Useful for Content Marketing, Though Limited
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to schedule social media posts across Facebook and Twitter is great! It makes it easy to manage both platforms under the roof of one service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder leaves A LOT to be desired. Moving from SurveyMonkey to HubSpot for emails was shocking, as trying to build and modify emails in HubSpot is such a pain. They really need to redo this from the ground up. I would also like to see LinkedIn integration for social media posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email builder is not intuitive. The ability to quickly and easily schedule posts maximizes my efficiency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If an intuitive email builder is not required for your organization, then HubSpot may be for ypu.
Easy landing page creation
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to create landing pages and emails quickly to help with my campaigns. A lot of the pages I work on were created by our dev/design team, so now, I am able to create Landing Pages with a little bit of HTML knowledge, add CTAs to those pages, and see which pages and CTAs are performing well. I also like that I can A/B test.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed on several occasions that data we put into a profile is removed. We know we've added things like org name, size, and other data we're collecting in people's profiles, but we will go back and see some of that data missing. We've noticed this issue maybe a handful of times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot to run our Onboarding campaigns. I know Hubspot wasn't designed for this purpose, but it has been proven to be somewhat effective. The reason we are using Hubspot for this is due to the lack of funds in purchasing a LMS. Realized benefits... that we can crank out a new landing page series in about a week now to help with our campaigns that get traction.
Custom workflows and pipelines
What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature of the Hubspot where you can customize different workflows and pipelines. With the help of this, I have been able to move customer success and finance functions on the Hubspot in my current organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the current workflow is good, it would be better if we are able to move the deals in different pipelines in one step.
Eg: Deal 1 is there in 2 pipelines and if we move the deal 1 from stage 1 to 2 in pipeline one it should also move from stage 1 to 2 in pipeline 2 if the stages are same in both the pipelines.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently using Hubspot mainly for analytics purposes and recording of the sales and customer success activities. I like the custom features of workflows, properties, and pipelines.

Hubspot is a great tool for marketing and also can be used for tracking sales activities.
All in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to design templates and landing pages, schedule social posts, email (especially based on time zone- which comes in handy if your audience is based across the world), create forms, track performance of emails etc. basically everything marketing- all at one place. And the best part is Hubspot support- available 24*7 and very very prompt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes templates don't render well on mobile view- HubSpot should improve that. Simple things like padding, line spacing. There is a way to add the CSS code but I feel mobile view should automatically adapt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly targeting through landing pages Marketing automation, email marketing. It's pretty good- I can see the analytics nice and clear.

100% worth if you are a growing company and want to keep you sales and marketing activities planned and organised
Database and CRM Functionality for the Mobile Generation
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we were able to upload all of our existing contacts to Hubspot and preserve the data and fields of information that were relevant to our day to day needs in regards to customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer that Hubspot provide us a better initial understanding of the free aspects of the service vs the paid plans up front. We are very content with the service, but would’ve liked to know what features would come at a higher cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot has allowed all of our customer service reps to track, update, and create customer records in the cloud. All customer information can now be monitored by our team on the go and with ease using the Hubspot mobile app.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot fills many needs as a de facto database or CRM. As it is free to use with limits, it is well worth exploring.
Pleasant bulk social scheduling experience
What do you like best about the product?
1. Great social post scheduling tool that allows for quick and easy scheduling.

1. Inconsistent and occasionally inaccurate tracking metrics for social channels (especially twitter)
2. No way to quickly and collectively edit same post on all social platforms, after it has been drafted or scheduled.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved speed of social scheduling and bulk scheduling allow for time savings. Easy scheduling across multiple social platforms is very convenient and prevents mistakes. Email drafting and scheduling are also well designed and easy to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Solid tool for social media management, email, landing page creation and sharing and tracking performance.
Hubspot is SPOT on!
What do you like best about the product?
The entire concept of being able to schedule posts days, or even weeks, out is absolutely amazing. My recent promotion means that I have to travel quite regularly and this makes it seem like I haven't even left the office. I can schedule my emails and social posts in one setting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more information on the back end regarding who/what/when changed data in the CRM. If it was changed via a list, tell me which list, if it was changed because someone signed up on a landing page, tell me which one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can prove to the older staff members that shorter, more concise emails with targeted lists perform better than throwing all of our content at every person on our list.

Absolutely worth the investment! Take the plunge, do the trainings, utilize your resources and you WILL change your marketing life.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is all in one. I don't need to visit 5 different sites to manage email, social, blog, etc. Not only that, but I always have easy access to support to help me with almost everything I need. I love the hubspot team, and love the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you schedule or post on social via hubspot, GIFs dont come through until you're posting on twitter. But it will display and say that theyre displaying correctly. Also tagging can get really tricky and i wish they made that easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving our SEO for the blog, helping us strategize social posts, and crafting engaging emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The support is very personal and the syncing with others platforms is so easy. I hope HubSpot continue in this way because is so helpfully and think it's all i can say because i have not used the tools enough, but is very easy to understand it. Some times when you ask something in support just send you information that doesn't answer your doubt

I had a issue in syncing audience and i just contact with support and they fix the problem

Continue in this way and improve the tools that you offer us
Much better automation than Salesforce, tradeoff.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to automate tasks within Hubspot. The ability to track phonecalls, emails, and conversations between clients and coworkers is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked the lack of fields for accounts within contacts and companies. It is very little in comparison to Salesforce, making it hard to store all data necessary for proper consolidation.

Tracking and responding to email chains are very handy. The ability to see who has looked at what email, who has responded recently, or who has not responded at all.
