What do you like best about the product?
I like that many of our marketing channel can be tracked in one place. Good support from HubSpot staff through the 'help' button. When I am unsure about the features that can be used on this application I am pleasantly surprised with the expertise and support of the HubSpot staff. The customizable dashboard is a great asset to the platform. It is a centralized place for all of our social media channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The chat flow feature can be improved to be more user friendly. For example, changing the order of the quick replies so that the flow does not have to be re-built if there is a mistake. In addition, some times there are glitches to the platform. Social media posts will not go out as scheduled or there will be a difference in the link visuals. This can be frustrating because they will have to be manually posted on social media platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engagement and viewing key performance indicators have been improved through the use of the Marketing Hub. There is an ease of scheduling posts for future dates has been greatly beneficial. Our blog was optimized through the use of content pillars and landing pages. I like that customer fonts, colours and sizes can be set as default for the blog and press creation. It makes things easy to keep consistent for our brand image and visuals. There is a great degree of collaboration between our team on HubSpot as well. The admin settings are very useful for our start up and in the virtual setting.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great way to centralize your analytics and marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily view and track campaigns across email, social, and blog. It's really easy to create visually attractive emails and blogs. When blogs are published, they are easily shared to the email data base on hubspot. There is built in pop up functionality that makes it easy to capture new emails and enroll into various subscriptions. It gives a really great overview of data. It has great integration with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be difficult to modify emails and blogs to your liking. Not always the most customizable, but it is very easy to use and streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Benefits include indepth data insights and integration across multiple areas of marketing including email, social, web, and blog.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a do-it-all platform for marketing today, this is it.

Easy to use landing pages

What do you like best about the product?
The landing page editor is smooth and seamless. The controls are very intuitive and the menu options are easy to discern and apply.
What do you dislike about the product?
Optimizing for mobile doesn't allow the control that other landing page platforms offer. I wish there was a secondary editor for mobile and tablet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating better landing pages for my company without the heavy lifting of development.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is well organized and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forms are often used on landing pages so creating an easier way to navigate from forms to landing pages would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of tracking where users come in from (as in their source) and have realized the benefits of consistency in product.

Would love to be able to have smart modules work with forms.

Segmenting content for our different audiences. Directing our partners to downloads and prospects to landing pages with forms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy collaboration with my team and the ability to tie all of our content together in one place. Long term we we use the data we see across touch points to improve our content and outreach. We have recently started using the topic clusters to group our content
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to create shortened URL within the blog creation section. Also, you can't label your shortened urls so opening each one to find the one you need is time consuming. Also, bulk editing the publish time for social posts would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS serves as our central content hub, which makes it easy for all members of our team to contribute and evaluate content

HubSpot is a life saver

What do you like best about the product?
For six months, I worked for a company that did not have HubSpot, and it was one of the primary reasons that I left. HubSpot makes it easy for even people like me with limited tech skills to create, publish, and analyse content across multiple streams. Honestly, trying to manage content without HubSpot should be used as an 'information extraction' method.
What do you dislike about the product?
Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, I am correcting and republishing content to our blog. I am looking for ways to improve the overall performance of our content and opportunities to diversify it. HubSpot has allowed me to do that quickly, and I am able to track performance of each piece and as a collective. I'm excited to see what else Sekure can build with HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Besides using Hubspot to schedule and analyze my marketing campaigns, I also find their training resources to be top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is such a thing as too much data. I make sure I pick and choose what data is most important for my campaigns and not overload my marketing dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me recognize what campaigns resonate with my customers and helps me build upon my success.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and your data is collated and kept all in one place, very organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some HTML coding experience is required for a lore of the movement of modules, etc. May be off-putting for those of less technical mindsets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting visitors to the landing page to sign up - we have found that by streamlining the registration process and arranging the form to have more then one field per line as well as great branding and design has improved our registration numbers.
