Marketing made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I've managed to get the sales team onto Hubspot too so that we can all work together and make sales and marketing meet!
It’s so easy to plan all my social posts, create emails to our clients and candidates and we've also integrated our salesforce.
We've also created reports and metrics to keep an eye on ROI.
I also love that we have Jenny as our account manager who is amazing and there for us whenever we need her and also the chatbox where you can speak to the help desk and get advice on anything.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to produce creative emails and newsletters. You've got to bare in mind that Hubspot is not a design software so you may have to create an image on Adobe or Canva and upload it as a photo (which is not ideal!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the Hubspot academy, I can dip in and out of it and learn all sorts of new skills!

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, HubSpot has helped us reimagine our organization's marketing, which is tied to all other areas of the business as well. We have been able to try out new strategies for marketing because of HubSpot's tools. For example, we have been able to try out new lead generation marketing tactics and invest more time in building out content campaigns related to lead generation. I like the ease of the tools and the functions they provide, especially when it comes to scheduling content. The tools are robust and provide vital functions that other software doesn't provide. The analytics show us how we can continue to grow our reach in a detailed way, and organizing campaigns in a feature that has served us immensely. I think that the fact that trainings and webinars are provided has also helped us when it comes to getting team members from other departments to get used to using HubSpot in a way that isn't as overwhelming as it could have been, which is always appreciated because it helps to save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools are so robust and super helpful but it's sometimes hard to understand the layout even after months because of the complexity of the layout. Some parts have started to become second nature but other parts are still taking awhile to get used to. I know there's a knowledgebase available but maybe it would be helpful to have a pop-up tutorial on the page. That way, people can get their questions answered in real-time. I think that more training courses would be helpful as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling content, creating our website and analyzing data has been so helpful. One problem I have is the complexity of the email tools, especially with workflows. The functions are great but the process is a bit stressful since turning the workflow on unintentionally means an email would go out.

Robust, Intuitive All-In-One Platform -- Some Elements (Design, Reporting) Harder to Customize
What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one solution links CRM to marketing with powerful automation tools. Great advertising attribution tools. Nice to haves include SEO recommendations, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design customization is limited or requires CSS. Chatbot (may not be marketing hub specific) is not industry-leading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to communicate with customers at scale; CRM management, advertising attribution, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we can create a variety of campaign goals to track our marketing efforts on different outlets such as social media, email marketing, ads and more.
This has allowed our team to monitor the story of lead generation and the story they leave behind... eventually becoming a customer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic reporting functionality. HubSpot tracks so much data -- yet has limitations on how to report on it.
For example, trying to track week-over-week or month-over-month reports for website views -- in a graph -- isn't possible. Something that is simple (in my opinion) and an important metric to track for marketing.
Another is the lack of reporting for Facebook ads. We can not track a true CPL using a 3rd party landing page, unless we customize a HubSpot form.
Even though we know how the leads are coming in (from a FB ad), reporting isn't there... yet the data is all there to track.

We are trying to track the history of our leads-to-clients.
We want to know their every engagement.
We also want to know what marketing efforts bring the most opportunity and eventually closes business.
It's nice to have so much data from contacts, it allows our team to realize where our efforts are best utilized.

Great to Track Direct Paid Media Impact, Limited Though
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of linking ad accounts, ease of last-touch conversion tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ads reporting functionality, inability to split landing pages, based on form fill, inability to connect media partners like Microsoft Ads or other Social Media partners.

Helpful to be able to post to multiple social media accounts at once.

When creating a blog and adding text in the body copy, there is no command z option, extremely frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting analytics from different sources. This helps create a better understanding of our target demographic.
Could not live without Hubspot!
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Hubspot on and off for years. I've also used a number of different CRMs and Hubspot is by FAR the best to use, especially for marketing. It's intuitive and easy to navigate, and the team is super helpful whenever I have a question. I would never be able to tell the story behind my marketing efforts and share our true ROI without Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. I do wish you could hook up more than 1 Zoom account, but it's such a trivial thing, it's not even an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have struggled in the past to share the ROI of my marketing efforts without a strong CRM. With Hubspot, I'm able to track out leads, see their journey, and share with my team how many customers came from marketing.
Powerful Tools, But Clunky
What do you like best about the product?
Automations and integrations across multiple platforms are particularly useful. For social scheduling, I love having a library of past videos and graphics that I can easily access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is a problem. The support team is slow to respond and oftentimes, they are not knowledgeable about the problem you are experiencing. Expect to go back and forth multiple times, answering the same questions over and over again.

Use Hubspot Marketing Hub for customee journey mapping and detailed personalization.

Clean, Compact, Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need is located under one central tool making it quicker and easier to get things done efficiently. I had never used hubspot until working with my current company and it is so much easier and cleaner than other similar CRM platforms!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is a bit tedious attempting to add more than one image to social posts. Certain platforms are easier to post two + pictures than others.

Not enough social media presence. Hubspot has helped us gain lots of social media views and traction.
