Awesome experience with the HubSpot marketing hub

What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to create any email. Be it a simple text email or HTML email template. The UI makes it very simple to create any type of email. Apart from this I found a review section very much helpful. It helps us to double check on whether we have selected the correct email sender and its email address, subject line, audience, a scheduled time and the campaign.

Loved the sent emails stats that HubSpot provides. Other than open rates and click rates they provide time spent viewing the email, this helps us to understand whether the audience has read our email or skimmed it or just glanced it. They provide an engagement over the time that gives us an idea about at what time of a day people are engaging with our email. Also we can organize our email campaigns very well with the help of campaigns. So that we can track all the emails that are associated with any campaign in the one window.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. I found it less helpful for some email contact lists. If we want to club the contacts of two different emails in a single list, here in HubSpot we cannot do this. We need to create two separate lists for the same and use both of them for the future emails. Also, the dashboards and reports sectio of HubSpot is not that smart to help decision making.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped us to know how people are engaging towards the email content with the 'time spent on viewing the email'. Also other important thing it helped us to track is the 'Engagement over time'. If we put more than one CTAs or links in an email body, HubSpot helps us to know which link has clicks or which CTA is working.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company switched from Act -on to hubspot Jan 2020. I am a digital marketing specialist and really enjoy using landing page, email and forms for my marketing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping we could schedule IG/FB stories with it. I wish there is a preview of my business social accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I never had to worries about contact duplications and hubspot filtering out all those people who unsubscribes our marketing emails. I never had to worry about complaints.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you used mail chimp for email marketing , you will love Hubspot. It’s very similar but way more powerful.

straightforward features plus training depth

What do you like best about the product?
The simple UI, and ability to clone to create or update campaign content quickly. Easy to look at with a wide range of features and functionality. Intuitive for most things. Easy to access widely used information. Easy to share information and reports with others. Logging of actions is helpful for company wide communication. Resource emails sent occasionally are helpful, good cadence, not too much. I can trust devices so multifactor isn't needed each time. That is really annoying when it is required every time and you need a code to text of 2FA app to generate a code to enter. I like that there is an app for HubSpot. I like that there are warnings when you go to edit something like a CTA and the system automatically warns you when you could be editing something you don;t realize will have a ripple effect into your system and upset users. I can have many tabs open, and it auto saves what I am working on but also warns me if it did not save.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting back end efforts for dashboards need to be easier to create. And the inability to paste multiple email addresses in an email without creating a list or selecting entries individually is frustrating each time I have to send it to a subset. The old email editor functions better than the new one. You should be able to create a list from the checked contacts in a list more easily. List view is less than helpful for the options listed vs potential, like when you check the boxes to delete contacts they uncheck when you go to the next page. SO many drop downs, would be great to organize by campaign and have a set of templates assigned to each group to update and help with repetitive tasks. It was great to get the link to this survey but COME ON I have NO idea how to complete it correctly to make it "done" since A+ is not enough, no matter how I list my likes, dislikes, or add more detail . My Upload permissions were revoked after someone else uploaded data and it overwrited much of our database. This has caused me SO much headache. Please change this so there is less risk of someone affecting a whole database, and the threat of having to cripple other roles inorder to safeguard that form happening. Reporting needs to be easier to see by drilling down from charts. They needs to be clickable and not just a hover recap of what it contains, opening to a few areas would make pulling up data for others much easier without having to have 8 tabs open while working on various projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accessible for multiple users and relatively easy to learn. Fantastic training library, and I appreciate that it is not just system based knowledge. I love the ability to watch training videos at different speeds and have certificates avail to qualify the training we do in our day to day to make the company run better. All the little things add up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Excellent functionality and at a competitive price. Great learning tools that cover most everything you'd need to know to succeed better in your industry.

What do you like best about the product?
They are always upgrading the reporting features which I appreciate. As well, the customization of HubSpot allows us to really track our leads transparently and nurture them accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are instances where numbers don't line up for no apparent reason and require a little more digging to get an accurate picture. But I do understand we're inputting A LOT of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use workflows to both nurture our leads, as well as connect with our Zoom account for easy webinar registration and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how user friendly HubSpot is. It's pretty clear and easy to understand where you're at in the system so that you can do what you need to be successful. And I like that it's all-in-one for what I need to do. Contact/Company/Deal records are in one system so marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups can access the details they need to follow-up successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like hubSpot is too simple because there are a few things I would like to do but cannot. Most of these are items on the product roadmap though because I know others are keen to have these features added as well. HubSpot is great about listening to customer needs and acting on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us to keep out content organized and share our content with prospects and customers. Marketing Hub is used for both of those channels in a streamlined way.

Robust, Simple, Essential

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does so much, from emails to landing pages, this is truly an all-in-one marketing tool for us. We started using it just a place to hold our email contacts and send occasional email blasts. We now use it for regular email campaigns, landing pages for ads, social media posting, SEO tracking, lead generation, lead reporting, and chat interface on our website. Our sales team has also adopted it as our CRM and integrating the two sides has been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits in the ways reporting is done. Specifically when trying to do comparison reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is key for our content distribution strategy. It helps us post, publish, and push content to our audience from one easy platform.
Hubspot has also been extremely helpful as we've aligned our Sales and Marketing teams and become more data-driven.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It very much is an all in one solution. Be careful of your contacts count as you are charged an additional fee depending on how many contacts you have in your database.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot does a great job of taking care of our team. They reach out regularly to make sure things are going well and we're being succesful. The wealth of tools and how we can use them seem endless... sometimes too endless. And then everything is so intuitive. We've actually used some of their step-by-step how-to's and task management to inspire our own development of training solutions for our customers in a completely different space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web templates could use a bit of attention. I wish they were as adjustable as the email templates are. Email is super easy, but to get the web stuff as pretty or consistent with your website UI takes more work or a developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot Marketing for lead generation, managing email and social campaigns, and analyzing our effectiveness. It's made a lot of things easy and in one place.

Best tool to manage your marketing strategie

What do you like best about the product?
What I most like about Hubspot's Marketing Hub the how easy it is to build landing pages, forms and follow up emails. It makes my job very ease and I can do it all by myself, without needing a designer or developer all the time. At my company we make a lot of landing pages and it would be very hard to manage it without Hubspot. Besides that, Hubspot makes very easy to mesure all the metrics related to the pages we create, making our Marketing decicions more concious and precise.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I miss the most is being able to edit design elements on the page, just adjusting the size of the text boxes and things like that. It would make it really ease, because sometimes I need to ask for my designer to do simple things that if Hubspot made available some way to make it by just adjusting the design components of the page more simpler, I could do it by myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said, I need to creat a lot of landing pages and follow up emails. Being able to work with Hubspot is helping me to manage all this work in an ease way. Beying able to creat these contents with just one click is amazing and we couldn't be more happy about our decision to use Hubspot in our company. I recomend it to all of my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should give it a try. Hubspot has a lot of free features, so don't hesitate to try it. I garanteee that if you do, you gonna want to get all the features as soon as possible.
