Best CRM ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has all features you may need - from dashboard where you can see collected analyzed info to your records going up or down per a specific period of time, as you set up. You can send emails, set tasks and prioritize your work which is excellent so you cannot fall behind your important and urgent work. Plus they have course on their Academy so you can always learn something new and upgrade your skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much that I would complain about, sometimes it happens that it experiences certain difficulties but the users are always notified in due time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping the records straight and keeping up with the most important tasks as well as database of information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try out Hubspot and you will see difference from the other CRM software.
A great software that has many great tools at a fair price
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a complete software, even in the free plan, and I love that about it. It's basically easy in any aspect (scheduling posts for social media, adding users, creating cards for clients, setting reminders), which creates a beautiful job at the end of the day. Its implementation with a great variety of apps makes it intuitive to schedule everything and setting it up in the calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have encountered problems with HubSpot a few times when it takes a lot of time loading pages, and I have experienced some bugs in the software, but I don't think it's anything serious to worry about, although I do prefer for them to not happen at all. They're constantly updating the software so that's a relief.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think most of my workflow benefits come from HubSpot. It was a good CRM software since the first day I tried it and it was easy to start running it. It has become a great platform to manage all the work with the clients I have worked with and the ones that I will work with in the future. It's not painful to use, it's clean and it does its job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It offers a great free version that includes every necessary and essential tool.
Simple and Organized
What do you like best about the product?
The tasks feature has been the most helpful for me as a regional sales representative. I can easily remind myself to follow up with leads via email, phone and in-person. I also really enjoy the business card scanner to easily upload new contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside for me is not being able to upload photos to a contact/company profile. When I have organized photos of properties that I work with, it makes my job easier and it is very frustrating to not be able to do this from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to become more organized. The tasks feature allows me to create reminders to follow up with prospects and clients. I am also able to track all of my deals very easily and move them through my sales pipeline. The ability to sync my work email to HubSpot is a game-changer. I can easily find out when my last touchpoint was and what we had discussed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are working for a small company, absolutely take advantage of the free version of Hubspot! It will be a game-changer for your sales organization and you will see a very positive impact.
Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Most important for me is the fact that the CMS is connected with all the operations of the firm - marketing, sales, automation etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platfrom is substantially optimised, there are still some features missing. For example, I would like to make the website dynamic in a way where it would automatically detect where the costumers are accessing the webpage from and land them on the appropriate translated site. Or to be able to have access to all of Facebook's options when posting from HubSpot - aka elements such as "create a poll" are not yet integrated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am mainly working in the Marketing hub - designing and creating adds, monitoring them through HubSpot in order to understand the relevant KPI's and reports. I am also doing content creation from time to time and post on facebook and linkedin for our company. But mostly I work with SEO and website optimization - been tasked with creating a landing page for various languages for our clients.

The thing I like best is that that it covers everything in one place. It gives us a single place to manage all inbound marketing activities and measure the success.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SEO tools are no match for SemRush or moz and could be improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inbound marketing challenges for us and our clients - the tools give us a systematic and holistic approach to inbound marketing that makes it easier to implement and measure.

There is a lot to it, so you need to commit a fair amount of time to strategy and training to make the most out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Marketing HUB Professional enables your digital process with high-customizing automation. In Krein we make use of it in order to collect warm lead for the engineering and industrial sectors. Super recommended!

We didn't find any feature we do not like yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot we are speeding-up our sales process. We are growing as an agency with the certification program, and we implemented new strategies do support both marketing and sales process of our clients
Super powerful all-in-one business marketing hub
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer number of tools we have in Hubspot marketing stack is awesome. We have most of the things for marketing operations already built-in and there is a marketplace for addons. So the customization capabilities are huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the idea of migrating the whole site to HS CMS. We still prefer our wordpress setup for most site tasks. But HS forms, CTAs, chatbot, and popups work wonders there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot CRM for Sales and the Marketing stack. The most benefits come from Workflows feature. We use it for data enrichment from HS database, marketing inbound automation, marketing emails automation, setting up tasks - lots of staff.
It is an amazing app which can be a best fit for an SDR role
What do you like best about the product?
The best I like is knowing the number of times my lead has opened the email sent by me and also can get know if they have clicked any links on my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be truthful there are no regrets using this app for my role it's perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to reach my leads by knowing the number of times they have opened my emails depending on that I can prepare my pitch to reach my targets.
Interesting product
What do you like best about the product?
Very very easy to use. What is nice and a major pro for HubSpot is that it is, as a product, a beautifully designed product with an easy-to-use interface. It has many many customizable templates and reports and also allows for seamless xls and xlsx and csv export features. These are note worthy for additional advanced analysis of the custom nature that individuals can run on their own local machines using excel or any other spreadsheeting software. Given these factors, HubSpot is a good product in general and worth considering for and business to pilot or implement fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue is that HubSpot as a product is still relatively new. Since HubSpot CRM is still relatively new compared to other major CRM players, there are many vital feature limitations. That said the team is working very hard to continually improve the product and push out version patches to add new features and bells / whistles
This said, HubSpot's emphasis on research and dev in 2018 and 2019 has mitigated many former qualms about the platform and there are updates being made to it regularly.

HubSpot is essentially a SaaS product that functions as a CRM for enterprises. It is a fairly good CRM and standard in the core functionality it provides. It is a good replacement for a more famous product like sales force at a much more economical or reasonable price point. Generally good.

Hubspot has a really good interface, regardless of if you’re a junior or experienced marketer, its product is easy to use and adopt with a team.
The Hubspot academy is a great resource with plenty of video tutorials and interactive learning.

The reporting isn’t as robust as I would like and possible integrations with other APIs isn’t as clear as I would like.

If you’re looking for basics to intermediate capabilities for a CRM, Hubspot is great. If you already have a sophisticated and mature system in place, it might not be right.
