Best all-around Marketing & Sales Hub out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot continues to invest in its software and consistently makes improvements so that you can work smarter, not harder. HubSpot Professional is perfect for any size of an organization, big or small. I love that you have the capability now to compare the performance of different emails on one screen. You also have the ability to export the data in an easy to read report.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not too many things that I dislike about HubSpot. If we ever have a problem, it's simple to contact HubSpot Support. They are the best and always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use not only the Marketing Hub but also the Sales Hub. It all works pretty seamlessly together and helps our Marketing and Sales Teams to sync with one another. When you use and set up HubSpot Campaigns, it is easy to track your marketing efforts' revenue attribution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before switching to HubSpot, we used Salesforce and Pardot for our sales CRM and marketing. Unless you have a full-time Salesforce Administrator, it's sometimes too much to handle. I would recommend HubSpot to anyone looking for a marketing and sales tool within your organization.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass marketing to our customers. Renegaging churned leads
Marketing Hub has drastically improved our Marketing and Sales Ops operations.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation! Hubspot has current support for hundreds of different automation configurations that we have capitalized on and now use in most of our internal and external facing processes. If you put the time in up-front to plan and configure their automation correctly, their system takes care of the heavy lifting long-term, freeing up your time for more meaningful business decisions.
We are very dependent on Hubspot workflows and have been for the past year and a half. Over that time, Hubspot has continued to develop and release upgrades to this feature which have made our lives that much easier. With so many ways to configure the task at hand to meet our needs, we have been able to automate, incoming MQL distributions to the AE's all the way to automatic deal creations. Our goal is to completely automate the end to end process and have Marketing hub take care of it all.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot's sequencing engine for automated reach outs has good functionality but is limited in the amount of automation that can be done. I have found it difficult to automatically enroll leads in sequences for maturing and that is a downside in my opinion.
In all honesty, the work that I use Marketing Hub for is automating my Sales Ops roll so I can use my time for analysis of data. I haven't come across really anything that is a problem. When I do, I open a support ticket and their support team is very very good at working towards a resolution.

- Automatic Lead Distribution
- Automatic Lead Status and Lifecyle changes based on pre-determined criteria
- Automatic alerts to AEs when data isn't populated appropriately on deals or contacts to ensure data accuracy across the organization.

- The Hubspot platform is very stable, I've never had an issue with downtime or missed workflow steps

What do you like best about the product?
For posting to multiple social media platforms - a real timesaver! Just drop in your post/schedule a time and then schedule for all other platforms. You can tie it to a specific marketing campaign and measure its effectiveness or reach. Also, if you want to repeat a certain post in future, they are stored there and can simply be "cloned" - then edited/resent.
What do you dislike about the product?
WOULD like to see (if possible) a way to tag in LinkedIN - so that there wouldn't be a need to edit those w/in the account once sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media posts used to take far longer - now, a bit more streamlined and efficient!

I love the automation and capabilities to interact with the CRM properties on the CMS.

The code editor is not good enough for coders, it can be improved a lot.

Hubspot is an awesome platform, I recommend to use it as much as posible, to centralize all the company business flows is a big benefit, and reduces a lot the information mismatch, givin us a lot of control, and visibility to all of our teams to do them job as good as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is how it is user-friendly. I started as an intern with no experience with any CRM solution, and I was able to grasp how to use Hubspot faster than I thought. The platform is straight forward to the point anyone can learn it and use it to its maximum potential.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot sometimes bugs out whenever I use the blog function. It would highlight the characters when I am only trying to move the cursor.

Hubspot helps me automate all of social media content, which gives my audience consistent content. Consistent content leads to better analytics: followers, impressions, and interactions.

All-in-one Marketing Management Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I'm pleased that I can create, test, send, track, and measure so many of our Marketing campaigns in one tool. From adding contacts, creating custom sequences to engage contacts, creating one-off or automatic emails, publishing social content, publishing website content, and creating landing pages, you never have to leave the Hubspot tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a better management platform for SEO and keywords. Also, competitor tracking on KWs and social media accounts need serious improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized huge time-saving benefits by being able to create, test, send, track and manage many of our campaign tasks and associated content in one tool.

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, the most interesting features are the email ones and how we can build a totally independent structure to generate engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike. Hubspot Marketing Hub has proven itself to be very useful to our organization.

How to generate enough content by email and be sure that everything is sent to the right prospect. Our open and click rates have grown exponentially.

Hubspot Marketing Hub is a great tool for small and medium-sized enterprise that isn't overly complicated and gives you a lot of freedom in structuring your strategy.

HubSpot is easy to get going and can be incredibly robust as you learn to use all the features. For landing pages, emails, blogs, social, etc. really great for teams to do a lot with not a lot of resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still lag a little bit on aligning to how sales teams manage leads (companies, typically) vs contacts. This has caused handoff problems in my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmentation of lists, getting the right message to the right person is a lot easier with HubSpot and the automation features. Tailoring messages improves our team's engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Create some internal best practices and policies to keep your instance clean and well organized. It's easy to use so it's easy for users to fill it up with a lot of content that will need to be purged.
