Everything a marketer dreams of in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Any action I want to be automated on any property, I can make it happen. The nearly limitless flexibility is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I say nearly limitless because there are some very obvious things that Hubspot should allow you to do, but currently does not. Like very very obvious and useful. It's like in setting Hubspot up they got so excited about the complex stuff they skipped over some of the more obvious features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much of the actions we previously had to take manually are now automated. Additionally, so much of the reporting previously done in spreadsheets now takes place in Hubspot. This opens up time for us to focus on other tasks.
Hubspot has made posting in bulk a fairly easy process.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the bulk posting capability and the ability to schedule posts for in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to post to Google My Business. I would also like an easier way to upload pictures to bulk posts. Once I upload the bulk copy, I'd like to find an easier way to attach the specific artwork for each post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I post fairly custom for 26 different businesses each with multiple locations and sometimes different brands. The post frequency ranges from daily to every other day to every four to five days. The copy is consistent but the artwork is different. Hubspot has made it easier for me to schedule posts in bulk far in advance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is very robust. Invest the time to understand the available capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is quite easy to use on hubspot and having everything integrated into one platform is amazing. As a BIG benefit, the support team actually picks up the phone. Had lots of times dealing with vendors who are never picking up or need "time" to find a suitable solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the smoothest onboarding. Templates that were made from Hubspot while first integrating were not properly audited and lead to wrong pages/other stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Big benefit is the fact that we can get all our analytics in one place. Workflows are also a great way to nurture customers and seeing a customer journey gives lots of insight.
A well-rounded, powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Hubspot is how centralized it keeps all of our data - it truly is a "Hub" of information that is easily integrated across our campaigns. It is an amazing resource for our small team where we are able to automate actions in order to ease pressure on the team and be more effective in our strategies. Our team is able to collaborate well and we are excited to continue to utilize the platform to it's best potential!
What do you dislike about the product?
The project management tool is not super effective or our team. It's not necessarily built to be a full project management software, so we find that limiting at times. I would also like to see the Landing Page builder have a drag and drop feature like the email builder. That is incredibly helpful when creating email and I think it would be great in creating landing pages, as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation! This is a huge plus for us as a small team. We are also able to better segment and understand our contact data now - there are endless possibilities of nurturing those segments and marketing well. We are building better marketing campaigns and better able to track them. We are also solving the issue of social publishing and scheduling, as we did not have that ability before switching to Hubspot.

The usability of a plethora of tools for our marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Defining what is "Sales" and what is "Marketing" and what is "Service"
I wish we had more ability to pick and choose things like NPS sends, meeting links, etc. that don't fall under the marketing hub, but are big priorities for reporting from a marketing aspect.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're acquiring several brands and the ability to manage these experiences on an end-user perspective is very clear and organized, and only getting better as HubSpot builds ways to delineate teams/assets.

Great for med to large marketing teams.
Easy-to-use platform with great support
What do you like best about the product?
The landing page and email builders are much more intuitive than competitive services like Pardot. Adding smart rules to modules is super simple and goes a long way towards making sure your landing pages are responsive, no matter what device they are viewed on. I've always found Hubspot's customer support to be superior to Pardot's as well. Much easier to get a live human to answer your questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation between folders and pages could be improved. When you are working on a landing page that resides within a folder of landing pages, there should be an option to go back to that specific folder, rather than the full list of landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our use of HubSpot ensures that the right prospects are seeing the right information. It's also been a great tool for lead capture at events, you can save hundreds of dollars at trade shows on lead retrieval scanners when you use the form reset option.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the customer service - it is unmatched. You can call, email or chat with someone 24/7. I also love how much easier automation has made our sales team. We have gotten over 8,000 emails out compared to about 500 last month of strict one-to-one emailing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to organize groupings of companies and their subsidiaries and employees to see all in one centralized spot. I also wish there was an easier way to filter out duplicates - currently, it is a very manual process. It would be great if there was a tool that when you add contacts and lists that asked if you wanted to merge existing duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved our lack of communication to sales prospects. I have realized how much more efficient our sales team works by utilizing Sequences and Workflow.

Work with your account manager as soon as you sign the contract!
I love all that Hubspot has to offer!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is extremely useful!!! I've gained my social media certification via Hubspot and that helped me land my first monthly retainer client! I have also found a lot of their articles and reports/ research and studies on digital marketing and social media marketing are extremely useful in putting together educational presentations for my clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some of the classes and courses are so expensive. However, there are an abundance of templates, courses, and research that you can pull free of charge which are extremely useful in self-educating yourself on the most up to date digital marketing practices!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving an abundance of problems through hubspot, such as learning social media management, running competitive analysis, social monitoring, and some similar social media studying methods. I have been able to develop an in-depth social media strategy because of all that hubspot has to offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice to others who are hoping to use HubSpot, would be to take advantage of the free learning courses and activities! There are a number of certifications that you can get from Hubspot, that will make you far more valuable to companies and clients. I would suggest that you take note of everything that your company and or client needs, and then note everything that Hubspot has to offer, take note of the budget that you've been given, and try to do the math to see if your ROI is going to be high enough to be able to afford a full Hubspot account.
All in one solution for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
As a small firm with limited resources in the sales and marketing space, Hubspot allows us to email, blog, manage social platforms and manage our contacts database all in one place and it is incredibly user-friendly. We can create lists for targeted marketing and to also research our market. We can create landing pages to use in email marketing, social marketing and get visitors to interact on our website. It also provides reporting. I also value the onboarding service and the customer success team. They make sure that you are knowledgeable about the product, aware of updates, and that you have what you need to be successful in accomplishing your goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a small business, there are so many capabilities that it is overwhelming at first to choose where to start however during onboarding, Hubspot covers a considerable amount of information and coaching on how to use. In addition, there is a resource library that can be accessed at any time with information on almost any topics and is easily searchable. If you cannot find a solution to an issue, you can submit a help ticket through various channels t which Hubspot replies timely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through the blog tool we are able to educate our market by consistently posting optimized content. Through email we are able to provide our market with timely updates more efficiently. We have been able to integrate other applications that we use with Hubspot. This is both convenient and allows us greater efficiency. We gain storage, tracking and reporting with the CRM tool that multiple people can have access to and adjust the preferences for what they would like to see.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is very user-friendly. The onboarding is very thorough and the customer support/success team is always there to find you an answer and to make sure that you are knowledgeable about the product and that you have the tools to meet your goals.
Simple to use, fast and complete Marketing and Sales automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI, great support and powerful but still very easy to use tools for automation. After having contact with other marketing automation platforms, I'm confident that HubSpot is the best I've ever used so far in this regard. We have used HubSpot for almost 5 years now and something that its very worth mentioning is how fast the product can evolve. They listen to feedback and try to move fast with the improvements. The Service Hub is a good example, if you compare when it launched against what it is today - and its a young product - you'll get 2 completely different experiences (in a good way).
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like HubSpot wasn't made with big companies in my mind. There's too few options when you think about a larger operation. Some basic jobs are too hard to be done or are plain simply not available. For example:
1. Mass edit teams and users roles: Lets say you've created a new role and you want to assign 20-30 people to it. You can't do it. You'll need to search for each user individually and update his/her role. Other bulk actions regarding teams and permissions are very limited.
2. Still on teams and roles, you cant go much far on permissions. You can't set a user the ability to edit its own Deal or Companie but at the same time not create new ones. Its either both or none
3. You can't automate alerts per role (say, if this happens send email to all Sales Managers)
4. You can't set recurring tasks. This is under development, but its such a basic function that its worth mentioning. Its very frustrating.
Those are only felt when you try to increase the usage of the system not only for Marketing and Sales but for Operations and Account Management.

Lead generation, management, scoring. Marketing automation, email marketing, landing pages, funnel mectrics. Sales automation, forecasting, and Deal/Opportunities management. Customer Success operations are huge for us, we have integrated with our products via Segment.com and we automated alerts based on customers traits and behaviors.
