Frustrating at times, but generally pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
As you'd expect from HubSpot, the way it can sync everything you do with your CRM and make sure all of your contacts have every piece of activity tied to them is excellent. The workflows are also really helpful - with a bit of planning, you can have Hubspot do so much leg work for you. For example, you can launch a new white paper, and HubSpot will immediately follow up via email, with links to your newsletter sign ups, demo booking forms and anything else you want - it's very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard labelling is not great, I often find it difficult to quickly find the feature I'm looking for. Also, the UX across HubSpot is generally pretty clunky - very rarely can I do anything in HubSpot with great speed, I always allow plenty of time for inevitable dead ends I find myself down. Oh, and the website CMS is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering leads and tracking them easily in our CRM, as well as talking to our social ads accounts to make sure we track any leads from those channels all the way through the pipeline.
I just love to conduct all marketing activities in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I like to schedule all social posts in HubSpot Marketing Hub. I would do this for the week ahead and sit back confident that everything will be displayed perfectly on the day that I set. Email functionality is also getting better and better with each update.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to be easier to create custom landing pages in HubSpot without buying templates from the marketplace. Also, I think setting up Ads is still more convenient in Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter separately, but HubSpot marketing hub is great for analyzing the performance of the apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved the problem of keeping a big stack of software for each task. Now, I save time managing most of the regular activities in the HubSpot marketing hub.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility the platform gives you. Between custom fields and workflows, you can pretty much make HubSpot do anything you want it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a big fan of the email editor, and as we sync all leads with salesforce the help the system provides to solve those errors lacks some insight sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot for landing pages, forms on our main site, email marketing (both blasts and automated drips). The main benefit of driving all new leads through HubSpot is that you know each lead is going through the right path, getting to the right person, and having the right touchpoints along the way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While there are easy, pre-set things you can do with HubSpot, to really get the most out of it, you have to be creative you have to push yourself to use the tools to make it have the biggest impact on your efforts. It has the flexibility if you're willing to use it.
Tons of Capabilities For Successful Marketing Strategy Execution!
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities of automation in HubSpot are unmatched. Workflows and email sequences are especially great because you can let them run in the background. Lead scoring allows you to focus on the individuals most likely to convert and the countless integrations allow you to stay within your HubSpot platform to set up ads, social post, publish videos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing pages are could use a revamp. They are not intuitive and require a big learning curve. Creating templates in design manager is also quite complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team uses the HubSpot Marketing Hub for most of our Marketing needs. As mentioned previously, a major benefit is automation.

Everything is one place. Allows me to take advantage of "write once publish everywhere".

Every now and then there are glitches with social media platforms, but it is a minor issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Optimizing our limited resources as we have a small staff. HubSpot offers us the tools to create and measure efficiently.
Great tool for Start ups
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is always growing. If there is a functionality that they don't have, give it some times and it will more than likely roll out within a couple months or within the year. I also like that they prioritize their updates base off of what the community needs. If you would love something to be added, make sure the community have your back and up vote your comment.
I also like how great of a community hubspot is. Not only do you have access to everyone's brain in the hubspot community all over the world, but you also have quick and easy access to their support team. If their support team isn't someone you would like to speak to, you can always message your CSM and they will do their best in assisting you.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functionality that i thought was suppose to be basic when it comes to marketing automation, isn't there and you will need to submit a community post with people upvoting the functionality.
Dynamic properties aren't really a thing in workflows.
I said in my likes that functionality is base off of community, but sometimes when you can't articulate your idea effectively, it doesn't get up voted, which in turn doesn't get the attention it needs.

Being able to connect most/all platform to one centralize CRM without the need of having someone doing an API code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get ready to understand that Hubspot is still evolving and always improving. So don't come in expecting everything will be the perfect user experience. Sometimes the way you're use to doing things in one platform, you'll need to do them differently with hubspot and find a work-a-round.
Hubspot Gets the Job Done, and Well!
What do you like best about the product?
On our marketing team, we use Hubspot for a variety of different tasks, including social media scheduling, email marketing, CTA tracking, and more! It gets the job done and I have never had any problems. It is fairly easy to learn how to use it and if I ever have something I don't know how to do, an easy search helps me get it done. It has really elevated our marketing experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say I dislike is sometimes the coding can be confusing. I know basic html, CSS, and javascript, but sometimes if the team has wanted to manipulate something it requires a more in depth knowledge of javascript. We've been able to figure this out but making this more user friendly would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using other social media schedulers before, and not really taking full advantage of what hubspot had to offer. Since we started using the social media tool as well, we have been able to get a lot done in one place which has made it super easy and central. All the tracking is also great and helps us a lot with attribution when obtaining leads.
Marketing automation removing silos
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow tools and the fact that you can do almost everything in one place. It can be used by marketing teams in different countries in different in different languages. It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. Easy to implement and set up new campaigns. Just discovering the ads section, loving the ease of reporting in this area.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a list of suggestions I have that would make my life easier using HubSPot on a daily basis.
That the ability to create folders and search by user isn't available in every section.
More reporting on specific areas.

Full view of all our contacts, what they have done with us, giving us the intelligence to do more. Workflow tool is fantastic and sits nicely alongside all the other areas. Everything in one place.

Great Overall Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is such a user-friendly tool for marketers. I love that it is easy to train new teammates.
Functionality wise it is such a powerful tool. I have used email marketing and marketing automation with great success in my companies efforts.

None that I can think of, Hubspot is always making constant improvements to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to this, we used an outdated email marketing platform - so going on to Hubspot we were able to drastically ramp up our efforts.

Hubspot- Making Social Media Integration Easier than EVER!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface and integration is helpful

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot has been incredibly beneficial for our school's marketing department. Social Media has been our largest growth area amidst the pandemic as we moved to completely online communications with students, staff, faculty, and the surrounding community.
Having so many accounts it was getting to be too confusing to have different departments using different platforms. HubSpot integrates it all into one place and allows us to easily monitor group use as well as ensure messages are consistent across the board. Another problem we were running into with other applications was the interface of the programs. HubSpot has been easy to use and easy to train new employees on. Our only issue has been with the Instagram integration as we often like to post multiple images for our feed posts. For these we have to use the app itself and cannot utilize the HubSpot platform. It would be nice to be able to schedule story posts as well as we often pair a story with our feed posts on the IG platform. Twitter has worked great especially for using images in the tweets. Facebook has also shown no issues. We have been able to recently integrate our LinkedIn profiles and have started to have posts going out from the HubSpot platform to those accounts.
