Pushing the limits of Landing Pages!

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a freelancer that works within Hubspot to create landing pages that have really become microsites and I love the ease of design manager, the multiple templates/modules available to create the most useful microsite based on each clients unique needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't had any bad experience with using Hubspot so can't comment what I dislike at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients are looking for a way to display quick information with landing pages and customized emails using smart rules to target different users.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of all the WISIWIG systems from website to emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some trouble keeping contacts organized because they come in from so many directions. website, tickets, plug-ins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly adjusting the website to cater to changing times. Tracking contact engagement from marketing, via facebook plugin, emails

Hubspot Marketing Hub - Ads

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with LinkedIn Ads has been great. Just started using it but find it valuable especially in using Lead Gen Forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not been able to clone an Ads campaign in Hubspot like you can in LinkedIn which has been frustrating. Lack of A/B Testing in Nurtures has been unfortunate as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Marketing Hub for all our email automation, paid social ads, and website hosting. Having everything in one place has been great.

HubSpot Marketing Hub - Nearly Sublime

What do you like best about the product?
We have a large sales team that understand the value of direct, non-marketing based emails that insinuate a personal touch, such as a rich text email with a simple reply to this email call to action. Using Mareeting Pro, you can use personalised tokens not just in the body of the email, but also from the senders address. Therefore once you've built your target lists using their 1000 customisable lists tool (unique to marketing hub), you only need to create one email, send to 10000 contacts, and HubSpot will automatically send it from person 'a' (using their specific business email adddress), with person's 'a' signature and their unique "Book a meeting with me here" link - that directly links to their O365 calendar which is also another great unique feature of M Pro.
What do you dislike about the product?
Big pay rise in between M Pro and Enterprise, certain features you'd really want as an "Add on" are only available in Enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass email marketing with data analytics and fancy visualisation methods.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They do a 10 week onboarding exercise, you get 1 hour every week to get the clever kids at hubspot to do whatever you want, make landing pages that are designed to match/link to your website that match your tone of voice, colour guidelines, brand guidelines etc. They are fantastic.

Good platform, but with limitations.

What do you like best about the product?
Ads reporting & insights are advanced and Salesforce integrations helps streamline processes. Its user friendly and Hubspot's tutorials do help with an easy onboarding process. The step-by-step approach is very welcomed by our team when starting someone new.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations with Salesforce & Hubspot integration in terms of limiting / controlling which form activity syncs. There are some moments where a feature I think would be easy and intuitive is difficult to resolve. In additions, there are a lot of random bugs in the landing page builders and the requirement to customize CSS for specific landing pages which should be easily adjusted is frustrating. Our designers and developers are too involved at times for a platform that should be able to be managed entirely by a small marketing team. Also strongly dislike the fact that you can't split test a subject line with an audience smaller than 1,000. Sometimes our lists are but a few hundred people and we'd like to get a better feel for those small samples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving lack of synergy between sales and marketing tools. Having a place to keep all our marketing insights has also proven useful.

Blogging platform is easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
We recently switched to the HubSpot blogging platform from WordPress, and I have found that it was easy to get used to the new platform. In many ways, HubSpot's blogging platform is easier to use, with an intuitive interface. A robust and useful stats dashboard is a great benefit on HubSpot. I like that it is simple to include images and other media, and the results are beautiful and appealing to our readers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the online help seems to be directed toward users of the marketing features and is not concerned with how-tos for the blog itself. Most of what I've learned has been all on my own. It would help to have a section in your online help that deals with the blog platform and the email features. Also, we have multiple authors on our site, and it would be helpful to be able to view an author column in the lists of scheduled, published, and draft posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's much easier to find out which blog posts are resonating with our audience. Also, we are able to use templates to easily create blog posts and emails to connect with our readers.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the workflow features. They save so much time, and I love that i can put in a text alert for when someone doesn't make it through the workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
one of my biggest time wasters is getting internal people resubscribed for emails after they are accidentally unsubscribed. I include my sales reps on all marketing emails so they know what we are putting out there. The reps then forward on emails sometimes to customers they just met with or other people in the industry. If a rep forwards an email, the the recipient tries to unsubscribe, it actually unsubscribes the sales rep. To get them back in I have to reach out to hubspot and it's always a back and forth with the service rep asking me if I tried this or that, and it's super annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never had a really great email marketing tool. I really enjoy the flexibility with sending to certain lists, while excluding others. I also like the email health tool, it's very helpful in showing what's going on across the whole portal for Metro.

Hubspot Is A Rising Star in MAP

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive with how to build emails, landing pages, workflows and forms. You can add a lot of customization at scale without a high level of difficulty. They have the BEST customer service/support of any major MAP I've used, including Eloqua and Marketo.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations to their smart content that could be improved. I would also like to see some more flexibility with workflow logic, such as evaluating if someone meets a criteria, and as soon as they do moving them to the next step. Versus holding in a wait step and then using if logic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to deliver customized messaging at scale to people in different stages of their buying journey. Advanced segmentation capabilities in Hubspot have enabled us to become more precise with how we target our audience and deliver the most relevant content possible. I am also able to share insights with our sales team around prospect behavior and engagement, empowering them to have productive conversations around specific consumer needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Technical support is phenomenal and is the main reason why i have continued to stay with hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to benefit from creation of landing pages/seo and certain other areas as i find i lack knowledge and technical know how.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing enquiries and nurturing enquiries. whilst providing junior sales teams a structure to manage and convert patients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
more account management support to utilise more of the software. i feel like i probably use 50% of the software and this is a reason why i may discontinue after contract is over
