Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
In the Hubspot Marketing Hub, I love the workflow automation feature and capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop design capabilities for emails isn't as robust for creative freedom. I'm not a template designer in HTML or code, so the unless you are a wiz with HTML and code, you might be able to have more creative liberties. But I'm not..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating daily activities like follow up emails, nurture campaigns, tedious tasks for marketing (and sales) and more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of the Hubspot Academy and Knowledge Center. At first, Hubspot can seem overwhelming - but using those tools help a lot! And the Hubspot Support is fast, accessible, and knowledgeable.

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows and dynamic lists mean you can do some pretty sophisticated things with your marketing automations
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some slight inconsistencies in functionality in eg. reporting, lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have managed to increase conversion rate of all email marketing programs and consistently hit SQL targets.

Sometimes it can be a little complicated in terms of set up

We are able to track the customer journey far more effectively
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product if you are looking to connect your marketing tools to one place and gather data throughout the buys journey. This has become extremely useful when finding out where exactly our leads are coming from, which marketing efforts are working, and which ones are not.
Best marketing platform period
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing is by far the best marketing platform out there. Their email marketing solution is easy to use and provides a ton of different data points to analyze after the fact. We use it in conjunction with their CRM and it's made our lives much easier. We also like the workflows and automation a lot as it's much easier to use than competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is still rolling out Related Companies, which allows you to assign a contact to more than one company. It's still very quirky though and creating lists off it is not easy. Hopefully when it's out of beta, this will be fixed. More generally, you're paying a premium for what you're getting. They're definitely much more expensive than the competition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to manage all of our email marketing, social media posts, blog, and some action-based automation. We've streamlined our systems and it's made it much easier for our teams to work together.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the dashboard and it's ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead generation is filled with spam. I often get clients asking me to set up funnels through hubspot and every time I do, it's all junk email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I enjoy it's platform for running ads through FB
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd avoid using it as a lead generator and more as an all around content management system. Ideally, your contacts are totally organic and not dependent on the ads through HB.
Great Marketing tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach your contacts in a really efficient way and being able to create sequences.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there are not so many options in order to personalize when to stop a sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to contact in a very efficient way an amount of lead, that manuaylly would be impossible.

Its a great tool that will help you engage your customers/leads.
Most cost effective, integration friendly CRM
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use compared to so many other CRMs and has very good integrations with all the major digital marketing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was fairly complicated to figure out how to add custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting, nurturing, closing leads, and reporting that data back to the advertising platforms.
Easy to Use and Fun to track
What do you like best about the product?
I like the detailed report about each lead's activity. Really helps figure out a prospect need before making contact, so I can seem like even more of an expert to the prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
as of now I truly have no complaints about hubspot. all is good thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping track of leads and prospects is very easy and clear, user friendly. Helps when I connect with the prospect and can sorta pinpoint their pain based on their activity.
The best & most detailed CRM system I have used to date.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to report on traffic, landing pages, blog posts by views etc is an incredibly helpful and convenient tool integrated in the CRM system which means we don't have to create these reports externally. The fact that you can create blog posts and share to different social media platforms with the click of a button is really helpful. The calender view of when each post is due to be published is incredibly handy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to found a downside to the HubSpot Marketing Hub!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing has enabled us to do almost everything we need to do in one CRM system which makes our workload significantly smaller and our work far more streamlined. The reporting tool is something we use on a daily basis for a multitude of departments. We have several workflows in place which makes tasks that would usually be done manually far easier and quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot itself has been a pleasure to use. The CRM system is easy and self explanatory and if I have any questions then the live chat team are always helpful, polite and generally always solve my problem(s). The reporting tool is handy, easy to execute and saves a lot of external work. The publishing section is so quick and easy and, as long as you integrate your accounts, needs almost no skill to perform.
Great, smart platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, easy to use and nicely explained. What's also really great is that you can get 24/h support via chat, email or phone and there's always a real person (not a bot) on the other end to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead capture forms don't always display on external platforms, such as Wordpress. A person can only be added to a workflow once and not re-enrolled, which sometimes means manual work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all contacts in one platform is great. We use HubSpot for lead and contact management, sales emails, live chat, newsletter, forms and partly reporting.

Great for startups but also established companies!
