What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to schedule social media posts!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how the platform can seem confusing at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of scheduling multiple social posts through multiple accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has been extremely hands-on and helpful for our company. They are always available to answer questions and their support has been incredible!

Easy to use Marketing Automation Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use. We used to have Marketo so switching to Hubspot was a breath of fresh air.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that could be better... their landing pages are not very user friendly - I don't like how I have to design the landing page template and then create the landing page, because I'm always going back and forth between templates and creating the page. It would be better if it was just a drag and drop feature and you didn't have a template you had to select.

Predictive scoring is a black box and they can't really explain how it works. We built out additional scoring and in the back end, you still can't understand exactly why a person has the score they have and why they are gaining or losing points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for email communication, automation, forms and landing pages.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that one can break up collateral/content into campaigns. I like that for the most part we are able to use HubSpot as a one-stop-shop into all things marketing and sales. It does allow us to collaborate as two different departments in order to get messages aligned. The email analytics are awesome. They allow us to really measure our success off of the industry norms as well as our own company milestones and goals. I do like the fact that HubSpot delivers clean navigation when on the site in order to find what you need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a fan that you cannot tag accounts in images. You can post multiple images on Instagram post. You cannot put a location on posts. You cannot put threads together on Twitter. The API limits analytics dashboard for social. I am not a big fan of the analytics dashboard interface as I feel like it takes up to much space to convey the information that is already there. Not a big fan of the landing pages model either. I like the template provided, but getting them to align with our brand is almost impossible without the additional payment to have custom templates implemented. This feature would be much better if it was more user-friendly to create better templated pages that are more seamless to the main "host" page or site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping the next gen become better suited for the workforce. We have realized that it is quite easy to segment market to our audience based off of our interactions and collateral pieces being pushed out. We can meet our audience on the platforms where they are at.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend really diving internally to access your needs and wants from a centralized platform. It is not easy getting everything into HubSpot, but once it is there the tool can be quite powerful. I would recommend diving into HubSpot Academy to learn more and more about the platform itself and how to optimize its tools and functions.

HubSpot's all-in-one marketing, sales, and service platform provides you tools which help in growing customer experiences.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving all my marketing needs starting from content creation lead capturing to grow sales to customer Support at the end.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great marketing tool for the growth hacker it’s CRM is free and very easy to set up.It is not only help in creating content and help in converting prospects to actual customer but also provide after sales support.You can also search the database for prospects and can see which email has been open or clicked.

An easy to use system but not without its faults

What do you like best about the product?
Workflows allow us to turn manual tasks such as recycling leads, text messaging, etc to be automatic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms don't have enough customizability. It would great if forms had conditionality. Also, the email marketing pricing is not competitive compared to other email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows reduce manual admin work. Creating automatic chatbots has reduced the need to monitor chat inboxes and reply manually.

A tool that enables you to automate many processes.

Very Comprehensive

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Nice user interface. Very intuitive. Very flexible. Lots of features. Love the Workflow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the Marketing Email function had some of the Sequence Email features. The product is a bit pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offloads a lot of email handling and demo scheduling for the sales people. Very nice Deal tracking.

HubSpot Marketing Hub - All in One

What do you like best about the product?
When using the Marketing Hub I find it so helpful the maintain all of our social media content in one place without having to move from platform to platform. Being able to schedule days, weeks, months in advance is so convenient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more tools to crop/resize an image in the Hub and that there were more analytic tools when it comes to the social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have struggled in the past with coordinating our posts and this puts us at ease knowing everything is coordinated and going up at once. I also find having a place for emails and templates is extremely beneficial when we are having our sales team refer to what content we have already created to send to clients and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you set up your templates, have emails ready to go in the Marketing Hub. It is an extremely useful tool to utilize within your company. Keep ahead on your social media calendar if that is what you plan to use within the Hub. Don't be afraid to ask for more resources from the HubSpot team, majority of the time they are very on top of getting your the right resources that you need and sometimes even what you didn't know you needed!

Some buggy features and integrations, and there needs to be a better reporting on workflows to understand their performance holistically.

We're benefiting from combining our sales and marketing communication channels in one piece of software and the personalization options have really improved our conversion rates.

The most all-encompassing marketing and sales automation tool I've seen

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an indispensable part of my day to day. I've been a Hubspot user for the last 5 years through previous head of Marketing roles with startups, and I can say with certainty that no other tool comes close when it comes to covering at least 80-90% of what a small-midsize business needs for their sales and marketing. My current role in RevOps marks the first time I'm using Hubspot in an enterprise-sized company and environment, and I am not disappointed. The possibilities are almost limitless in a wide variety of business environments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few downsides, but I'd have to say reporting remains one of the weaker areas where there is still room for lots of improvement. Workflows have come a long way in recent months, and I'd love to see similar progress and increased flexibility with cross-object reporting as well. In terms of database and structure, the ability to create reference/lookup properties is a huge opportunity (and a current limitation we're experiencing) as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to help restructure and organize a database of thousands of records that were outdated, inaccurate and coming from several other legacy systems, and put automation workflows and logic in place to keep the data as clean as possible going forward. On the marketing side, as a team we've been able to stand up two websites in a matter of a few months, and quickly get lead generation going faster than any other tool used within the company. The bottom line is it's so flexible and easy to use, and minimizes dependence on development and IT.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot just makes marketing automation simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bots and forms are easy to use and implement but it would be nice if there was an option to trigger them by a CTA button without having to write js to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our marketing processes are now in one place. We're not coordinating a bunch of different apps.
