Great use of Lanidng with Paid campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The easy customization of the Landing pages and the uses of dynamic CTAs
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe you need to much training to get to know all the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of leads throughs different flows, and Lead Nurturing mails to my own database.

If you are looking for a CRM and a Marketing tool with easy set-up and easy to use, this is your tool.
Amazing fast and easy tool for all your marketing work
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to promote on all our social meida using Hubspot our and alignment between marketing and sales, make the teams work better together. its an amazing tool for all your work. There is personalization, segmentation, automation, workflows and list creation and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion there are no real cons for working with Hubspot. but it would be better Can we have a (Tips) button on every Tab where it will show us how a short tutorial, how its navigated

lead assignments - sending remainders - social media scheduling - responding to comments - tracking and creating landing pages - sharing the reports

If you are looking at a Hubspot CRM, Hubspot CRM is great Compared to the CRMs that came in way before, Hubspot from the user-friendliness perspective felt more like a personal use tool, rather than a corporate one. Keeps track of all your interactions with clients, partners, and supporters in a very easy to read area. Interacts with Outlook or Google, to make sure that all the email correspondence with your contacts is documented and kept in the right place and a great tool i would recommend you to try your hands on this.

What do you like best about the product?
So easy to use, helps you gain a great overview and lets you capture the basic metrics that you need to grow your SoMe results
What do you dislike about the product?
Systems will be systems and sometimes it breaks down - the thing I dislike the most is when our social accounts are disconnected and we don't react in time and posts are then not going out as planned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me schedule in advance across our preferred channels and gives me a great overview -also easily lets you see what posts perform good and you can clone and adjust a little, then reuse. Great value with every little effort.

Great, easy-to-use tool that offers all your basic social media marketing needs
HubSpot is a great CRM and Marketing automation software for big or small companies.

Campaign management, email performance analytics, dashboards are great to have features along with their chat and phone support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fewer options to customize fields, the reporting is complicated too.

We are solving problems related to nurturing our contacts which are not engaging more often.

It's a great CRM and Marketing automation tool. However, if you have big sales operations and using other deal management tool. Then you might want to move to HubSpot, the deal management is amazing.
Hubspot makes life easy for new age marketers
What do you like best about the product?
The integrated automation tools work very well for us. Workflows is my favorite tool as it allows me to set up literally any kind of action on my leads from my marketing collaterals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics area of Hubspot platform çan be improved as it currently offers limited insights into the marketing performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the blogging tool quite effectively to engage our audience. We also use the workflow and email tools to nurture our leads. We generated 50% more leads as compared to the previous year after the implementation of HUbspot
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend Hubspot. It has a natural integration of all tools that a marketer needs to run their campaigns. With Hubspot, I don’t need to worry about the technical details of how my campaign assets are being implemented. I can look at the big picture and strategize the goals of my campaign.
Amazing Marketing and Sales CRM, at a Cost.
What do you like best about the product?
The sales and marketing automation tools. Workflows and advanced features such as Lead Scoring and Chat Bots are amazing, but even having the social scheduling tool, emails templates and reporting tools working well all-in-one CRM is amazing. It's truly an advanced marketing software that will be able to manage many medium-large size businesses sales and marketing very capably by itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. Enterprise is too costly for most medium-sized clients even though they could really benefit from the advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our clients, we are creating advanced sales and marketing automation, automatically moving contacts through deal states as the contact becomes more qualified and closer to closing. We are implementing smart chatbots, scheduling social posts, automating emails, creating landing pages, using the reporting tools and essentially helping clients achieve their sales objectives by digitalising their sales processes as much as possible and allowing for a frictionless buying experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your business is medium-to-large I highly recommend HubSpot as an all-inclusive sales and marketing CRM for your team. It allows you a multitude of tools from simple contact management, social posting and email building to advanced automated triggers and additional integrations.
I recommend researching all of HubSpot's features, particularly that of Marketing Professional and Marketing Enterprise and making a self-evaluation as to whether or not your business would benefit. If the answer is yes to many of the features, I would say definitely give it a try for yourselves!

It's great for content scheduling but lacks in features that other programs have
What do you like best about the product?
The social tool is very user friendly and straight forward, and the email tool is an easy drag and drop program which anyone can figure out quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a social media perspective, the scheduling tool is problematic because it does not visually enough the time frames that are best suitable to post content on based on user interactions. As current it feels like it provides pre determined timeslots which are not based off my content schedule or audience interactions. Rather than just showing when a post is published on the monthly schedule visualiser it would be best to incorporate something like the style of Later which provides specific timeslots based off user interactions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in my team I mainly work with our social media and website, and we integrate our forms through hubspot to provide data and automated integration to Excel. We also solve the issue of posting across mulitple different platforms every day by scheduling everything in advance through hubspot.
We also carry out all our email marketing via hubspot, but are not integrating the workflow feature to the extent we possibly should. While we realise that the workflow is a integral part of Hubspot, we have found it difficult to align it with the over arching organisation. With over 1000 staff, it is hard to implement such an intricate program organisational wide.

It will provide excellent data and analytics, if you use the features properly and integrate them every step of the way throughout your business. It can be very hard to get around to understanding all the different features and how to use them, but i assume that when you eventually do they will integrate well with each other? However, as a CRM or a social media scheduling tool it is not the best out there and could improve in certain areas.

The software is intuitive and their help chat in unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some challenges with image manipulation in the software. I've used competitor software that integrates better images editing in their tools that work better than HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration of many different marking tools into one is fantastic. Workflows allow a ton of flexibility with setting up automation and the ability to easily create lead generation blogs and landing pages is simple and easy to use.

HubSpot is a great one-stop-shop for digital marketing and marketing automation. The integration of social media along with workflows makes it very easy to design and build a marketing campaign that utilizes all the tools a digital marketing expert needs today. It is easy to use and the knowledgeable along with their incredible support team using live help chat are second to none. Thank you for making such a great tool!
A great tool for marketers (and collaboration between sales & marketing)!
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful is the ability to build campaigns quickly with all the elements at your finger tips. From forms, to landing pages and emails, it makes it easy to put campaign elements together and see the results. I've also used the tool to pair sales and marketing efforts together, which is something more organizations need to do better!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool is a little slow or not as user friendly as it seeems. You'll try to do something but you go about it the wrong way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Putting campaigns together quickly! Nurturing! Creating customer journeys at the right time, with the right message to the right people.

Start simple to understand how your organization will use the tool before creating a complex campaign or project using Hubspot.
Great catchall tool with awesome customer service
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is able to do most things that any larger CRM can - sales, landing pages, chat features, email automation, etc. It's incredibly user-friendly and you can tell that new features are crowdsourced from customer feedback. The best part is the customer service. I have a weekly call with my AM and truly feel that he's helping me to best use the platform for my business. For quick questions, you can also reach them through chat or phone and I've found that everyone I talk to is knowledgable and can solve my issues quickly. They also have robust reporting that allows me to understand customer behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few process improvements that could be made to make automations and email sends run more smoothly. In a couple of situations, I've had to find workarounds to get to my desired outcome and editing templates is a bit more confusing than it should be.

Hubspot has allowed me to know our customers more and better communicate with them based on their behaviors.
