Easy and powerful platform for marketing
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and user experience of the platform. It's an easy tool to self-learn and use by myself or with a small team. We use HubSpot for social media, workflows, email marketing, paid campaigns, analytics, and more. With all the various features we use, they are all fairly simple to navigate and easy to put together through an integrated marketing effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more robust ABM capabilities including website/landing page personalization based on the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building an inbound engine and helping the company drive revenue through marketing efforts. We've been able to achieve more new sales, higher MQLs, and better funnel conversion using HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
- Make sure both your sales and marketing teams can use a platform like HubSpot.
My experiences with HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, how fast I can get my work done, and the automation tools. Also, the Blog editor is very intuitive. It is easy to create landing pages, forms, and e-mails and it does not take too much effort. Not to mention the support, I always get my answers fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the people who receive my replies to their comments under our blog posts, don't get notified about the reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching international audiences with our content on blog, web pages and landing pages as well as reaching them via drip campaigns. I also use it to analyze the results of my activities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I strongly recommend it as it makes a marketing manager's life easier.
HubSpot's Marketing Hub makes it easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use the social tools and the email platform. They are both intuitive to use and make it easy to keep track of all of your marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the changes they make to the platform are frustrating. For example, the drag-and-drop email editor is clunky and doesn't always play nice with older email templates. There are occasional random graphical glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can be hard to keep track of email metrics without a CMS like HubSpot. HubSpot makes it easy by showing you charts of open/click data that can be sorted in many different ways, totally customizable. My organization has a lot of social media channels that can be hard to keep track of, especially when you need to know about engagement. In HubSpot I can check on comments, likes and reshares in one location.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! I like HubSpot for its ease of use, excellent customer support and versatility in regards to how customizable metrics reports are.
Good but tries to do too much
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy you can create lists based on various customer and company properties. Setting up workflows is also easy, despite some limitations. The updated reports look much better and it's nice that you can bring in several properties and still get a simple bar chart overview of your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like Hubspot tries to do too much, and nothing 100%. Besides serving as a CRM and email automation, it offers chatbots, social media scheduling, landing page creation, ads management, reporting, etc. And this is jus the Marketing Hub! Most of the latter functions are quite basic too, or have major limitations.
For example, it's awesome that it allows creating ads audiences straight from the dashboard, but the audience match rate is usually very poor (most recently we had <5% when matching Hubspot->LinkedIn, but managed to get 80% when uploading the same list exported as .csv to the LinkedIn native advertising platform). Or with chatbots - the workflows are easy to set up, but reporting is almost impossible because it doesn't allow to see specific branch performance.

Hubspot helps us solve data disparity between various platforms. We can sync customer data between Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, etc.
Hubspot helps us track and report inbound lead generation efforts. We have created our own lead scoring system and use dashboards to track performance.
Hubspot helps us create targeting audiences for paid advertising, email marketing, ABM, etc. We create customer lists based on specific need.

Hubspot workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Workflows are good tools to automate certain types of data classification:
- the visualization is clear and user friendly;
- there are plenty of rules that can be set;

What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow set up is not very agile. Since a workflow can have a huge impact in terms of data categorization, a lot of time is spent to understand if everything is set up properly before turning it on.
Another point is that it is not clear whether rules can overwrite themselves and if yes, what is the prioritization pattern ? ( e.g. the last workflow can overwrite the others )

Workflows are useful to enrich companies data starting from contacts ones.
Easy, centralized place for managing multiple platforms
What do you like best about the product?
All of our accounts are connected, so it's easy to schedule posts across multiple platform in one go! Love the monitoring tools too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I dislike about HubSpot's social media tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm saving time! That's huge. It's also nice to see all of the metrics across platforms in one place. It's a great way to give quick overviews to stakeholder within our company who want high-level info and metrics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We love it! Super user-friendly. We feel comfortable giving access to a lot of team members. Emails, social, webpages, they're all great!
Tremendous Asset to empower your Marketing Team!
What do you like best about the product?
I truly love its easiness to use and to connect every key dot in your Marketing efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be tricky when working with some selected Landing Pages templates. Sometimes, it is required to have deep technical knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is interconnecting our Marketing team goals in one place. Some can focus on working with SEO, others can focus on developing written content, while others on tying all together into a single result.
Hubspot is a fantastic Email Marketing tool that has helped us to drive our business forwards.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use with a user friendly interface and it has a range of tools and analytics functions to help improve across various areas. Having mostly used the Email Marketing tool, this offers a very easy to use way of creating and sending emails to various lists and contact bases which we also store in Hubspot. The integration between all of the in-built tools is well designed and extremely useful for swift deliveries.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small areas that could use simple improvements to help make the user experience even better. For example, when cloning an email you are not presented with the option to re-name the clone initially - you must go into the email to manually change it at a later stage and this can add seconds to creation time. This seems minimal but as someone who creates over 30+ emails a week, this time can add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Particularly during COVID-19, we have utilised Hubspot to tap into our organic data that we have obtained through both social and in-venue interaction with our customers. Having built a strong database of loyal customers, we were able to market to them on a mass scale and with this we were able to benefit from fantastic conversion rates and sales, all of which were driven mostly through email marketing. Alongside this, by keeping at the forefront of our customers minds through strong email campaigns, we saw return visits and continual conversions which drove revenue upwards dramatically during such an awful time.
HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot Marketing Hub is a great option for people looking for a one-stop shop for marketing, including social media posts and ads. I absolutely love the landing page builder.
What do you dislike about the product?
The social media ads platform is very unforgiving. You can't edit the content of the ad after it goes live. Additionally, you can't edit just the mobile view of the landing page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a stop-stop shop for our marketing program. HubSpot provides that and so much more.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better editing tools on social ads and landing pages.
HubSpot Marketing Hub provides everything you need for marketing success
What do you like best about the product?
The Hub is completely integrated and extremely intuitive to use. It gives you a complete view of customers and prospects and their behavior on your site, Emails, blog posts, landing pages, work flows, social media -- all a snap to use and all integrated. The reporting is excellent and you have no excuse not to boost your marketing. HubSpot's customer service is superior and always accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's tough to find something I don't like. My one nit might be that at this time you can't add ecommerce to landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing and lead generation. It has greatly increased traffic and leads to my website.
