HubSpot and Social Media Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the overall calendar view to see what we have planned next in regards to our social postings across different social channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is the inability to change the "featured" image for our posts. I know that other posts allow this, but when making this change in HubSpot it no longer allows the image to be a clickable URL (instead it's viewed as just an image in the post). This limits our creativity a bit and negatively affects our overall click-rate across all platforms for this reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Listed within my dislike section - also, it seems like they are a bit limited on certain information they can provide via Twitter. I prefer to pull the metrics directly from the social platform, because I've seen some major differences between those numbers and the metrics HubSpot supplies.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent communication flow through the different methods offered by HubSpot CRM. Making use of this tool is easy and productive makes users feel motivated to incorporate it into their day to day. It has an excellent option that at the time the customer makes a call and you can not answer at the moment, automatically sends an email notifying that you can not answer it at the moment. In this way, it allows you to be aware of the call of each client to respond immediately to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool has been one of the few that has met our expectations, and has responded to all our needs and concerns, has helped us solve problems that made it difficult for us to get a solution, therefore I have no negative comments What to say about her, I hope she continues to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a tool that we use in the marketing and sales department of the organization, to achieve the most potential clients that are generated through the marketing channels. With this tool we establish direct contact with each client and know the information that the client is looking for with our services. Through it we can access important data of our customers, HubSpot CRM offers several communication methods, such as video chat, common chat and email. We use HubSpot CRM to manage the communication and negotiation part with our clients.

It is an appropriate tool for all organizations, responds to activities efficiently and productively, the functions of this tool are responsible for all communication management with customers for negotiation or to reach agreements regarding services, it is a good tool to capture contacts of potential customers and maintain direct contact with them to always have it on hand with the company, and keep them constantly informed of the services. The tool offers different communication methods to offer a fairly efficient and trouble-free communication flow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly HubSpot is! The reporting features are so helpful when it comes time for annual and quarterly retrospectives. We're really love the new Sales Productivity Tracker HubSpot has just released. We also love using the automation through workflows it makes our day to day marketing and tracking activities run seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a dislike, it's more a I wish they had more analytics tools to add to their already vast selection of tools because they're great! There's not many bad things to say about HubSpot...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of our marketing and sales alignment hardships by using all that HubSpot has to offer. Having our sales team become daily users of HubSpot to track their deals and activities really helps bring both marketing and sales together.

good e-mail marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The e-mail tool is nice and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant edit an e-mail if you already sent it to someone.

Problems: You cant edit e-mails if you hit sent.

i can make changes according to my work speed and will be able to make more efficient data columns fro a quick work. write down note and tag it by the categories and separate each data from the variety.

i can contact more people by collecting information and uploading it on hubspot and it can be categorized by the type to contact each person by their specifics.
Simply the Best
What do you like best about the product?
I've tried literally dozens of CRMs and marketing automation softwares. HubSpot is hands-down the most all-inclusive, most powerful and robust platform on the market. Beyond just what the platform can do, I know I can always rely on their customer support team with a quick call. Being able to call them on the phone and walk them through what I'm trying to accomplish is so amazingly effective. Can't say enough good things about them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free landing page templates were nice, but they are hard to come by now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to manage everything in one place. On the marketing side I can create landing pages, blogs, and emails that look great, distribute on all channels through their paid ads tool, and score each new contact as they come in. This helps my sales team understand which contacts to go after first and who needs a bit more nutruring.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a fantastic UX and UI, very easy to use, and all their objects are fully integrated (contacts, marketing assets, data...) you can jump among the diferent objetcs and find that you are looking for.

We have developed all our web site in Hubspot, including landing pages for marketing campaigns, we execute all the email Marketing activity, lead capture and lead nurturing process. We have connected social media channels and we manage the social posting in Hubspot.

The whole package as a CRM,information system including QUALITY customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service, knowledge base and extensive learning material make HubSpot such a good software. I started using HubSpot as an intern at my company and got the honourable job of implementing the system. For every step along the way there is information/learning material and support provided by HubSpot. The courses I followed varied from Agency certification to inbound marketing certified but they all have in common that there is a clear format in which you learn it's accessible, easily digestible and above all not boring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some knowledgebase articles are written in a way that is difficult to understand as a starting user. However all the components which are difficult to understand or implement you can ask Customer Support to assist. One feature I disliked is the standard quote creating functionality, adding products ad company+contact info works fine, formatting the quotes to a nice and refined quotes is practically impossible. My suggestion is to improver this or use a third party integration to create quotes. e.g. PandaDoc or a similar tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we're solving is that we missed a single source of data collection system. Gathering data and analysing to eventually improve based on this data was practically impossible for us as an organisation cause everything was scattered. With HubSpot we have one system with an implemented Sales and Marketing Hub, for the near future we plan on implement the Service Hub as well to go full circle and use HubSpot as the driving force behind our data strategy .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just request the trial, actively use it and the software sells itself. The future of companies is data so one place to store all of it is a good start for 2020.
