Great marketing tool, easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate. It's easy to import lists, new contacts, create new emails and post from social accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it filters out lists that aren't GDPR. Sometimes I will click a category to send an email to and the list will be 400 people, but the email only really goes out to 70 people (As an example)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving time saving with downloading reports and lead reports. Hubspot makes it easy and organized for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the bredth of features - email marketing, social media management, landing pages, campaign automation, sales opportunity management, along with great analytics. I also have to give a shout out to support. VERY responsive!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be overwhelming. with so many features, and the fact HubpSopt is constantly innovating, you really need to keep up with the product.
It does help that the support is very responsive, escpecially online chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot as the "Hub" of our marketing and sales process.
- Account Manageent: All accounts and contacts are tracked in HubSpot.
- Sales Pipline Management: Opportunities are captured and managed through our sales process.
- Social Media Management: We've centralized on hubSpot allowing us to post and interact from one platform
- Marketing: Email marketing, automated campaigns, landing pages - all from one tool

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a user friendly digital marketing platform with great integrations for lead generation and sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything I dislike so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We set up a page within our website that serves as our “employee page”. Our company blog/news feed is on that page, but we also have a separate blog feed on that specifically for employee news. Though we never intended to, we’ve found success using Hubspot as an internal communication tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great, easy to use CMS.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it’s an all in one tool. It makes my job as a marketing director so much easier to not have to toggle between multiple platforms to get my job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some challenges to learning the software, but it’s the industry leader for good reason. The free training that’s available to users is invaluable. They really want to make sure you know how to use HubSpot to it’s fullest capacity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving is our marketing department of one (hi, it’s me!) is able to work much more efficiently utilizing this sole platform. It’s extremely beneficial to be able to do all I need to, whether it’s sending emails or creating a blog post, all in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
What I enjoy the most about using HubSpot is how it has so many features that are constantly improving. You can learn how to use the platform with the more you use it, and of course it helps that they have free HubSpot Academy courses. It's easy to see metrics for campaigns or social posts, which in turn help your sales team and lead gen. This is a platform nearly the entire company will benefit from if you use it to its full capacity!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hubspot is a one stop shop for marketing purposes. Getting all of our marketing channels linked accurately, helps to see our performance in one area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Along with what I like best, it would be nice to see more detail regarding ads. Although Hubspot has a lot of the analytics, I still find myself having to go to Google Ads and Facebook Ads to find some of the analytics to get more in-depth results. Now, that's given since that is where the ads are generated, but overall it is still nice to see so much information being pulled through from these platforms as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows and connection with our websites are amazing! As we are looking to push out a new website, knowing that we can rely on Hubspot for the ease of use and managing of our sites and workflows make it easy for us to implement more information as soon as we see the need for it for our viewers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great one stop shop. Although there are some things that can be tweaked, they have made huge strides to be competitive as a CMS.

Customization makes targeted communication easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customization of if/then branches in workflows to make sure that your messaging is going to exactly who you want it to (and not anyone else). I also love how personalized tokens make it easy to send targeted emails even when using a big list. Importing lists is super easy and the email builders make it super simple to drag and drop/piece together a nice looking email, even without much design experience. Customer service has always been attentive and helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not any downsides that I strongly dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending highly targeted communications in an efficient way. Setting up automatic workflows to avoid manual emailing. We have improved our marketing efficiency significantly because we do not need to split up different lists or manually send out emails each time we want to create a campaign. We can also better track campaign success through opens, clicks, and an integration with our own platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is probably my favorite part of HubSpot -- everything from navigating through the analytics tools to building custom reports. It's easy to figure out which means I can build new reports and share deep-dives even faster with my team. The recent expansions to the dashboard capabilities have also enabled building quickly-digestible information for the team to access. It was easy to get the team on-board as well. All the training courses were easy to go through at a reasonable pace and even our less tech-savvy team members were able to find a way to use everything with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app for Hubspot is severely lacking Marketing-focused features. It would be nice to have access to the same (or similar) marketing, email, and social features that are available on the web-based Marketing Hub. So much of the social aspect of HubSpot would be nice to access while I'm on-the-road or in-the-moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're streamlining our communication efforts and we're able to strengthen our brand identity using HubSpot marketing hub. Our team can present a strong, consistent message as they engage with their clients by using some of the tools available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot offers a ton of free resources - do your homework and go through their training options available. It's well worth your time!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Marketing hub. It provides all the basic tools needed to run a campaign. I like the scheduling part, especially sending emails by time zones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports are very mediocre and confusing. There is so much room for improvement. Dashboards can be so much better. It needs to provide better information and look a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best part is that all my activity can stay in one platform. I can easily see what content has been sent to a particular customer and how he/she has engaged with it. But there is so much more that can be done like automation, etc. This flow needs to be better explained to a marketeer so that the platform can be best utilised.
Apart from that as mentioned above, I like the scheduling part for Social media and emails.
Landing pages are very handy but the templates need to be more easily editable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The templates definitely need to be more easily editable.
The platform needs to have a better flow.

What do you like best about the product?
scheduling, editing photos to recommend sizes, insights, and connecting ad account to the platform to push leads through.
Also, everything is easy to use and they provide helpful lessons on how to utilize their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling posts on Instagram, you can only do one photo or video at a time. If you want to do multiple in one post you have to do it through the app or your creative studio on Facebook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my job, I like that we are able to track customers that come in from social media and then continue to nurture them through workflows and other campaigns.
