Track your marketing performance with HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub allows me to plan my campaign on all social media platforms and track my performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is quite pricey but it's worth it for a long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Marketing Hub, I can save my time on managing social media. I don't need to log in to Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, I could just create a campaign on HubSpot, and post it to all social media platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great tool for marketing.
Convenient and Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I was assigned to take care of our social media accounts, I can say that Hubspot Marketing Hub has been very helpful and useful. From scheduling posts, looking for high-quality files, SEO tools, it's really convenient for me!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only downside of it is, I find the SEO tool a bit lacking when it comes to its suggestions for keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None at all. If I encounter some minor problems or if I am confused with stuff, I can easily message them and they always respond withing 24 hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. In using different software, a big plus for me is the ease of use and Hubspot is the one!

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule social media posts in advance, according to a desired Date and Time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional errors in publishing social media posts, but that's mostly due to Facebook permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have a very hands off approach to social media marketing, it streamlines the process and makes it easier, especially when I want to schedule the same post on different platforms.

Use it, it's great.

What I like the most about the Hubspot Marketing Hub is its easy-to-use interface, and the functionalities that they offer for social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using the Hub for over 8 months now and I haven't found anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling social media posts no longer require me to go to every single application and create a post. I can do it in Hubspot. This saves a lot of time.

Time Management

The hubspot workflow system makes it easy and seamless to send automated emails to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only feedback at this time, is that I am unable to post multiple photos to through Instagram scheduling tool.

Solving our seamless onboarding flow that is easily integrated with our developer software.

Don't be afraid to talk to a Sales Rep! They are very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to setting you up on the right plan for your company.
The automation is helpful and the design tools make it easy to create professional content.

The support is amazing and the design tools are incredibly helpful. The data collection is key for demonstrating growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the software feels too complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to collect consumer data much easier through forms and other landing pages and building our contact list out.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You do need to have a decent level of knowledge of CRM software, the implementation is quite the process and being able to navigate through the software is key in order to get out of it what you're paying for it.
Super convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub on Hubspot is literally a one stop shop. It has everything you may need. I like that I'm able to put multiple social media pages onto my account, making it super easy to schedule and monitor responses. It's super easy to format emails (regular and automated). The workflows are a time saver, they are pretty easy to set up as long as you think the thing through, step by step. Our team uses the campaign management and the tracking URL builder for every ad we create. It make reviewing ad and analytics super easy cause ads live in their own personal campaign. And once a campaign is over, it makes pulling analytics and reviewing what we did incredibly easy rather than hunting around for certain pieces. But I think most importantly the contact lists are the best. We host a lot of events, all virtual now, and having an Eventbrite plugin on our Hubspot contact lists makes gathering contact information so much easier. It pulls all information from Eventbrite and form fills in real time, making list monitoring and emailing them super easy. But I think having all contact information live in one place and then being able to filter has been a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don't like is that in social media scheduling, even the vanity URLS display as bit.lys. And sometimes I wish we had more autonomy on customizing landing pages.

One thing that was hard for us to manage in the past was all our social media pages and comments. But now they live on one page making it super easy to response and see how posts are doing as a whole. We have also recently started utilizing the campaign feature and the tracking URL builder and both have been extremely useful in helping to gather more analytics and make smart decisions about future campaigning.

Watch the training videos that Hubspot Academy offers to learn more about what the Marketing Hub has to offer. Also keep in contact with your account manager, they are a great resource and will help you find a solution to whatever you are needing help with.
After 30 years, I finally found a solution that works
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way HubSpot integrates our CRM with our marketing initiatives. I LOVE the way I can post to social via HubSpot and track activity. I truly believe that right now it is more important than ever to be on social. I can line up my posts on multiple platforms ahead of time--like on a weekend--and then keep looking for additional content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. I am a one-person marketing department--even before layoffs, I had major responsibility--and HubSpot makes my life easy. Oh yeah: one thing--I don't like having to reconnect Facebook and Instagram every 90 days. Why????
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one problem I'm solving is time--and timeliness, I can do so much with the HubSpot Marketing Hub that in a perfect world (?) would require a staff. It's tough right now, but we are outperforming our competitors, and our customers have been responsive.

Lead capturing and integration with website. The ability to send emails to a large number of people and track the open rate, click rate, unsubscribes, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
The process of imputing and organizing contacts is a little tough. also the e-mail creation tool isn't the easiest to use - I generally create my emails through a 3rd party website and upload the html code - would be awesome to be able to create and send all through the same platform.
Some times I have slight issues within the website but customer support is always really great to help in a timely manner.
When someone has been put on the "do not send" list it is difficult to get them removed from that list.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capturing has been the largest benefit of hubspot. With HubSpot we have been able to solve several problems; lead capturing, mass marketing e-mails, insightful data into the performance of our website.
HubSpot is a great tool for our company. It is a great tracking and capturing tool. Hopefully we are able to utilize more of the functions as we learn about them in more depth.

It is overall a great platform. A few minor things that I am sure will improve but every company has minor issues.
