Hubspot Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how user-friendly the email template set up drag and drop is. I also enjoy the blog editor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the landing page or web page editing configuration. It is not very intuitive and I have had struggles in the advanced portion of the design manager especially the way in which it is organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving design problems for my company as well as pulling email reports and organizing inbound leads.
Easy to use marketing tool with user friendly interface
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who never used a marketing tool, I found my way easily thanks to the tutorials. The website interface is clean and simple to navigate trough. It doesn't take a lot of time to learn how to use it. Right now, I'm using HubSpot Marketing Hub on a daily basis for creating lists, forms, emails, workflows and landing pages.
The possibility to use workflows is a game changer. Combining the if/then branch with all the different actions is very useful when sending emails daily to different contact lists. The way you can automate things is just very efficient.
I mostly use the email module. You can easily create or clone emails and customize it with your own html/css code. There is also the possibility to test your email on different devices and browsers. After sending an email you can track all the details about the email (delivered, opened, clicked,bounced,...) and export reports. If a user submitted a form for a specific event, you can easily create a confirmation (automated) email with all of the selected choices of the user by using the personalization tokens feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. No possibility to delete submissions in forms
2. HubSpot support is fast and the possibility to contact them in different languages is very good, but sometimes you get vague answer even though you deliver all details about your question.
3. Email layout problems with Outlook (for example weird gray lines between blocks)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a user-friendly and well-developed software, HubSpot is the way to go. At first, you have to take your time to learn it, but after a couple of weeks you can already achieve a lot of things. As a front-end developer with little knowledge of marketing, I can already do a lot of things for my company like landing pages, emails, forms, automation (workflows).
Very organised platform, a lot of possibilities

Versatile marketing automation solution
What do you like best about the product?
Breath of marketing automation, from integration of forms on your website to automated email marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You quickly get lost in all the items you quickly create, such as CTA's emails, workflows, etc. So think of organising this from the start.
Integration with SFDC is cumbersome, because Hubspot uses many other terms and has other objects to work with.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate lead generation and nurturing.
Easy to use, great bells and whistles
What do you like best about the product?
The workflows that are drag and drop. You do not need to be a developer to get a drip campaign running.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create drip campaigns with logic - without the use of a developer. This has increased how much we are able to accomplish.
Solid Marketing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to gather data on our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated and difficult to fix batches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all our data and setting up automation has been a big deal for us. It's difficult to know if we're using it correctly. Hiring the consultant has helped.
Hubspot Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is a big upgrade from my previous ESP. I like the reporting and how easy it is to maneuver around the tool. I like the drag and drop feature for emails, social and landing pages and how I'm still finding new and great things about the tool. It has been great to see the visuals of the different emails we send out and how they are performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support and follow up from our onboarding specialist was a little slow at times. Said they would send a email with documentation or videos and often times we had to reach out to him for the things he said he would do for us.
Folders should be available as the default view.
We found some bugs in the search function.
We are a global company and we aren't able to translate the unsubscribe page for our different international accounts because of GDPR policy.
We should be able to edit the mobile version for drag and drop emails without having to change the whole layout of the email, so it works for both, desktop and mobile.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to better analyze our assets and what we're doing with all different platforms and see how they're performing on a grand scale. We've been able to better connect our different platforms and are able to do some really cool things with workflows that we weren't able to do before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great, wonderful easy-to-use software platform that will help you analyze all of your platforms together. The drag and drop features on the social, email and landing page tools are really cool. It has helped our international
All-in-one platform for B2B SaaS Marketers
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot can do so many things: contact management, email, webpages, conversations, ads, and now some ABM and revenue attribution functionality. While there may be better point solutions for each, the ability to have all of them in one platform, at a comparable level, is highly valuable as a SMB / Mid Market marketer. Also, their support is excellent, with online chat as an immediate way to solve any issue that arises.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have a CSM to guide us on how we could better leverage HubSpot. Perhaps that's available to us (I haven't inquired), but the thought just crossed my mind, as we tend to get caught up in day-to-day tactical activities at the expense of thinking more strategically. Also, I dislike how Sales and Marketing

Great Marketing & Sales Tool for Small to Mid-Size Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I consider HubSpot the one-stop-shop for CRM, email marketing, website, forms, and automation. I have worked with HubSpot for the last 7 years and I have enjoyed how user-friendly it is and it's functionality. For the price and what they offer it is great for any small to mid-size business.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing HubSpot could enhance is their reporting. When it comes to the landing page and email metrics, I take those numbers with a grain of salt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At my current job, we utilize HubSpot for our website, landing pages, b2b emails, lead gen forms, and workflows/automation. It's nice to have it all in one place.
A one-stop shop for Marketing and Sales needs.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses HubSpot primarily for marketing, with some sales tracking.
I work on the social media and content side, and I've used Hootsuite et al in previous companies.
At least for social media needs, HubSpot is excellent. I've been able to plan lengthy campaigns 6, 12, 18 months in advance to promote our evergreen content - filling up our channels and freeing up my time. Metrics are excellent, and I've used their reports for lengthy analyses and data-driven reports.
Landing page forms are also easy to use and fill out, as are email marketing tools. I've quickly put together mass mails in minutes using basic templates.
Being able to see where our contacts enter our marketing funnels is hugely advantageous for tracking the full customer journey lifecycle, and seeing where my role fits into it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the response interface under Social Media Monitoring was easier to use. Hootsuite wins on this one; it's easier to send reply tweets.
Also, I have suggested that the list of Social Media lead sources be updated to include Medium.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and scaling long-term social media campaigns, and analyzing their results, has become infinitely easier. We're juggling multiple accounts as well, and with the month view, I'm able to very easily ensure that the right content is being generated and uploaded for the right channel.
