A complete marketing platform that centralizes and simplifies campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
It helped us at Grupo Printer centralize campaigns and customer tracking in one place. Email automation, segmentation, and dashboards make daily work easier and provide clear data for decision-making. The CRM integration is a huge plus, connecting marketing and sales seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost goes up quickly when moving to more advanced plans, and the learning curve can be challenging for new users. Reports are solid, but when you need very customized analytics, you may feel limited without extra support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes marketing and sales data, eliminating silos. Automation saves time on lead nurturing, and real-time dashboards improve decision-making. Overall, it boosts team efficiency and ensures alignment across departments.
HubSpot Saves Us Time and Energy
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how HSMH simplifies our processes, saving us significant time and energuy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like faster access to diverse training and learning tools. Maybe a "new user" or "tutorial mode." In such a mode, an icon would remain present by each feature that my team can click to learn more about the box/feature/tool. This is more a suggestion than a dislike, I know. To summarize the issue, I don't want to open a chat or a new page to learn more, because I am easily distracted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us by integrationg our CRM, products, and marketing into one simple platform.
Better than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
It is on the same platform as all our other tools like,CMS, CRM, Social, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is easy to teach other ls and onboarding.

Keeping everthing connected alows us to have all our customer data in one place.

I find the landing page builder easy to use, same with the forms. I’m looking forward to using the marketing studio

The campaign builder lacks context with the rest of my assets, which is why I’m looking forward to marketing studio

Centralizing our data for our museums and sites and automating our communication.
A Tech Company that listens
What do you like best about the product?
This is small but exciting. In the massive list of releases about AI, personalization, efficiency, the loop, and more, the one small feature I’m most excited about, is one from community feedback. Complex and/or logic for segment filters. The cleanliness I can now achieve increases how well other team members can understand how the filters actually work.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some ways, it does seem like an implementation partner is necessary. That may just be on account of the size of my team though. I am working to learn as much as possible to see what a small team of motivated folks can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is starting to become the source of truth for all of our team members. This will be immensely optimized by Data Hub, and the variety of other new tools.

I really like the workflow feature and how they can integrate with campaigns.

It requires a lot of effort to learn to correctly take advantage of the tools- which can be a struggle for a team of two people who wear many hats and have many other responsibilities. For what we pay, we’re not using it effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing director, my team needs to move fast and be able to make changes on the fly. I love how easy it is for non-technical marketers to use the platform to do their jobs and any changes that need to be made can be done by them without interference or waiting on a developer.

There’s nothing I dislike about HubSpot marketing hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a central place to organize all of our work and measure performance, and we can do that easily.

What do you like best about the product?
My team just ran an ABM campaign using HubSpot marketing hub which was super helpful for everyone to align in one place. We set up a sequence that automated, even when I was out of office, and were able to clearly see the results for meetings booked, etc. in the dashboard.

Sometimes I can get lost between account pages when I use UTM generators and campaigns
