It’s an all in one platform! Easy to use for our team who are not the best with tech. Helps us build powerful workflows

Allowing us to have all of our data and workflows in one areas and allowing team member to hold each other and themselves accountable
Marketing HubSpot - To Change Mid-Market Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they are expanding their AI marketing for the Hub. This will hopefully increase our workflows and lead to more customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's a tad bit rigid but feels like those things are chaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are solving our follow up and lead conversions.
Mktg Hub for a small team
What do you like best about the product?
Marketing hub equips our team with the tools necessary to be a dynamic marketing firm. Being a small team causes us to be spread thin on many tasks but with everything living in HubSpot it allows us to tackle all request like a big firm.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant updates to the navigation bar.

Having all tools in one place.

Great ease of use and analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a head of marketing with a very small team so spend more time in my systems than I'd like. That said, Hubspot makes it really easy for me to see how I'm performing and even to do things like create and run campaigns. My favorite part though is customer journeys that show me what customers are interacting with across sales and marketing. Finally I know what's working.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike per se but I anticipated somehow that journeys and multi-touch attribution would come pre-configured, which is not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem Hubspot solves (which is why I replaced Marketo) is giving me insight into what's working and what's not. Attribution and journeys make this really easy to see.

It's so easy to use - it takes a one month task and turns it into a one week task

The learning curve - it took a minute to figure it all out

What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything is in one spot. I can create my personas, start a campaign, assign tactics, create workflows and automations, and lead scoring. SQL’s are automatically sent to our sales team, who know the leads are quality and ready to be followed up on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but there is certainly a learning curve to using the software to its full potential. And for our team it has taken a lot of trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to get quality SQL’s linked to each of my campaigns and most importantly provide proof of return on investment to our executives through advanced reporting, tracking and metrics.
