User Friendly One-Stop-Shop
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. From building landing pages to creating social posts to importing contacts, Hubspot's platform allows for easy organization of strategies and campaigns, and also allows you to track the work you've done.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to navigate between one area to the next - for example when building a landing page, forms are built separately and might require opening a separate window.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to combine all the elements of a campaign into one area. This allows me to track the results of each of the different elements and better understand how the campaign as a whole is working (or not) .
Hubspot For FB Landing Pages
What do you like best about the product?
I loved HubSpots flawless pixel integration and tracking. We recently used HubSpot to launch a landing page for our Facebook ads in hopes for a higher conversion rate. So far we have been able to measure accurately how well the landing page is doing compared to FB forms. Overall, the tracking material is accurate and inline with the tracking information on Facebook, making our job in determining the value of the landing page much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into some issues initially with connecting our FB forms to our HubSpot account. We tried troubleshooting and had no luck. This was frustrating as we were on a very tight schedule trying to launch our Ad campaign before a specific date. Eventually, we were able to get help from the HubSpot team who was able to connect our FB profile to our HubSpot profile within the day. From there on out, we did not run into any more problems with integration between the two platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are deciding whether having a landing page for our Facebook ad campaign has a higher conversion rate than using Facebook forms. With a simple and slick design, not only have we seen an increase in total submissions, but we are seeing that these submissions are higher quality than our Facebook forms. All in all, we are starting to fine tune the landing page and are seeing positive results, which is adding more value to our campaign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't be afraid to go out and get help from the friendly HubSpot Staff. With one of our only problems, we initially tried to solve it ourselves, but would have been much better off consulting a hub spot specialist.
Novice Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, I appreciate the ease of use, as well as the helpful guides and support team. Additionally, being able to create emails and landing pages from existing templates is a plus. As well as, being able to connect, post and monitor the analytics of our social platforms in one place is great. One other tool that has been a help is the "test" option. This allows you to see if the email you've created will render correctly with various email providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I realize that Hubspot is ever changing to improve the platform but it can be frustrating when things change

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is allowing us to conveniently create and send emails, blogs and newsletters to key contacts; thus, keeping our customers engaged. The option to create landing pages has allowed us to navigate around some of the limitations we have with our current website.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is fairly easy to learn the platform for any novice that is familiar with Marketing and willing to do the work.
I would recommend accessing the help tools and support team when issues arise, using the test and preview tools before sending emails, posting landing pages, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Academy and How-To Articles have been the most helpful tools that allow myself to self-teach new skills and easily reference any question I have regarding the tool. I really enjoy the Campaign Analytics as well since we can easily set Campaigns and analyze at scale. I also like the blog tool/editor as it is super easy to write, optimize and publish blogs and send automated email notifications as well. Plus the built in SEO tips & tricks helps us boost our blog searchability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot really think of the least helpful aspect of HubSpot besides the Sales portion of tool, but that's only because our organization doesn't utilize it (hence being the least helpful). I really enjoy every as aspect of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're really able to see if our Email Marketing Campaigns are successful or not and if they are generating any revenue through the GA integration. The Campaign Analytics have been especially helpful to compare our Regional strategies as well. We're also to easily see if any of our content, (emails, blogs, landing pages) are mobile/tablet responsive which helps a lot with overall engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When looking into using HubSpot, consider your contact database size. Ours is currently 60K contacts and can be difficult to manage. Make sure it can integrate with your CRM platform for further optimization.
Very useful marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of sharing across multiple social sites as well as being able to send professional-looking email campaigns. I like the automated email functions and being able to easily see my analytics

I wish when creating lists the search parameters were a little easier to define.

Nothing that I can really think of.

It's a great CRM. They all essentially do the same things, but having the help button right there to assist when you're stuck is a great feature.

All our team can access and see how are our MQLs and create actions for each different lead.
All the templates are easy to edit and to create unique emails and landing pages.

Its a process to connect with our CRM and field all the forms.

I can follow each lead and give special treatment. All our team can have access to analytics data in the same platform
Great for Marketing to new and renewing customers
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send emails in mass with action items that trigger down the road with flows. It helps a lot with connecting with customers at a regular pace over a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could have more tools for Customer Success and renewal. More custom field options and event triggers based on a date or segment.I would like more automations with the zendesk triggers and more flow to and from stripe as well as more actionable goal setting where it pings a user when they need to do a task. If there was built in NPS score and a health report option to track current customers it would be super helpful.

Helps onboard new customers and renewing customers through email automation. Also helps survey current customers when Zendesk tickets are closed.

What to expect from HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about HubSpot is their support team and how quick they are to respond and help fix issues. I also like their email and landing page editors. They are really user-friendly which is a nice change in pace from previous Marketing Automation systems I have used. I also like that you are able to copy code for forms and paste them onto whatever system you use. For example, we WordPress and are able to set the forms up to be hosted by WordPress landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of HubSpot is its scoring system. We have found it to be really difficult to work with and it has made our inbound lead marketing more difficult. This is really the only real issue that I have come across while being on HubSpot. One other issue that I have with HubSpot is

I am trying to solve how to use its scoring system and the benefits of HubSpot are that I can do all of my marketing in place including social media postings. I have made some suggestions on their online forum on how I think they could easily solve the scoring system for the tier that my company has.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need lead scoring as part of your marketing then I would make sure to talk to HubSpot about that and how their system works before you agree to switch to HubSpot from your current marketing automation system.
Great interface and awesome functionalities for inbound marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The 360° view on the customer. HubSpot can be used from Marketing, Sales and Customer Service side. To have all data at one place, makes the daily life much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some APIs for example for Social channels like Instagram could be improved. For example if you would like to use a gallery, you cannot do it via HubSpot.

Get a better understanding of our customers and prospects. Increase sales requests.

I'm in control and can make campaigns that can really make a difference to my organisation.

That I don't have access to the entire site due to being an SME and budget restraints!

Automation is streamlining how I work and other departments in our business. It allows me to free up time for my team to focus on customer service but also lead generation and conversion.
