Incredible product feeling growth for our clients
What do you like best about the product?
All of the features in Marketing Hub allow us to spend less time on the tools and more time on strategy, experimenting and learning. It's impossible to choose one aspect of marketing hub that is my favourite, instead it is its ability to orchestrate campaigns across several channels and still be able to achieve personalised messaging. No more siloed platforms, hello everything in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
Truthfully, I'm yet to find anything I dislike about it! If anything, I can't always keep up with all the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an omnichannel digital marketing agency, HubSpot is allowing us to seamlessly run campaigns for our clients in one platform. No more worries around platform attribution. No disjointed systems or CRMs. Website tracking that allows for so much personalisation. And it's easy for our clients to learn and use ongoing too!

A huge upgrade from our previous software
What do you like best about the product?
Everything connects so well and is so easy to find. The way you can use contact data across email, lists, workflows is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet. we started it about a year ago and I have no complaints.

Helping increase our open rates and conversion rates. And track our CRM better

Marketing Hub has made it simple to revamp our newsletters and streamline our marketing lists.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the new updates with Marketing Studio announced at INBOUND. Looking forward to drafting our LinkedIn posts and creating a structured review process.

I don’t dislike much, however, I wish it would make it easier to pull analytics.

Segmenting lists and having one source of truth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for the platform. A lot of prompts and intuitive workflows for set up. There also a lot of resources at HubSpot academy to get started
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limitations for customization compared to other platforms. Best for standard out of the box. Think of HubSpot as a “generalist”
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A CRM, source of truth for marketing and sales instead of siloed information
We just moved to HubSpot & the assets it provides have already been a difference maker for our team.

It makes social media management a breeze. It’s ease of use has been leaps and bounds compared to other programs.

Still learning all of the features. Integration to our CRM has been tricky.

It is solving the ease of reaching our audience at a grander effort with access to multiple people throughout our team

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of HubSpot marketing hub is that all of my contacts and campaigns and companies stay organized. Marketing hub also gives me the insights into all of that data that I need to make informed and wise decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I don’t have more hours in the day to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are very small company of 40 people. I only have one other full-time marketing employee on my staff. Marketing hub, and all that HubSpot offers allows me to act like a team of five.
Some features are great some parts I feel frustrated without ai built in
