HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy and simple to use. I don't have trouble navigating the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Ad tracking and management has been helpful for justifying ad spend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting capabilities are limited to lets say what I'm able to do in Mixpanel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing workflows, building comprehensive dashboards to check in on performance, and overall ad tracking and management to justify ad spend and develop recommendations to optimize my campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it will be very helpful if everyone took the time to schedule a demo with the HubSpot team to navigate the platform. Often times, there's probably much more you can do on HubSpot Marketing Hub but users don't know about it so they miss out because they don't take the time to actually schedule a demo with a HubSpot expert, and learn about all the features. Another thing would be taking advantage of the 24/7 Live Chat Option for any questions that come up. Lastly, I think actually reading the HubSpot blog for case studies and learning more about the platform in general.

What do you dislike about the product?
• Inability to "tag" from platform (have to go on social media and edit posts to @ people/companies)
• The "Projects" tab is not well-designed for managing and tracking progress. Redesigning this tab as more of a GANTT chart would help most teams more effectively manage their projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot's Marketing Hub, our team used a combination of Constant Contact, Sendible, and a myriad of other smaller tools and applications to manage our outbound email and social media campaigns. Using these platforms meant that our team had to constantly switch back and forth between software applications to make progress on our campaigns. Now, we are able to save time and money with a comprehensive and integrated platform that helps us optimize output. In addition, we're just starting to use the Marketing Hub's website development features. So far, we have found the features simple to use, design, and fill out!
Great Marketing Automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
The CRM works really good and all the marketing capabilites (Email, Landing Pages, Ads) are super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Sales enablement tool is still far from leaders in this market (ie Outreach)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email campaigns, landing pages and are data enrichment through workflows are all now managed through HubSpot. Definitely a better experience overall than Pardot.
My Experience with HubSpot as a Social Media Director
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way everything is arranged for use - the layout. It is clearly designed for an ease of maneuverability around the site. It is very comprehensive and incorporates or plug-ins the majority of my needs in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that my reports were more accurate and that I did not have to manually obtain some figures from the social platforms themselves directly. Overall, the maority of the figures are a good approximation there are many that are missing. For example: It doesn't count stories for Instagram or Facebook in the number of posts for reports. It doesn't incorporate the click count for Instagram. It is missing the impressions from Twitter. Overall it is more comprehensive than most platforms; but still has room to grow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has proven to be a better tool for me when drafting and scheduling posts than prior tools that I have used.
Having HubSpot has saved us more time and enabled us to do more than hiring 2 other marketers would.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has endless educational resources and a well built out Knowledge Base that makes it easy to find what you need to accomplish your goals. I like this because I don't have to teach my colleagues how to do every little thing in the platform (sales, sending emails, etc.).
The support is more solid that any other marketing tool I've used in the last 6 years.
Overall, having all of our data and marketing in ONE place has saved so much time and made reporting more accurate.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you need Enterprise level in order to use the custom events API properly. We have our own software, so not being able to send these events back to trigger workflows and other functionality in the CRM is a handicap sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving the problem of not having accurate data and the ability to track contacts from when they become a lead to when they close as a customer and even as a client of ours. Previously, we had very little visibility, even with the email tool we were using and Google Analytics. HubSpot makes it so much easier to get good data.
User friendly emailing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the interface is user friendly, very easy to use. It's also pretty customizable and allows me to create beautiful campaigns while respecting my company's visual identity.

I wish we didn't have to constantly add money / upgrade to have access to automations or other simple features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily send emails to various lists of contacts. And I can as easily create these lists from our sales data.
I also managed to find and convert more leads thanks to forms, or filter my contacts thanks to the unengaged contacts automated list.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a user-friendly, customizable emailing tool, that will allow you to easily collect data, go for it! Very easy to set-up as well.
HubSpot is a One and Done Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you could need is located in one place and is all tied together for ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little steep but worth it over all for what it provides.

HubSpot makes it easy to post on social media all at one time, track likes, track new contacts, and get new customers. We've increased our wins from the internet by over 300% since getting HubSpot implemented.
Marketing automation and a whole lot more
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot has marketing automation, social media management, paid ads management, chatbots, CMS for our website, and the analytics to see them all come together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chatbot feature is not as user friendly as dedicated chatbot software like Drift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Attribution is hard to get 100% accurate but HubSpot does a pretty good job getting us closer to the target. With social accounts and paid ad accounts integrated into HubSpot, it makes tracking the attribution a whole lot easier. Tying in information on opportunity from Salesforce then gives us a full picture in HubSpot on marketing channels that are driving revenue. Previous attempts to see this prior to HubSpot were a lot harder to do.
We've been using it for years and we're still discovering new elements to benefit from!
What do you like best about the product?
The contact builder, social media manager and landing page functionalities are the 3 areas we use the most on a day to day basis. We are also testing out the chat bot feature - so far so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main dislike is the email builder, I feel this could be vastly improved especially in comparison to platforms like MailChimp and SendinBlue.

We solve the need to develop landing pages for our events and webinars while also being able to run A/B tests and gain analytics to progress the campaign.
