What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has leapfrogged our ability to personalize relevant messages to our members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since our data is account centric and not member centric, sometimes we have issues with having the full member picture in Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding, reboarding, lead gen, abandon app leads, and more.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and navigate + cutting edge features
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Hubspot is that every product is charged separately so it can add up for a smaller company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our MAP system and stores all of our contact records. We primarily use Hubspot for email marketing and workflow automations / lead scoring

What do you like best about the product?
Using the Hubspot Marketing Hub helps my team collaborate in multiple projects at the time. Over the years the tools have improved a lot, and I love learning new ways to use emails, landing pages and workflows for our nurturing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interface changes take a while to make sense, but you end up getting use to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most our mkt efforts are there: emails, website and landing pages, CTAs, segments, automations.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the continuous product updates, support tools, and easy to use interfaces
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming for small teams who don’t have internal resources to capitalize on all functions and features. However, I would rather have more than I need and use the functions and tools that make the most sense. This gives me room to grow and expand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for marketing leads most up until now. For capturing leads via forms, tracking leads and nurturing leads. I appreciate the seamless journey this creates for our internal users doing the work and being able to keep it all in one space.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive, which translates to shorter onboarding for new team members and new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't play as nice with Salesforce (which may be obvious). But it's a real challenge for business that selected that CRM as what works best for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster, more united campaigns are much easier and more scalable across the multiple brands we Market for.
