Best Marketing Automation System PERIOD!

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot takes ALL of your marketing assets and systems and puts them in one place where you can easily manage them. Email campaigns, website, landing pages, workflows, contacts...it's all there! And their onboarding and support are second to none. As a marketing automation newbie, their training and customer success people are always there for help and to keep you on track. Hubspot Academy is one of the truly outstanding training platforms EVER!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love for a way to send one marketing email from several different senders in one shot. We like our marketing emails to come from our sales account executives, so I have to literally send one marketing email 40 different times to achieve this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of my marketing is in one place. You can send emails, track traffic, see engagement, make changes and optimize assets easily! I no longer have to use an email program for emails, wordpress to build landing pages and blogs and my CRM to find contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it...you won't regret it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the things I'm able to automate - setting up workflows helps with everything from data integrity (copying something from one record to another) to multi-step email sends to sending tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have too many things to say as downsides, honestly. It pretty much does what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving sales pipeline problems (as well as a renewal pipeline) and using it to help our client relations team stay on top of their communication with customers. Also as the basis for our reporting on the financial side of things.

What do you like best about the product?
The best of working with HubSpot is having real-time data and possibilities to cross and analyze different information in a fast and efficient way. The upside is also to create management reports that are updated automatically, always being available in the same link.
Other than that, using the health email tool, the A/B testing on emails and landing pages, an infinity of workflows automation, creating segmented lists and the analytics report is helping me grow as a professional. Also, being more knowledgeable of other areas outside of marketing and is also helping our company grow and being more in charge of our conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot is a pretty great tool, and it is evolving so much to adapt to each companies needs. Though I still think the Social feature needs some improvements since it doesn't allow some programs and publish Instagram stories (help us, @Instagram!). And I think the mobile experience for Marketing tools should be better. Sometimes we need to change or update an email, a social post, or even a workflow on crazy hours and away from our desktops.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lately, the most critical problem we had was to determine where in our journey our lead was and which were the conversion rates for each step of the flywheel. With HubSpot Marketing Hub we have been able to create a new journey, with clear conversion points and interactions where we could easily find the results in each step. For example: which email was performing better? Which CTA had better click rates? Did our leads visit a lot of our pages after the first interaction? And so on we started mapping and improving each area to get better performance and growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a chance! Having all data you need in a single place will help you be more efficient and grow as a professional and person, seeing as you will constantly learn and get more curious. HubSpot is an addictive platform: you have been warned!

What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely intuitive and simple to get up and get using! HUBS marketing platform gives us the capability to manage in-house marketing campaigns, segmenting customers and prospect in a number of static or dynamic lists, send DEM and email newsletters and integrate Adv campaigns via LinkedIn.
The email marketing tool is very robust, including the capability to create sequences and automation.
What I like most are workflows and web site integration; stats, analytics and contact tracking are all top-notch.
Finally, I really loved the recently introduced new pricing model that allows us to pay only for active marketing contact and not for all contacts on the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve to move from basic/medium usage to advanced. I don't find intuitive or friendly enough the template (email and landing pages) design tool.
I do not like at all the autocomplete Company information based on corporate domains. they are wrong most of the time. It might work for us-based companies but here in Europe is a big problem, and also updating the fields manually will not fix the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, HubSpot has been a positive experience for us; we have been a customer for 4 years now. We started with a free account and then upgraded to the Professional plan. The software has enabled my business to easily manage regular customers' marketing communications. We communicate virtual event and webinar invites. Hubspot helps keep my business organized and the team in sync. We use CRM and Sales modules, being able to manage the complete prospect/customer lifecycle, including deals and quotes.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of creating lists of the contacts who haven't opened an email
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike, all the tools and updates are helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to email our leads and comibining buttons with landing pages I have a very efficient way to track their progress. I have realized I save a lot of time with these emails and also I am capturing more sales

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use features and a super support team always available to help you.
nice management of contacts and export in excel file
intergraded LinkedIn campaigns which are very easy to create and to maintain
easy to create a web page and to use call to action cta buttons. very easy to import photos and videos and then imported them to your web page.
you can add further assets within a web page and monitor each of those by creating tracking url's
The easy integration of the offline convertions.
What do you dislike about the product?
editing a web page sometimes get stack with styles, by clicking on the remove style button does nothing
also will be nice to be able to get custom columns of contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nice integration of landing pages. provide tools like AB test which are very useful and cool statistics analysis of the landing pages, I haven't tried yet the 1-5 test.
easy access and search of company's contacts and the whole history of them just in one single view. All fields within contacts are valuable and easy to be filled in.
In general, the software is easy to use and the support team is always very helpful
I love the report dashboard because is very useful and provides everything you need on a daily basis in just one view.
But the best thing is the easy integration of the offline conversions, which you can sync them back automatically to your Google Ads account.

it is an easy-to-use software that can help your business, especially if you work remotely nowadays because of the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot marketing gives users the ability to market their business on the next level. There are options from email campaigns, automation, social media, landing pages, website pages, etc. It truly gives you the power your business has been looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I don't love is that centering images on landing pages does not always happen the way it's suppose to which makes for a wonky looking design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to reach more clients with Hubspot marketing by being able to tailor our marketing in a way that captures the design for different prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support team at Hubspot is SO GREAT! They are very responsive so if you're unsure of what you're doing with your marketing, they are the go-to team to help you!

What do you like best about the product?
The insights and ease of use are invaluable to my everyday work. HubSpot is the first application I open almost every day and is vital to my work in many different aspects.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside that I run into is the ease of building a list of companies based on certain contact properties. Also, there are some sticking points on the ability to edit certain criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The connection between WordPress and HubSpot, plus email and ad creation, makes it so easy to gather and report upon such a wide variety of data.
