Love HubSpot! So user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It is very nice being able to see the posting schedule. Hubspot is so user friendly. I have never used anything like it, and have only been a user for a couple of months, but have never really had any confusion while using it. If there is something I am unsure about, I am able to easily figure it out within a matter of minutes on the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it was easier to delete a post after it has been scheduled. Instead of just hitting the trashcan button, you have to go to each individual one, and it is a little more complex than I would like, and takes a few minutes instead of a matter of seconds like it takes to delete a draft. I hope that Hubspot does something about this in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to post to hundreds of franchise accounts at a time, it is a big time saver. I manage over 200 accounts throughout Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn, and I am able to schedule posts for all of the accounts within a matter of minutes. If I were to do this all individually, it would take up the majority of my day, versus a small fraction of it. I also like that it is easy to access emojis for captions, rather than having to look them up and copy/paste them. Super convenient and adds a little something to my captions.
Not perfect, but a must-have for sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
For marketing purposes, the ability to properly attribute the source and quality of leads and follow them through the sales cycle. For years, we were blindly following Google Analytics to understand goal completions but didn't realize that many of these channels were not actually leading to customers. Hubspot helps us know what marketing activities are actually leading to closed deals. We also use their email builder and social media tools to automate these processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can be slow to develop key features that often seem like no-brainers. Sometimes it feels like they lock you into their ecosystem by only providing the best benefit to Hubspot-native tools rather than providing proper compatibility with third-party tools. For example, the landing page builder and blog builder within Hubspot is really the only way to get full advantage of all of Marketing Hub's advantages. Our entire site is already built on Wordpress, so it does not make sense for us to use a third-party tool to do this when we already have a system native to our company. It would be great if Hubspot built a Wordpress module to be able to gain the advantages of the platform in a system that companies already use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For marketing, the biggest problem that we are solving is proper goal attribution. Understanding where leads are coming from, the marketing activity that is leading to them converting, and then ultimately understanding what is leading to the secondary conversion of them becoming customers. Because our sales team also uses Hubspot CRM, it has been great to share this database with our sales team and work together to optimize our processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of all of the reports and analytics that Hubspot Marketing has to offer. Link your paid accounts to Hubspot to see the best performance of your campaigns and what is leading to leads converting and ultimately purchasing.
Take advantage of Hubspot's support to make the most out of the platform. They have a great onboarding and support team to guide you through the process and automate your setup.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I love the best about HubSpot after using many different CRM's is the ability to pictures and documents, which helps streamline business activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say it needs a better mobile app to integrate the upload of documents. I would like to see more ease of use with the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out to reach to clients and control on spending. It helps be competitive with where to place ads and who we are going to reach.

It's very intuitive and easy to use, to create lists, workflows, reports mainly. The last one I'd say is a differential of this kind of tool.

It does not have native push notifications on workflows.

Marketing automation. Updated ad audiences.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's much easier to start using (implementation) than other tools I've talked to during negotiation. You don't have to buy credits, the amount of messages is included in the plan and it will hardly exceed. And very intuitive on day to day use. I love its interface and the reports. Something to be aware of, if your business is an app, is that it does not have native push notification
Comprehensive platform, excellent support
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a comprehensive platform that includes tools for marketing, sales and customer service. It's a one-stop-shop platform that covers most of these departments' needs in terms of automation. The setup and functioning are intuitive. Being quite a complex platform, it may take a while to master all of its features and potential.
On the other hand the support service is absolutely superb and solves most of my issues in a short time frame.
They also have a large library of online courses, templates and materials that is incredibly useful.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that, at a closer look, are missing, but we are really talking about details here. Generally, they have a strong focus on being GDPR compliant and this sometimes limits what the user can or cannot do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating internal workflows is a great benefit and feels like AI driving once it's set up.
Being able to monitor the customer's user journey and automatically assign the team tasks, and overlook the deal stages from onboarding to completion is a great added value.

User friendly marketing automation platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of this platform. It's very easy to set up automations/workflows, lists, etc. It also allows you to view all contact activity on one, easy page. Building landing pages is also extremely easy. Troubleshooting is easy with HubSpot's chat support feature. You don't have to wait on hold or submit a ticket and get quick and easy help.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company pages don't roll up contact activity into it. It shows you which contacts are associated with the account, but you have to click on their individual activity to view them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing over Salesforce activity into the marketing platform to be able to conduct marketing functions. Building landing pages to collect lead information through forms.
Marketing Automation at your Finger Tips...
What do you like best about the product?
I love how HubSpot integrates with nearly every marketing tool marketers use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly enjoy the reporting of CAC inside of Hubspot. I believe HubSpot is working on a feature that enables us marketers to be able to fully track every metric when it comes to acquisition. As well as turning those metrics into sweet reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a dashboard that integrates with every component of my marketing mix. I can plan. Launch, and track all inside of Hubspot. I realized I could be more efficient just by using the dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using HubSpot Marketing Hub. There is no other tool or software on the market that is this user friendly, easy to use, fast to load and update, and more. No tool comes close to HubSpot.

The ability to publish content across multi-social media sites and customize them all in one step. And the ability to schedule future posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was excited that there is an ability to use Canva through Hubspot. It's frustrating that it doesn't give the option of custom sizes or even standard social sizes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can reach our customers and answer their questions quickly. Directing potential customers to content that we have already created speeds up our process. Informing customers on changes in the industry and letting them know what we're doing to stay relevant and how that benefits them.

The page builders are a little clumsy and difficult to optimise for mobile if you don't have a developer on hand.

Mainly used for our data management - hubspot has helped us to create targeted campaigns based on customers behaviours and automate many of the customer onboarding experience.
