If your team is small and need to get to market faster, consider Hubspot. Lesser overheads, clean interface and easier to customize according to your needs.
Good Quality Landing Page Builder with Strong Integration & Analytics support
What do you like best about the product?
The Hubspot marketing hub is a one-stop marketing solution. It takes away the hassle to manage multiple accounts in a centralized platform.
The process for building landing pages is unique and nice. Forms integration is also easy. Cloning landing pages really helps to create personalized variants.
Social media scheduler is really helpful in putting social media posts in order.
The single platform also helps us in managing Google ads right from the same dashboard.

What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page builder platform has a restricted access feature which sometimes makes it difficult to understand the modules. This is not helpful for people who have just started with Hubspot.
The landing page builder also has limited features which restricted me to create interactive pages.
In social media platforms, posts preview are not as attractive as other platforms. Still need to rely on the analytics section of the original platforms. The analytic reports do not reflect in Hubspot which it makes it cumbersome.
Ads portal doesn't have exhaustive reporting as Google ads contain.
The landing page builder also has limited features which restricted me to create interactive pages.

We're trying to enable quality marketing for our customers using Hubspot. Quality asset builders, reporting, UTM tracking helps us in the proper execution of marketing ops.
We have full pod customers, in which we do everything - paid, social media, marketing automation, edms etc.
Having everything at a single place helps us in saving our time by organizing things well and staying efficient.

Hubspot is a good platform to bring marketing in order. For B2B and B2C it's a good way to manage your subscribers & customers.
The Best Tool for Automating the Email Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create lists based on the desired data points. Probably Hubspot is the only platform that gives us such ability to segregate the lists.

Drag and drop the layouts our own wish is definitely an added advantage that saves more time and helps us in designing the emails quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
At present, I don't have anything which I dislike, but I request you to add more font options at present the font options are limited as far as I know.
Also please give the platform ability to divide the lists with a huge number. With this, we can send email to a list of people with limited numbers, let's say 1000 per campaign.
If possible give an option to crop or make edits to the image, yes it is connected to Canva but staying in the single window while working would help us more.

Tracking the email metrics and gazing at the performance.
Previously we were unable to get the list of influenced contacts, but with Hubspot, we can now get the list of those influenced contacts.
The ability to reach people on mass in less time and leaving an impression of the brand.

The best Email Marketing tool to go with. They add updates to the platform more frequently which makes it more user-friendly. I recommend this over all the available tools.
Because it is a single platform for sales and marketing, it will definitely help Sales & Marketing to go hand in hand.

1. Contact merging while importing.
2. Lack of weekly/monthly report on email health performance
3. lack of Email sender score identifier
4. Lack of CC features in emails is big trouble, and an email can only be sent to the primary email address in that case. The other email ID just gets stored as secondary email and it cannot be used at all.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using the templates without any coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to customize templates of our own. The customer service from Hubspot on self-customized pages is low because they only offer services on issues that come on their templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are engaging our customers to directly contact us with the forms on the landing pages. Lead generation made easy.

It's a good tool for Sales CRM and marketing automation.
I absolutely LOVE HubSpot and cannot recommend it more highly!

Automation is key when using HubSpot! Using the workflows to automatically trigger emails is so helpful & saves time for us. The cloning functions for eDMs and Landing Pages allows us to work efficiently and utilise existing designs with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see more depth in the analytics tools, rather than simple engagement metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving using HubSpot include managing a huge database of contacts, many of which are completely different audiences! HubSpots lists & segmentation allow us to manage these effectively.
List Building Tool is Second to None ... Be Prepared to Create Workarounds
What do you like best about the product?
The list building tool is amazing. You can literally create a targeted list of prospects on any criteria .... the number of pages viewed, which pages they've viewed. It's amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
You do need to be prepared to create workarounds. I've had to use Zapier several times to complete basic functions that are standard in other email tools, but don't come out of the box in Hubspot. e.g. only send an email on a specific day of the week e.g. Thursday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are giving our clients tailored email content based on what they actually want to hear about. BUT, you need to realise that you need to create that strategy yourself. The software doesn't create the strategy for you. You create the strategy and the software is the enabler. If you don't have strategy then you will be disappointed with any software you use.
A lot of capabilities and easy to use, but sometime it's a problem.

Ease of use, super fast and easy to get started tutorial or trainings are not needed (personally) to find something or achieving my goal.
Integrations to a lot of other marketing platforms and tools (LinkedIn, Facebook, Drift, Unbounce, SFDC, etc.) save us resources and help us to achieve more from hubspot and other tools we are using.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of A/B testing feature for a workflow, which is essential for our marketing efforts for example if we want to test different lead nurturing programs it's currently impossible.
Some features offer limited capabilities and therefore we need to use 3rd party tools e.g. chatbot or page builder.
Another problem we currently have is we don't have an easy solution to connect our analytics from HubSpot to the company BI and there's no integration to google data studio which is a very needed one.

We use Hubspot to manage our lead generation efforts in an organised and efficient way.
It help us to capture leads from different digital assets, nurture them and pass them to the sales team to turn them into revenue stream for our company.
Then we can track the performance with the analytics Hubspot offer to understand where are we and what do we need to improve or change.

Easy to use and understand, online visuals are good

The reporting is pretty much raw data. Online visuals are not what gets exported to report.
