Powerful marketing tool that I love to use everyday

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing is an amazing and powerful tool. The software is user-friendly and easy to use - I had never used Hubspot before this role and it was very quick to pick up and start creating email campaigns.

The customer service is fantastic. Whenever I have any questions, the chat feature is so useful and quick responses.

Great online training through the Hubspot academy. I have also been to in person Hubspot training and learnt a lot about the software - trainers were very knowledgable.

Recently started using the Hubspot social feature, you can link your scheduled posts to specific campaigns you are running and also compose posts on behalf of other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot that I dislike about Hubspot. But I do find that the reporting element on your marketing campaigns can be quite limited and hard to understand. With the campaigns, you also can't rename them once saving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation and hosting of landing pages, email marketing, automation, CRM, social posting

What do you like best about the product?
It's all your email marketing, live chats and social media integrated under one roof and connected to the central crm

Can be expensive for large databases and some of the tools such as social media ones are only available for pro users

What do you like best about the product?
With workflows you can automate almost everything. It cost you some time to create of course, but it will save you a lot of time in the future!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not very easy to use, especially when you are new with Hubspot. The good thing is that there is a Hubspot Knowledge Base where all your questions will be answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot, you won't forget to email something, because this can all be part of a workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I love the email drag n' drop feature. It's easy to use and automatically makes the email mobile-friendly. If you aren't a designer or tech-savvy, Hubspot's email service is a great start to creating emails. They have many great resources on how to build a successful email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that it can't do everything yet. You are limited to what you can customize and how you do it, so you really have to adapt your designs to the drag n' drop template. I've used it for a year now and there have been some good updates to the program to allow you to customize the padding and sizes of content. I wish it had the option for me to edit the HTML in the drag n' drop feature. Hubspot does allow users to create HTML emails from scratch, but I don't know how to code that well. We also ran into the issue of those HTML emails not being mobile-friendly, but that could also be because I am not well versed in HTML. In the end, Hupspots email is a good simple email service that gets the job done, if you are looking for a simple email service to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot's Marketing Hub has helped us create another channel to communicate with our customers. A lot of times our customers will respond directly to our emails with feedback. It's helped us drive more customers to our website, organize our contact lists, and track our contact's activity with our emails.

Get to know the email templates and learn how to adapt your designs to the templates provided.

Powerful meets simple

What do you like best about the product?
As a marketing designer, having solutions that can let me focus on my creativity instead of getting bogged-down in the post-design minutia is priceless. Being new to Hubspot, the transition has felt frictionless and even removes more burden I didn't know could be removed. I find myself saying "Wow, it can do that too?" at every turn. The value of Hubspot is found in its marriage of power and simplicity. Most solutions are either too powerful to learn quickly or too simple to be fully valuable. Hubspot truly is that Goldiocks-just-right solution of power and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the marketing hub, I don't like that predesigned templates cannot be changed within the email editor. The permission structure seems a bit clunky/arbitrary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the design, scheduling, and data analytics of digital marketing through emails, social, landing pages, forms, and file management. Having all of these tools in one platform has truly been time-saving and invaluable when it comes to streamlining our marketing efforts. The tracking capabilities are fantastic, and allow us to pivot when something isn't working like we want it to.

Easy for automation

What do you like best about the product?
The areas that I use in Hubspot Marketing are email, social, website landing pages, CTA's and workflows.

The marketing hub makes it easy to send out automated emails to our existing mailing list using dedicated workflows. When I have a question, the HubSpot support team is always quick to understand the issue that I'm having and provide the most support possible with visual aids. I've mainly used the support team for help to troubleshoot issues that I've been having with the workflows and they've been a great help.

The social tab makes it easy for me to monitor what is going on in the industry and schedule posts for the future. I've connected my organization's Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The platform has allowed me to tag different accounts in social posts and I've used it to schedule posts 2 months ahead.

Personally, the best part about HubSpot's Marketing hub are the analytics you gain. The analytics portion makes it easy for me to gather key reporting points for end-of-month progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the Twitter account disconnects randomly so it can sometimes be a pain to reconnect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatically send emails to those in a timely matter. HubSpot workflows make it easy to send bottom of the funnel emails in a timely manner for those who are considering the product.

HubSpot also makes it easy for me to interact with other organizations through social accounts as you can easily retweet from Twitter Streams set up.

Marketing Refresher At It's Best

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how the Marketing Hub gave me a crash course on utilizing the interface. It was very informative and reinstalled knowledge that I thought I had lost. I honestly thought the course would be a waste of time but I was proven wrong. It gave me so much insight and showed me how to use some of the tools I was already using to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a hands-on learner, so sitting through the videos was very daunting for my learning style. However, the videos were edited in a way that didn't have me zoning out midway through. They were broken up into sections that were very manageable. I wish there was some form of interactiveness within the system because even with the hands-on portions they didn't specify if you fully completed the section. Sometimes I was left feeling unsure about whether or not I finished a portion of the lab. There has to be a better way to change that interface so it's more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It didn't help me solve any problems. I used the tool as a refresher course. I've always used Hubspot on a basic level but I was recently promoted so I needed more information on the interface and how to make the most out of this tool for my job position. This course gave me insight into how beneficial the system actually is for my new position. I now use the tool every day instead of just every so often.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely do it! It's worth the time because there is so much information available.

HubSpot brings all marketing automation needs in one location

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Marketing Hub is the ability to automate and track everything in one location. We have a lot of different pages and pieces of content that need to work together to support our campaign efforts. HubSpot allows us to do that, while bringing in other platform information to help, such as ad platforms. Also, there success and support team goes above and beyond. They make it really easy to solve any potential issues and respond in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the biggest challenges we've faced with HubSpot was getting the right tracking and integrations in place to make HubSpot work most efficiently. However, with the most recent upgrades to workflow and ad platform integrations, those issues have been mostly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub is helping us understand our customer behavior and automate lead nurture to maximize efficiency. We've been able to segment our audience lists in more meaningful ways, understand how audiences are responding to our outreach, and the associated analytics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider how your other department will and should interact with the Hub - for example, do you also need to enroll your sales team? Also consider what tools you want to integrate and best ways to setup lead nurture campaigns, there are a ton of options.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is very user friendly. I've never had any experience with any other marketing automation tool, but I will say I've never had to go searching for something else because HS does it all. The thing I like best is how easy it is to segment and send out emails / the types of workflows you can build out so that you're always working smarter, not harder.
What do you dislike about the product?
HS can be really finicky. It's a total bummer when something's not working for you, wether it be a user set up issue or something wrong with your workflow, and customer success refers you to a community board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves a lot of the team's time with scheduling and automating!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of Hubspot Marketing Hub. It feels easy to navigate and personally was easy for me to learn. I also like that there are many integration possibilities with the Hubspot App Marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite think about Hubspot is the reporting aspect. I expected it to be more easy and robust than it is, but I find it difficult to run reports on the objects that we would like to track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of efficiency within our marketing department. Although currently, our sales team has not yet migrated to Hubspot, one of the great benefits I am seeing is our marketing department being about to track our projects, comment on projects that are in the works and such. It really helps us all stay on the same page.
