Highs and lows of Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Technically this is the best CRM system out there. You can see that HS team did a great job while researching and developing the system Great job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss some advanced features such as bulk export or similar and minor improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company, HS has helped a lot with inbound marketing. With HS, we can easily create complex emails in a blink of an eye and send it to our leads or future customers. In the near future, we're gonna have a transparent view of cost for acquisition of the new clients which helps immensely.
Great tool for keeping your marketing efforts organized
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is well designed and mostly very intuitive. If you ever come across issues, the customer support that is available through chat is extremely responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We rely very heavily on the Hubspot/Salesforce integration. Sometimes there are delays in syncing between the two platforms that causes issues for us. It's a small complaint, but it would be nice to have better insight into when there are delays in the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved a number of process automation problems. The workflows are extremely easy to use and very powerful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in need of marketing automation that is easy to use, then I would strongly consider HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Useful and quick
What do you like best about the product?
The social features allow multiple posts to be made quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it works well. I guess some AI for suggested hashtags would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Posting on multiple company social accounts by one user.

Good - go for it - need to spend some time understanding your full sales process

Increase the email open rate and conversion rate

Easy to use hub for scheduling and reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to schedule my posts ahead of time and that HubSpot recommends the best times to post.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links are funky and it doesn’t always populate the link preview. For example, if I use an image with a post, the link appears separate and does not populate an easily clickable post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure our organic social media channels are getting as much visibility and interaction as possible.

mass customization options. Reporting and dashboard visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
click tracking and that so many emails get blocked from customer's email server.

An amazing tool that meets our needs
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using HubSpot for almost a year. The software has allowed my company to become more efficient and productive. I've built, managed and done just about everything for marketing in one tool: it's amazing

Best Platform for Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
You have easy control of all your marketing and sales tools in one place. For small businesses especially, you're able to control all your organic and paid marketing, website management and sales efforts in house without the need of ongoing third party support. The system is incredibly intuitive and user friendly and it's clear that the hubspot developers understand user needs and creating an efficient and easy to use design. Also, their support team is always available and incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Hubspot - it was the best decision our company made when we moved off another platforms and went to hubspot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to decrease our usage of third party support (media agencies, etc) while also being able to manage, track and measure all of our organic and paid marketing efforts for a global marketing effort with just a team of two.

Start with a two week free trial of the Marketing Pro and you'll see quickly why it's definitely worth the investment.
amazing customer service
What do you like best about the product?
the customer service by phone is by far my favorite aspect

The contact organization could be a little bit easier to understand, to many sub topics

We are focusing our marketing with HubSpot specially email. I like the way it is very user friendly and matches the aesthetic of the company
Most user friendly marketing automation system
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is superior to previous tools I’ve used. The time it takes to implement a landing page or workflow is much shorter than other marketing automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom integration help isn’t consistent between zoom and hubspot. Would like more clarity and training about the zoom workflow

Automatic attribution reporting. Able to finally see revenue coming from marketing activities
