. That would be awesome.
-Create more complicated dashboards with more than 3 variables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have an overview of the performance of my business. Automation marketing. With Automation, I can create workflows and organise the process of all my work. With Lists, i can track people who reach on my campaigns and create retargeting ones. Easy to use a Calendar and track your meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
At the same time, so easy to use and so complete. We use every single tool in Hubspot to generate, track, nurture and convert our leads. It makes our job much more simplier, automating a lot of repetitive tasks, enabling our marketing/CSM/sales team to focus on the added value they can bring, and not on administrative work ! Support and FAQ very appreciated.
Special mention for the customer onboarding :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of personalization on some points (on chatflows)...
Some issues on managing the social media tool (differenciate several pages on Linkedin for instance)

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a very useful tool for companies that carry out Marketing who wish to increase their sales, this software offers a complete suite of marketing, sales and customer service tools for companies of all sizes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a tool that allows you to make Marketing through my networks and web pages in an easy and quality way, nothing I dislike is great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a tool that gives me a very advanced system that helps us increase sales quickly because it gives us the option to carry out conversational marketing, it helps us design pages that adapt to different devices, it is amazing because at the same time I can manage my social networks and the content published on it, with HubSpot I can reach more people and increased sales, manage all advertising in a single software, in addition to its search engine system we always have an excellent position in the networks social.

It is a tool that allows you to have a good position in the Marketing market, you can promote your products and services efficiently achieving potential customers and boost your brand, products and services, Do not hesitate to use

Landing Page COS

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop grid feature and custom modules. Makes development much faster and also allows for great flexibility, which is always good.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at where things are connected such as images or pdf's - it doesn't track everything - so sometimes it says "not on any hubspot pages" - but it really is - just embedded in a different way than what the system recognizes. So you can't really trust it - however, if you could trust it - the tool would be invaluable, saving lots of time when re-organizing things in the landing pages. This survey won't submit unless you have a certain amount of words in it - which is not good. It only makes users add in stuff that either isn't true - or is just garbage to fit the extra words as I have done here. Why have a minimum word count? Please remove that from this survey to make it better and easier to complete. We are already taking the time to answer the questions, we don't need this extra word count - yeah ... done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brings us closer to a full closed loop marketing - which we are striving for. It is getting better all the time, connecting more and more of the platforms we use, so the analytics integration is very beneficial.

It can be expensive to run Hubspot,

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an extremely customizable CRM, and it is for that reason why we have chosen to use it. It integrates easily with email and marketing platforms, and doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge in order to optimize it's functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a very robust platform of 3rd party apps or add-ons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized how easy it is to manage massive amounts of contacts and companies without requiring a lot of manual work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are considering scalability and all the features you may not need immediately, but in the future.

Solid platform for marketing automation and social media

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is great as an all in one platform. For social media, I love that I'm able to schedule up to 15 posts in one click. I like being able to follow a user's journey if they completed a form fill as well.

It's very easy to learn how to manage landing pages. Very small learning curve there.

Love the automatic emails that are sent out when someone is enrolled into a workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside for me using the social media feature is only being able to post one picture on Instagram. I believe it's a limitation with Instagram though. Also, it's a little clumsy if the photo size isn't within the guidelines of Instagram.

Also, once a post is scheduled, you can't go back and edit the bulk action. So if I scheduled 15 posts and misspelled something, I have to go back and individually edit them all. That can be super time consuming.

I also think that HubSpot is expensive. It's sometimes hard to justify the price. But I'm sure there are features I'm not fully utilizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me streamline posting to multiple social media sites.

Creating tracking URLs as well. I can better track ROI for certain posts.

I use website analytics in my monthly reports. Great to see where traffic is coming into the site from. By creating those tracking URLs, I can really dig down into the data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There's so many features in HubSpot. Be sure to utilize as many as you can!

What do you like best about the product?
Besides being able to schedule content for the social platforms, you can analyze a variety of results on the dashboard you are able to build.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a report that allows you to see your followers broken down by month including your original number of followers versus just showing s list of who follows you and when.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wish you could export the data in the reports featured on the dashboard so you could track trends more easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is a great platform for tracking and monitoring social media as it allows you to schedule posts and see the interactions and reach of your audience with each post. The dashboard is a great visual to see trends and results within the social media as well. The chat online is a great and fast way to help get answers quickly and our rep is pretty good about getting back to us or jumping on the phone to answer questions or help set things up that we need. Besides social media, the email features are great and user friendly. The best feature in the email is that you can clone an old email allowing the settings to stay the same and coding part of the email to be consistent. This is great because instead of building out a whole new email, you can just change the wording for the updated email.

Absolutely Loving the Ads Tool!

What do you like best about the product?
The ads tool in Hubspot is glorious! It makes tracking results from my various ad sources and campaigns much easier from a reporting standpoint. I'm able to see which campaigns drove applications and how many of those were signed deals - all in one spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could select multiple ad sources / results and display them in one spot for comparison -- or tag them as related to each other to display the same data comparison. It'd be really helpful to see Google, Facebook, LinkedIn from a single tagged campaign in one spot for comparison/discussion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't necessarily say they were problems - it's more so allowing for an ease of workflow by limiting the amount of additional steps/triggers necessary to achieve our goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is great - I assure you it's the CRM you're looking for - Look no further!
