What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy to use the tools are and how much documentation and training there is. Love all the analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
We use APi integrations to tie into Salesforce and we'd love for the API activity to be more robust

All email marketing for our advisor teams. Love the new tech we're giving to our advisors
Simplify marketing campaigns quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Automations can quickly get out of hand wi the too many versions and too many people contributing ideas and feedback with Marketing Hub I’m able to easily manage the campaigns and versions, plus quickly share the latest updates with key members of the decision team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get tough to easily sort through the different campaigns if you don’t develop a strong naming convention early.

Lead generation and contact communication.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a very thorough ecosystem as well as very easy entry for game changing marketing. The availability of alternate channels is probably the most important thing nowadays, including socials and SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
In order to gain the most out of the product you need to use as many products from hubspot as you can

By far automating campaign generation and delivery, as well as the results that are actionable.

I like that there are declarative tools to create content and easily push it out to our clients.

Limited custom coding functionality limit our org.

Allows us to send mass emails in a personalized manner, meaning better open rates.

Marketing Hub is the Best
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub has been utilized by my company for nearly 5 years. What I love most is the insights I get about my users when they take actions on our website or click our marketing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish that it wasn’t so convoluted, especially in regard to marketing contacts. For example, whenever I remove someone as a marketing contact, I can’t make them a marketing contact again. This model doesn’t always work well for my company.

Marketing hub is making it easier for us to learn more about our users.

The most I like about hubspot marketing is that I can concentrate everything in one platform. I use to have different platforms so I’m trying to concentrate all the information in one

The fast that is evolving and that I can keep it up the speed, and for my team is more difficult
