User friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
It takes no time to get set up and figure out how to use the system. Everything is intuitive and each of it's features has a use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular. Sometimes there's a bug which makes it difficult to move tickets in the deal flow, but I'm sure it'll get fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to prioritise and action leads much more easily. Allowing the team to access the database is useful when other team members are out the office, so we can keep things moving,

Easy to do, just spend some time looking around and you'll get it in no time.

What do you like best about the product?
So much bang for the buck. HubSpot has extremely technical capabilities while still remaining usable for non-technical people. The level of customization that is available has turned this into an invaluable tool that I could not do business without. Using HubSpot makes me feel like I have a full-time assistant as the automations are very helpful and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Due to the ability to customize so much withing HubSpot we have a third party company that services our account to ensure everything is staying connected and to work out any of our technical issues. Often times when I am putting together more technical marketing sequences we run into quite a lot of issues that can take several weeks to rectify before we are back on track.
Additionally, they are HARD on sales, it can get a little obnoxious how frequently they are trying to shove more modules they want you to subscribe to down your throat.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automations! I am now able to do a task that used to take me 20 minutes in less than 2 minutes, therefore, I am able to put so much more time into marketing and customer relationships.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be patient and realize it takes a bit to set up. It is worth every penny to have a third-party service provider to integrate. Take the time to learn the tool and educate yourself. I love watching the HubSpot weekly roundups that show me what is new in HubSpot. Additionally, the knowledgebase, University, etc have become invaluable tools so that I am sure to get the most out of the product.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is such a valuable tool to track sales, marketing, and analytics all in one place. Not only do they offer training on how to use the software within the platform, they also offer courses to help you learn terms, trends, and tactics that you can implement in your strategy. Also, their team is very quick to respond using the chat feature, which is very useful when you encounter an error and are on a time constraint.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot may turn some people off because of the price, but it is definitely worth the investment. But I do wish there were more customization features on certain things - for example, the contact form follow up emails to be styled more as your company's brand rather than a generic template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking data in one place to show other members of the company how we are meeting goals in an organized manner.

Definitely start with the free trial to understand what features your organization is going to need. This will also help you navigate the interface of the tool before committing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to create retention, activation and acquisition workflows to my B2B people on my website.
Creating lists and reports are very usefull to see where we are in the conversion funnel.
The A/B test feature is powerfull because you always learn how to create the most efficient landing page for your acquisition.

What do you dislike about the product?
The contacts page is not like most of the crms, it"s just a list of contacts, not very usable every day if you have a lot of SDRs.
For instance if you want to see the pool of contacts given to a sales team member, and see what are all the stages of these contacts, you must create lists, reports and also automate some properties with the workflows.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the lead generation process problem. I create landing pages with automation in text, CTAs, forms... They automatically change and are integrated with unbounce, very usefull !
It's also integrated with leadfeeder, that mean i am awara of who's visiting my website and how i can contact them later ? With Hubspot of course.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure of your product features, funnel and average buy on site. It's important to know your company well before buying this expensive type of software, it's important also to manage a competitive sales team. they will be users as well as market team and they will fill all the informations necessary for the market team to create lists, workflow based on properties etc..

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is great for a publishing company with various types of contacts. The ability to link Hubspot with email is also an amazing detail. Being able to look up deals and see all prior communication helps account managers and sales personnel alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can truly critique is the email/newsletter feature. It is super buggy and hard to use. There are too many things that need to be swapped out, reuploaded, etc. and therefore it is never a seamless process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not having knowledge of past conversations. Our publication just acquired another, and they have none of these abilities. I am learning how lucky we are to have them.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is an incredible platform that offers great benefits for the smooth running of the company. I love how it allows me to drive multiple clients and their commitment, all internally of the same utility. The creators of liability pages and emails are very simple devices and they look great. Similarly, I love the outside of the entire advertising area. Be able to place everything in categories assistance to separate each information in the possession sector an ocean of emails or occupation and search pages looking for one. I think it would be outstanding to be able to link campaigns with each other. In the same way if I am running the same campaign for an uneven year, I can expeditiously distinguish everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a very good platform but it presents some important drawbacks to highlight, for the optimal operation of the application. It is difficult to upload a video for publication. The free plan does not allow you to program different tools. The previous perspective at the moment of programming an advertisement is enormously small. The opening for order and lead conduction is incomplete, complex and difficult to perceive. It is excellent to use the original networks before your management entry. A more evolved tutorial is needed for the use, possibly some functions that may help to drive the software are unattainable because of the lack of understanding when using them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot is a platform that has given me great benefits in my company, from this platform it has managed to redirect my activities. As a small marketing group that works in an integral company, the composition with our Microsoft CRM has provided the collection of the correct contacts in segregated lists and eliminates the portion of manageable management work. Another superiority as an integral company is that it is a practicable platform for collaboration with marketing teams from all over the universe. We can distinguish notifications from others, create questions, recycle / trace content and develop our own social platforms. Achieving automated emails and programming social advertisements is a great space economy.

I recommend HubSpot 100% as an incredible communication platform designed for the corresponding management of the company, for the benefit of workers, customers and users, always looking for labor productivity and minimizing any type of expenses
Great website for resources
What do you like best about the product?
I started using HubSpot for school, but I now use it for work as well. There are so many resources available for marketing tools for businesses to grow their customer base. The best feature, to me, is the educational tools that even allow users to receive certifications on certain topics, like Inbound Marketing. Small businesses can really benefit from this as well because they offer many templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, I was mainly looking for resources for non-profits and I found it under the free Nonprofit Resources page. No complaints yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a nonprofit organization, we are often too busy or underfunded to have a marketing pro or graphic designer on staff. Fortunately with HubSpot we are able to use templates that have saved us so much time and money.

Make sure to explore the entire website, as there are lots of resources available.
Hubspot is one of the best CRMs that I have ever used. However, CRM's have flaws.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy to use hubspot can be. It's not a difficult platform to figure out how to use. Plus the integrations of other apps is very convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a bit cluttered at times. Like all CRMs there is not enough customization in terms of building what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass emailing, salesmsg texting, and tracking the stage of sales. The benefits of integrated apps are amazing!

There can be too much information. A lot of information logged on multiple records can be a disturbance.

HubSpot is a great system, as you do not need to use countless different websites and programs. With HubSpot you have the functionality of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Wordpress, and Mailchimp in one. You also don't need other services for CRM or support.

What do you like best about the product?
For Sales teams, this is one of the best. Being able to see the company, the lifecycle, where they were generated is great. The Academy is cheesy but informative.
The analytics it collects is great but you're going to have to pick one or the other when it comes to Google Analytics, since they both collect differently.

Slow updates, I assume unless you are a high ranking member of it, you don't get through to the people that can actually make helpful changes.
The changes they DO make are not often briefed in any update email, some days you will go in using one feature, the next day it is lost to time and space.. never to return. Except it's still there, they just forgot to put it back in the menu, oops.
The "Multi-Level Marketing" cult aspect if you are an agency. They want you to put Hubspot on EVERYTHING. I've seen some digital marketing agencies completely rebrand to be a Hubspot agency. If they're making money off it, suppose you can't complain. But if you want to reach diamond tier, you have to go all in.

It can be a good thing if you manage to do this but you won't get any special benefits from them unless you advertise the hell out of them on your own website.
