I adore HubSpot Marketing Hub!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create and track my assets all in one place, visualize and share the impact my work has on the business makes my life as a marketer so much easier. The tools are easy to use, customer support is always available and willing to help, and I use the platform daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to get some of my connections set up, but once they are, it's a dream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all of our marketing assets and work in one place makes life way easier, and it makes getting buy-in and approval from leadership easier too.
Easy to use and implem
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a user friendly interface that any level of marketer can easily adopt
What do you dislike about the product?
I think a lot of my dislikes were released this week with all the new updates. I will have to see. Mainly I with more and/or logic functionality in lists, More parameters for the properties in lists, etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Everything you need in one place and easy to use. Marketing Hub is the best solution if you are in digital marketing. Updates are frequents and useful and the lastest AI features are insane!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can I say nothing? Almost perfect. Expecting more features for GEO in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing Hub solves the full-marketing stack needs!

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to manage your marketing cross channels using marketing hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
You don't know what you don't know, if you haven't used a part of marketing hub before, you're unlikely to stumble upon, or use a new tool correctly

What do you like best about the product?
How much flexibility the breadth of HubSpot's tools gives you. If you can imagine it, you can pull it off. And, on top it all, the entire HubSpot ecosystem is so intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most tools are spot on and meet all of my needs. Here and there some tools tends to lack all of the features needed or wanted. Specifically the podcast tool. I so love the ability to use HubSpot to host a couple of our company's podcasts, but the tool lacks some of the functionality and features that some external podcast hosting sites have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been loving the Content Remix tool. Producting multuple pieces of differing content from one original piece of content has never been easier.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a robust tool focused on inbound. It is very helpful for tracking activities and communicating with the user.”

It lacks important integrations for omnichannel communication and, above all, for customer journey management.

What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing Hub is a an all-in-one solution. It is perfect for smaller teams that need to supplement with tools and technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the new cost model frustrating as a legacy customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving us a scalable solution for our B2B and eCommerce company
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very versatile and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
We have all the data in one place and you can do a lot of marketing activities with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of certain tools changes quite often and without any notification. So it takes some more time to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have to use different tools for different marketing activities.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and WYSIWYG features. Automation is easy with this tool! Customer support is superb!
What do you dislike about the product?
Often times, there are too many choices :P Email editor can be finicky at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lead gen program running at all times - from emails to forms and more.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that things are user friendly and the AI generative tool for subject lines and preview text. I like that we can see the analytics so easily and get a snapshot of analytics of our email in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to run a report of all email campaigns sent and their analytics that I could download into one sheet. I am currently creating this on my own and it’s time consuming. Have it include email name, subject line, preview text, open and click rate and the numbers of sent and delivered, opened and clicked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing hub is providing us the A/B testing options so that we can increase our open and click rate. We want our customers reading our emails and taking action on ordering product.
