Great tool for busy social media managers
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use with all of our networks plugged into one place. I can schedule out posts to any of our networks and even tag other pages from the Hubspot platform. The reporting is all one place as well so I can get a holistic view of our social media results.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally glitchy, sometimes a post will lose its article preview or won't tag a business page. It gives you holistic reporting, you'll still have to go to individual platforms for nitty-gritty analytics but overall helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Marketing Hub makes a holistic evaluation of our paid and organic social strategies easier. We are able to evaluate campaigns at a glance and monitor new data easily and in one place.
Hubspot Marketing is easy to use when you've got the training
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is easy to use when everything is linked together. Our biggest struggle in the beginning was syncing our CRM, but now that it's in place, Hubspot is a great tool! I love being able to create/design email and make things automated easily for workflows. Also the social media tool is way better than our old way of doing things manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes email templates don't play nicely and need some coding help, but overall it's still good. Also in the beginning it was difficult to setup a Hubspot scoring system for our customers, but after a little bit of help from a Hubspot gold member, things came together quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of right now, we don't have many issues other than we do see some inconsistencies in our HS analytics. That can be frustrating from time to time.
Hubspot - a necessity in our Marketing Department
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can do several different types of marketing on one platform. My favorite part is the chatbot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email platform can be a bit cumbersome, especially if I want to control RSS Feed. I wish it had the ability to pull at any increment I'd like and as many posts. I have an internal blog that is not so much marketing as it is communications. As such, it doesn't have the same goals/requirements as a marketing channel.
We also struggled big time with the IP addresses within our company. We use a very strict spam blocker and it took a lot of work to get all our internal employees the right email messages.
Also, the Instagram compatibility could be better (but I think a lot of platforms experience challenges with Instagram)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems that we had with Mailchimp. Hubspot seems to have more robust email reporting and contact tracking, AND it's more user friendly. Benefits: All-in-one marketing tool and so much more than that, even.
The best customer service
What do you like best about the product?
How quick and amazing the customer service is. All my questions were answered perfectly and made sense. Incredible help. I was on the phone for 2 days straight with one customer service rep, and she went above and beyond in helping me get out a major email together and out in time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative at all to say. Everything is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits have been is seeing all the engagement our emails are getting and seeing who is interested in our company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More in depth training would be nice. I know there are alot of how to videos but they don't really dive into the back end of things.
Easy to use and connect to apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot's ease of use best! There is so much the marketing hub can help with from social media, landing pages, blogs, workflows, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could still be a few improvements to a few of the tool's as far as usability goes, but overall it works great and lets you customize a lot!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have really been utilizing the automation (workflows) which has helped us save time on repetitive tasks.

The buttons and actions to navigate the platform are easy to find and very direct. The overall platform is very clean and not cluttered with extraneous actions/buttons, etc.

I wish the dashboard/analytics of the social media side was a little bit more robust, like the email marketing analytics.

We are able to automate much more of our digital marketing efforts and stay organized within the different tabs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This system combines all your marketing efforts and different channels (email, social, calendars, etc.) to one place that is easy to navigate and easy to learn.

I like that I can see and execute all campaign efforts in one place. One login, connected to all my platforms.
In addition, HubSpot has the ability to integrate with alot of different softwares. You can bring in all the information you need in one spot to learn more about your audience and the performance of your campaigns. Next step is to create automated workflows with emails and tasks to make your life easier and ultimately, handoff qualified leads to the sales team.
Lastly, I like the support I receive monthly. I can bring up topics like email marketing and SEO. I receive quality feedback, tips and tricks and resources to take back to my team and implement.

I used to dislike not being able to see previews of social media posts, but now you can!!
I wish I could tag people in LinkedIn posts, too.
HubSpot is not specific to one industry, which can be a concern with some niche industries (ex financial industries).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, having all marketing efforts in one spot to connect campaigns as been helpful. I can also see those contacts who are interacting with our brand on all levels. Lastly, I am able to easily create great looking landing pages and emails by just dragging and dropping widgets (text, images, CTAs, forms etc). Each finished product is branded correctly, but also looks like a professional developer created it. Our team does minimal training and has the ability to complete a campaign from start to finish.
I have also been able to automate efforts for all of our departments. Of course the communication is a marketing effort, but we can create tasks for users, help with onboarding and give cross-selling efforts going with HubSpot marketing automation.

HubSpot Marketing Is Great
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can dual post to Facebook and Instagram in a single post. I am able to schedule the date and time. I appreciate that I do not have a limit on postings and can schedule months out in advance!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see a IG feed posting to change my posts to work with my companies esthetics, but other than that, I have no complaints. I wish I could schedule IG stories as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to schedule posts so posts go out when I need them and am able to create consistent and reliable content.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just enjoy getting to learn more about the process, what is available, etc.
Helpful and Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is straight forward and easy to use. Results are clean-looking. Forms are simple to create but I enjoy how customizable they are in appearance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the social media components were built out a bit more. I don't make my facebook ads within hubspot because facebook itself just has way more options in how the ads appear. Also, I don't use hubspot for instagram much because you can only post one photo, which makes it useless in many cases. I also wish that forms could have more dependent actions and more than just one layer deep that could be dependent to add more ability to customize the form content.

Tracking clients is better. Everything in one place.
Not only easy-to-use but an overall effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating social media posts is extremely helpful when scheduling in bulk. The analytics for email marketing is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing from my experience is the lack of analytics in regards to social media, we are looking into adopting an integrated platform to fix this though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing multiple social media applications becomes a lot easier, as well as blog input, and analytical research.
