Best-in-class Marketing automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate all sorts of nurturing campaigns for different lead stages. Custom reports make it easy to measure the success of our Marketing efforts. And the Support crew is THE BEST I've ever seen - always fast and eager to get down to work to show how to fix or build something up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing might be a little high for startups. As a result, sometimes Marketing users might lack some interesting features that are only available for Sales/Sales Pro users.
In terms of functionality: there's a gap between what Marketing workflows and Sales sequences can do - for some campaigns I've found that none of them were able to provide the level of automation, customization, and metrics that I needed combined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a better understanding of the quality of our leads and were able to improve the hand off to Sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! Once you understand the logic behind workflows you realize you can virtually do ANYTHING you want with the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the pace at which you may work on your sales cycle. Because the software is so intuitive and powerful, you may prepare your communications funnels, use effective tools to make the most out of them, and review your work in order adjust thanks to all the dashboards and reports available to you.
I also like the way in which it works with other softwares that are also of great utility for sales reps like me (Slack, Zakari SMS, Sherwood etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there is no text message software integrated, even as an option.
I also dislike the fact that you may not cross-analyze your calls in order to determine at which time of the day leads pick up the most and what call duration is the most efficient.
I would have liked more data on calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the biggest issue that any sales rep faces: selling. When your job consists in selling a service to a person, you have to be in the best possible condition to do so. It is a hard, arduous task that requires preparation, the right tools and on-point energy management.
With Hubspot, I don't have to fight with complicated interfaces in order to do all the background work needed for me to be in the best possible condition to sell, it's all easily done. Which, in the end, helps me save a lot of energy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering Hubspot for yourself, your team and/or your company, I would highly recommend it as it is the most complete and easy to use CRM on the market at the moment. Anything you need is in Hubspot, or can be added through the likes of other softwares.
If you wish to put yourself and/or others working with you in the best conditions for them to do their work, you are looking at the right tool.

Intuitive Interface with Room for Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Speed up marketing tasks by having them under one 'roof'. Intuitive layout helps lead you to correct spots to complete tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult process to upload email templates in Professional Marketing Hub. Building email templates with the drag and drop builder leaves room for inconsistencies on different email servers and responsiveness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before transitioning to HubSpot we were using Pardot, our emails were not advanced when it came to design and list building was a hassle. In switching to HubSpot our primary goal was to create better emails and segment our audiences better. We have been able to achieve this and are beginning to explore other features Professional Marketing Hub has to offer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have a full understanding of what your team is currently doing before you purchase another marketing platform. Take the time to set up your new purchase effectively. Pay attention to detail and USE YOUR HUBSPOT CONTACT as much as possible, that's what they are there for!

Easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like that this is a one stop shop for all my social media needs. It is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot does not always recognize all the handles that I am trying to use. I am forced to copy and paste handles fro Twitter, FB, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot makes it easy for the teams to effectively collaborate and build our a social media marketing calendar

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is the campaign feature. It allows the email and social media to be connected. I like the simplicity of it and how user-friendly it is. The training videos are also very helpful and easy to understand. The platform itself is so easy to just poke around on and figure it out quickly. I like that everything we do comes from hubspot, like our emails, social media, contact info etc. The graphs and reports are a very helpful feature as well. They are very informative and show very good insight into how your posts and emails are actually doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't comment on social media posts. It doesn't seem like it's built for social media. You can't even delete a scheduled post. You can only mark it as a draft. Sometimes the inbox feature glitches and it won't show who is sending messages to my company. I wish there were more features for social media. I also wish there was a calendar feature for booking events. Also, you can't post a gif on social media through hubspot. It just turns out as a image. Also, it always says the image or video is too big to schedule as a post. There needs to be more features for social media on Hubspot. There also should be more accounts you can attach to hubspot. Like Pinterest should be an account that you're allowed to post from. As well as snap chat and Tik TOk. More social platforms connected to hubspot would benefit social media managers everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems- no problems really. Benefits- Easy to schedule social media posts. Easy to send out A/B tests and emails are easy to create. I like that you can create a contact right from the inbox and messages that a contact sends you. I am also facing the problem of - I WISH you could create polls on twitter through hubspot. I also wish you could create snap chat stories on hubspot. Polls on Facebook would be something to add as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is super easy and user-friendly. I would suggest as long as you do not need features like commenting and replying to others on social media. If you are looking for an email platform, this is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part is Hubspot's customer service team. They're very responsive and always give the correct solutions to the best of their ability. I also enjoy how easy it is to navigate through the different tools that are provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside about HubSpot was how we intended to use it was not provided but we easily learned a way to navigate around the obstacles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated emails are very helpful when sending confirmation emails to our customers. It has helped with our return customers and also provided a way to keep track of the conversations with our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best is the user experience and the constant updates that keep providing new features to solve problems. Also great support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is overwhelmed and created error. Which has me constantly monitoring automation. Also creating a endless content flow is not possible yet, where there is a way to consume a piece of content and have the system offer you more.

Intuitive Design paired with Exceptional Training

What do you like best about the product?
I love the intuitive design that makes it easy to use. Pair that with the HubSpot Academy and you can start to get to that professional level in no time at all. I mostly work with emails, but we also take advantage of workflows which helps to make quick tedious tasks much easier. I love that I can schedule emails a week in advance to keep me ahead of schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few limitations when it comes to new technology, but the Support team is quick to help you find an outside solution. We recently found out about click-to-text options. When I contacted HubSpot to see if this was something the software could do, they said it was not, but immediately sent me to another provider that they partner with that could offer that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We send out a lot of emails and social media posts daily. It helps to create drafts for approval and then schedule them in advance. It is also very easy to go back into a scheduled post or email and make changes before it goes live. This allows you to be reactive when world circumstances force you to change your message. One other problem is having a large database of customers that we need to segment so we are sending the right message to the right person at the right time. HubSpot allows us to curate these lists with ease.

Whether you are a large organization or just starting out this is a marketing tool that grows with you.

Powerful tools, perfect for marketing teams of any size

What do you like best about the product?
They've got all parts of the marketing process down to a tee. Control ads, emails, social media in one place and keep a holistic view of your customer's journey, with the CRM. The powerful workflows and automation available makes your life easier, plus there are thousands of apps available to connect to in the marketplce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot, there are constant updates and new features to make the tool even better.

I think the most difficult part of the system to use is the landing page builder, but there are thousands of templates available to use. I think it only seems hard because the email builder is so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a place we could control our marketing and keep detailed records of existing and potential customers. Hubspot also gave us full visibility of all of our marketing channels in one place and allows us to keep our sales and marketing teams aligned. We've been able to create a sales funnel that covers the full customer life cycle, from the initial lead creation to after-sales and support. The email marketing and landing page functionality has also saved us time and money, that we may have previously spent having to outsource landing page builds with HTML. We can now take full advantage of the drag and drop email builder and landing page templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great and highly recommended for any marketing team.
