I like it but needs work still!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks, the sequences (how easy they are to make and edit) and the templates!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the Sales aspect needs more data. I like when I see my last point of contact with a company / account and the person I am reaching out to .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving reaching out to many accounts and people at once. I have been able to keep track of how many points of contact I made within a certain time period.

What do you like best about the product?
Clear easy method to keep accounting of interactions and follow up of contacts and customers
Being able to set up templates and snippets to records and send messages increases efficiency and assures standardization for communications but also lets customization occur when desired.

Sometimes the calling feature can be slow to connect, but generally it's just fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past without Hubspot it was difficult to be systematic and timely with follow ups and hard to know what had been done with/for each contact, but this is very simple now and given the ability to document others in my department can take a call or give a customer assistance and know what has gone on before quickly.
Customers are impressed with the quality of the follow up and we don't waste time with customers who decline to pursue or have interest in our product.

Extremely user friendly & easy to navigate. Hands down one of the best CRM platforms out there!

Customization abilities are great/filters - reports - etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A-Truely this is a CRM that I have found no issue with and have been productive on it for years. Keeps getting better and better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems and all the benefit that a CRM could give a user/company.

All information in one place, easy to use.

It's not open source. Not for corporates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All data ends up in one place. You are not mapping over information from 5 different sources because Hubspot automatically collects it all. It makes marketing easier and it makes sales faster.
My favorite thing is that the customer support is not only fantastic, but also free. This is a massive +, since specialised support for any other CRM or marketing platform will easily set you back 150 euro's per hour. I think i've easily spent more than 30 hours on the phone with hubspot over the past year and it hassent cost me a cent.

If you're looking for a system that is simple, has sales and marketing functionalities, and don't need very customized features, Hubspot is your one-stop-shop.

What do you like best about the product?
My company is using HubSpot as the main tool for managing leads, deals and customer information. I find the HubSpot tools for landing pages, blogs, CTAs and forms very intuitive and easy to use. I went through the certification programs and they really helped me understand the methods of modern-day marketing and how to use automation tools efficiently. The reporting tools really let us see if what we're doing is putting us on the path to success or where we might want to adjust our messaging or CTAs. In the past, I found that HubSpot ties pretty seamlessly to Salesforce and it's easy to update and make changes as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?

Hubspot tech support is knowledgeable and quick to respond and will stay with you until the issue is resolved.

I have found HubSspot, while being very robust, to be a user friendly and intuitive platform. There are so many knowledge base articles and education available to easily learn from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything at the moment that I dislike.

HubSpot is our sole marketing platform. I used it daily for social media, email marketing and lead generation; as well as marketing automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the time to go through the various training from the beginning. Set a schedule and follow through with completion. I did not and regret it.

Plus, it is a user-friendly tool, where they always try to update with the current trends. For instance, I loved using their integrated tool with Vidyard into my emails. With in a few clicks, I can easily include personal videos to my contact to keep the conversation interesting for all.
The sequences are a nice feature where I can pre-built personalised automatic emails.
All my emails with my contacts are sync to my outlook, so I never miss a message ;-)
My dashboard allows me to track my progress in concrete numbers.

It took me a few days or 1 week to adapt and understand the system. The concept of lists of contacts can be a little confusing in the beginning.
For this reason, I highly recommend to follow their academy to make sure you cover all of the basis and understand the full potential of the tool. You can even make it a competition in your team with the most courses done on the academy hub!

Better overview on our contacts, allowing us to better respond to questions and interests, and ability to centralise all information in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice as mentioned before is to take the time to do the academy online to have a firm foundation. It really is worth it because there is so much to try and use.

I like the ease of creating versatile object properties to tune the contacts and company database to our CRM and Saas app.
Event triggers is another lifesaver allowing us to segment and create real-time workflow registration according to user actions.
Workflows options are added all the time allowing us to improve the performance of our funnels making them more engaging.
The creation of CTA, Forms, and Emails is intuitive, The drag and drop option allows you to create Emails from pre-built templates almost with coding.
I must say that Hubspot's support is very good and most of the time take care of our needs within minutes allowing us to move forward without delays.

Popup-forms cannot be fully customized and targeting triggers are a bit limited.
Workflows canvas is not flexible enough making it impossible to duplicate an action or a group of actions. It would be also nice to have the ability of multiple enrollment triggers right within the workflow itself.
Reporting should be improved, especially report customization and design. Attribution modeling is hard for us. I would also like to see better groups of attributes and the ability to rename elements like Contacts, Lead and Opportunities.

Hubspot allows the creation of automated processes so I can focus on developing new processes and making old ones more efficient. It allows us to collect user data from different data sources into it's CRM and create workflow automations based on many criterias in real-time.

No matter if your a startup or an enterprise Hubspot can deliver most of your needs without the hassle or complex development.
The Hubspot Academy is a very good resource to get certified on marketing in general and the usage of Hubspot. it is highly recommended for all marketing team members to utilize this resource.
