What do you like best about the product?
The automated workflows, makes everything flawless

I had issues with making templates, but their customer service is top of the line!

The marketing events tool is lacking. You can't attribute events yet, but I hear it's coming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently built an internal KB for our employees. This helps us have one source of truth for our employees, which is essential since we are spread out across the USA.

Marketing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use for creating workflows in HubSpot Marketing Hub. It is so simple for me to create a list, a workflow, and an entire email campaign within minutes. I appreciate that the workflows are easy to create even for a newbie to the platform. I enoy the ease of creating sales sequences for my sales team that keeps everyone on track with their deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub. I find everything pretty spot on with what we need. One suggestion would be to house the Properties section in a spot that is easier to find. I wish that I could change or see all properties near where I build a list so that I am not having to go back and forth to see properties next to a list that I am building.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Director of Marketing for our company, I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for all of my email campaign needs, keeping the sales team organized with leads and deals closed, I assist the data team by ensuring that all properties are being passed over from our AWS and I assist the CEO in keeping up to date with contacts. I am solving problems of targeting the right audience with list building, workflow creation and I am helping my sales team realize their sequences for closing deals.

Use the HubSpot university! It is so helpful to have videos to guide you along each process.

The convinience of cloning almost anything is what I love about Hubspot. It is extremely user friendly

The score doesnt have proper bifurcation it should be able to track down the source and how it has grown to such an extent

Great for everyone, at every age
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support and ease of use of Hubspot. Anytime I need help or advice the support team is very helpful and informed. They take my step by step through the process to fix whatever it is I am working on. They also will clone my work and fix it for me. They are very helpful! Thanks! I also love the mobile preview feature that lets you see your emails on different devices. Very Powerful tool to get everything looking right on every device. These are the upsides of this powerful website.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the buttons are different for emails vs landing pages. I would like a consistent look and the buttons to be in the same place because it is confusing when the buttons like "edit" and "publish" are in different locations. I dislike the spacing on the landing pages sometimes I feel like I can not get the page to look exactly how I want them to look.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalization of emails. Before I struggled with having the emails and landing pages have custom personalization but hub spot makes this simple. Adding Name, and different details to the email are very helpful for our marketing team. From landing pages to emails every detail is custom for our clients and it encourages our open rates while decreasing bounces and unsubscribes. That was one of our biggest problems with past email clients. Now our analytics are going up, we are growing contacts, and landing different business deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the support they give you and the ease of use of the product I would highly recommend Hub spot for just about everyone who wants to get and stay connected to customers. If you are scared about anything they will tell you everything you need and have great online resources and forms to learn from the community of users. Thanks, Hubspot for great customer service and a great product. I love getting connected to a specialist within a reasonable amount of time and you guys never drop the ball. The landing pages and email marketing services you offer go above and beyond.
The One Stop Shop For Our Marketing Automation Needs
What do you like best about the product?
There are few (if any) platforms out there that can tackle all that the Hubspot Marketing Hub does under one roof. That's what makes this hub our top option is the fact that our alternative would be "piecemealing" a hosts of softwares together.
By having our emails, workflows, campaigns, CTAs and more all in one place, we can easily plan and execute a campaign without having to jump between softwares.
We also love the fact that most of our marketing data is consolidated in one platform. It allows us to easily revisit historical campaigns and take learnings for the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
The email design tool is difficult to navigate at times. Going back and forth between the design tool and the email itself can be jarring. I would love to see an option to design and adjust the email template in the individual email.

We are able to segment lists with ease given the unlimited field properties and robust filter options for our campaigns.
The workflows are also a Godsend for automation. There are many trigger options to choose from and the logic is fairly straight forward. We love that we can check back on the campaign or workflow for quick data points without having to sift through each individual email.
Our team has also enjoyed leveraging the Hubspot score field property for our lead scoring program. It's been a game changer being able to identify and score leads based off their demographic and behaviour from one CRM. Our sales team thanks us for passing on higher quality leads!

Control, Transparency, Consistency
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Hubspot since 2015. Initially we used it purely for email automation, but now we use it for almost every aspect of our marketing and promotional activities. It is simple, easy to use, and feature-rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
The campaign infrastructure needs to be more flexible. I want to have the ability to move assets between campaigns without losing insight into the overall activity. Failing that, I would prefer to capture start/end dates, and let the activity data be limited accordingly. Also, a notes or description field would be helpful as we look back at historical data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email automation. Scheduling social media posts for multiple users at different times. Blogging. Custom landing pages. All done by me, with no need for a developer or a tech person. It's easy, quick, and intuitive.
Great Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Above all, HubSpot is easy to use. Its intuitive interface and functionality make it simple to get the things you need to do done. The social scheduler is reliable and makes it easy to track results, and the email tool is the best one I've ever used (compared to other companies like Pardot, Constant Contact, MailChimp, Active Demand, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's reporting tools leave a lot to be desired. While they give basic functionality, the second you want to do things like track campaign interactions that led to a sales call, things become nearly impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub makes outreach easier! Plain and simple, it's easy to get things out and create prospect interactions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot is far and away my favorite marketing tool. Get a trial and use the tools. It's the ease of use and interface that make HubSpot so nice to use. Also, integrating with HubSpot CRM is ideal - though I've used it without the CRM as well.
