Great to maintain visibility of leads
What do you like best about the product?
Managing leads effectively through the pipeline, assigning to relevant team members and setting up automated outreach
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating deals we are forced to assign values which are not always apparent at the initial stages of outreach

Managing leads, assigning to the right people on the team, managing our sales pipeline.
Great user-friendly product with immediate support
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that support is a click away and the informative self-help emails, articles, and daily blogs with great evolving information.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike at this time for the most part. Struggle with the lead scoring methodology as we evolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation with easy analytics within every email, social post, landing page, campaign, etc. all in one platform.

The platform provides easy to use webpage creation tools to generate professional looking pages

Understand and implementing successful SEO, even though HubSpot provides great tools to assist with achieving this.

Enabling the creation of a dynamic website, using the landing pages to register attendees for our webinars to generate quality leads

Email marketing and tracking at it's finest
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot just has so many features that are easy to use. The data they collect on emails that have been sent out are both easy to understand and very practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pages are sometimes all over the place and can seem a little disorganized if you do not know what you are doing.

Tracking customer interaction with emails.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface layout is very easy to navigate, and the tools are everything we need. I also like the analytics I receive about my leads for my territroy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to understand the reporting feature better. There are a lot of items that go into building reports, so I need to take time to learn how to use it and apply it to my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform helps us immensely with viewing our leads' analytics and activity. This helps us plan how to engage with those leads.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Professional is an excellent tool for any organization, big or small. As the CMO of a growing international company, it's been pivotal in our alignment of revenue activities and developing a cohesive strategy for the development of personnel as well as our sales teams. Marketing utilizes it for email marketing campaign and to assist our sales leaders with email marketing campaigns for close-touch ABM. It's been phenomenal for our uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the social media features. It's not nearly as robust as other tools when it comes to social media management. In addition, its ad services are a little lackluster compared to other tools. I wish it was more comprehensive, but it's not really that appropriate for larger teams with a lot of pages. I struggle with it immensely as a marketer because it fails to provide us with what we need in totality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving a lot of business intelligence needs as well as reporting needs. We have been able to glean extremely valuable information. We have also had greater visibility into our email campaigns.

Sometime lead automatically enroll themselves in some workflows. These are bugs.

What do you dislike about the product?
Coming from an Ad Dynamix background, some of the features at first took some time to fully understand and navigate. In particular, I struggled when creating companies/contacts and leads and ensuring data is correctly attached to the corresponding accounts. Some duplication did occur within the first fe weeks of usage however through familiarisation and consistent and correct logging of data this was soon rectified.

The accountability of the software means users can see visually how content is performing, how leads and prospects are reacting and it serves as signposts for opportunities to develop, as well as what is working well for the business. It also gives users the ability to manage communications with existing customers, hot leads and prospects in order to stay organised and more importantly, stay connected with those who matter most.
It also has a platform to schedule and manage social media content and not only are users able to post across a vast majority of platforms, it is also simple and easy to use. The platform also shows the users how the content is being interacted with and again, provides vital insights to drive engagement and respondence through improved posting of content.
