A flexible marketing automation tool with excellent customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Hubspot's flexibility. It is really well designed and has a very friendly user-interface. Even if you are a beginner you can learn the platform fairly easily.
In terms of email marketing it is a great platform. Hubspot has excellent domain reputation and the analytics are strong. Based on the data, you can create automation and workflows and really make your life easier.
You can design blogs, landing pages, forms etc. It is a complete 360 degree marketing solution.
Also their customer support is amazingly good and the knowledge hub is really helpful.
In terms of email marketing it is a great platform. Hubspot has excellent domain reputation and the analytics are strong. Based on the data, you can create automation and workflows and really make your life easier.

I think Hubspot is a great tool and as such there are no distinct dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the issue of lead management, accurately tracking lead source, designing emails campaigns. Using workflows to update and leverage our marketing strategy.
A Marketer's Dream
What do you like best about the product?
As the marketing manager for a digital agency, I am responsible for not only promoting our company's service offerings but also providing support for our sales team via campaigns and other sales enablement deliverables. Being able to use HubSpot's sales and marketing tools to get the job done has been an absolute gamechanger in order to ensure alignment and consistency across the different departments I interface with. Not only is the platform intuitive and user-friendly, but the easy access to customer support and/or to sales reps to get questions answered is impressive. And with the numerous integrations available, we have been able to streamline processes overall to strengthen the agency's marketing efforts as well as better serve our clients.
Lastly, HubSpot Academy's myriad of offerings has been crucial to my professional development as an inbound marketer. I now feel confident in my abilities thanks to the courses and certifications.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been times I've experienced some bugs trying to upload a blog or social, but they were either remedied by reaching out to customer support, or it was an already existing problem HubSpot was working on to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has helped my workflow become more efficient because everything I need to do my job effectively is all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot is constantly releasing updates and improvements to their platform, which reflect the constantly changing industry. They also seem to incorporate customer feedback in everything they do since the updates they push are exactly what I want. In addition, HubSpot's positioned themselves as thought leaders in marketing and marketing automation, so I love the commitment to inbound methodology initially and then a re-imagination of that via the flywheel more recently.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few things I dislike about HubSpot, including that sometimes, the settings aren't always very intuitively located. Design Manager isn't the most enjoyable experience is you're attempting to build your own custom website or landing pages. It can be difficult to find code and I wish staging was a little bit easier. Overall though, the benefits of having our site built in HubSpot far outweigh the usability concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for our CRM, marketing automation, and sales sequences. It allows us to quickly launch email campaigns, landing pages, social, new templates, tracking, and more. We also rely on HubSpot for our social media campaigns and website management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While the platform isn't exactly affordable, the time you'll save by having everything already built from an automation standpoint is huge. I've worked with other organizations that didn't have marketing automation, or if they did, a lesser tool, and it slowed us down considerably. HubSpot is worth the investment!
Great Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability for Hubspot to be an all in one platform that you can have everything running through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact you need to pay more to access certain features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving how to attribute sales to marketing attributed revenue. A benefit of Hubspot is that it helps us keep everything organized.

Make sure you list out all your needs with Hubspot.
HubSpot Scheduler makes my life easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can review my scheduled posts either in list view or calendar view. By looking at calendar view, I can see where my gaps for Social Media posts are and adjust my content accordingly. It helps me know what is coming down the pike for the multiple companies media I manage. I also like that I can clone posts making recycling content across platforms a breeze.
I also like the ease with which Email Campaigns and their coordinating landing pages can be designed and implemented.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think there was a steep learning curve with all of the tools within the HubSpot CRM. I am still learning. But primarily that is due to there being SO MANY things HubSpot does well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I spend the majority of my work day within HubSpot as a Content Manager. I create email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and social media campaigns all within HubSpot. I am also able to develop my SEO optimization with HubSpot.

I am able to show them statistics that prove our slow but steady inbound strategies are working. Many times the client wants the easy and quick, yet these are pie crust leads--easily made and easily broken. HubSpot allows us to show them there is proof in the pudding.

HubSpot is a great tool to house all of your marketing and sales data in one place. I can complete most of my workday from within the software.
Hubspot, great for a one-person marketing team.
What do you like best about the product?
I am a one-person marketing team at a family owned company. Having all of my tools in one place is incredibly helpful. My marketing efforts are centralized and I am as efficient as I can be as a sole marketer.
I absolutely love the ability to use the campaigns tool. It gives me a bird's eye view of the process and helps me see any holes I may be missing. Being able to connect landing pages, blogs, and social media marketing efforts to the campaign helps me prove success without having to take too much time building reports. The reports that are brought to us with Hubspot work great for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
If I had to chose something I don't like, it would be how often things are changing. In some ways it's great, but for a small team, it can present a lot of challenges for us. Often times, we don't have the bandwidth to implement new processes or make adjustments, and sometimes we are missing out on tools that are available to us. Onboarding and training for new processes can be a problem when your team is as small as ours. A change comes up in Hubspot, and as the sole person in charge of the software, I can sometimes miss them and not relay the information to the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to streamline my efforts. Instead of needing multiple programs to market with ads, social, and inbound, I'm down to using Hubspot specifically. It makes my life less complicated. A major problem I was able to solve was marketing and sales alignment. Before using Hubspot, we had a major disconnect between marketing and sales processes. It is not perfect, but all of our team's imperfections come from user and internal processes that need to be addressed. Hubspot makes it easy for us to build a bridge between the two and we have really seen an improvement in lead handoff and conversions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool will give you back only the effort you put in. If you aren't marketing, it won't work. You have to have personal accountability. Start small, don't allow yourself to get overwhelmed by trying to do too much. Starting small let's you achieve small successes as your skillset improves.
Easy to use, informative social media tools
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience of Hubspot's social media tools is great - easy to use, clear and concise. The reporting for social media is fairly decent, and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the short URLs - when sharing to social, all links turn into a Hubsly link which is off-brand and off-putting for users to click on. I appreciate the tracking for all link clicks though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realised how easy it is to schedule content and then easily report on content shared and engaged with on platforms. It's easy to visualise and see in one place and I can grab data really easily from these reporting dashboards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd recommend using Hubspot and integrating it into your entire content and social strategy. It's useful to connect the blog, social media and reporting tools! Plus, scheduling and monitoring, it's all in one place.
Hubspot Marketing Success
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing tools allow easy access to all social media sites in one location. Posting can be organized months in advance, and can be curated for each specific platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's social marketing tools aren't the most helpful for Instagram or Twitter. I find them to be more apt for Facebook and Linkedin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving time by using Hubspot to schedule posts as opposed to posting on platforms one-by-one when I desire.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I find it valuable to look at all of Hubspot's resources and options prior to committing to a certain product or plan.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its email marketing features which track the performance. Also the landing pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features and usability are rigid at times. eg. when we download the report for the sent emails, many more fields are required, which are not there. secondly, if an uploaded list gets deleted, we cannot track who has deleted it. There must be a changelog according to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we want a user to be a member of multiple teams. this request is already given to HubSpot.

Great tool for organizing leads & contacts
What do you like best about the product?
I love the lists and sequences tool. They're great tools to keep track of your contacts and how much they have been contacted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool is my least favorite. It's not as flexible as I'd like and there are a lot of limitations

We keep track of deals & contacts with Hubspot. The analytics tools when it comes to features have been way more helpful than I realized
