What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface and quick to pick up and get to grips with - easy to onboard users
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can come up against a lack of deep customisation, usually there's the right balance of ease/customisability but always worth checking things out thoroughly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating sales outreach at scale using third party data. Running all marketing and sales activity together and getting easy, instant reporting on the impact of marketing effort

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the biggest advantage I would say. Content Management & Insightful analytics are a cherry on the cake. I have mostly used it for social media posting and tracking leads- both the purposes are solved for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customizing CTAs for social posts or adding multiple images to a FB post for instance is a task. So there are some improvements needed. Also, tagging people on Linkedin or tagging any page, in general, is a challenge right now. Copying a post across social platforms is another feature they could consider adding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating all the marketing requirements. Managing emails, social, etc from one place. Also, gives rich insights into the leads that we get for the business.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very easy to use - users can be up and running within half an hour. The interface is easy to follow with tooltips throughout, and the supporting learning materials in the academy are excellent - and teach digital marketing as well as Hubspot itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools outside the core email capability need further work - the social tools don't rival Hootsuite, for example, so using multiple tools may still be necessary. And some integrations need adding that should be standard - sending via Whatsapp, for example, can only be achieved via a 3rd party integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Low-cost, scalable email marketing, sales pipeline and contact management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great place to start CRM and related marketing activities.

Definitely the video length. I feel the video could have been shorter.

Awful sales team keeps sending me messages in Spanish

What do you like best about the product?
The software has many features and is one of the more complete platforms at this price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support and sales team is awful. They threaten you with contracts on the renewal and, if you don't sign them until midnight, they just spam everyone on our team. AWFUL AWFUL.

One stop shop, user friendly platform!

What do you like best about the product?
The HubSpot user experience is far superior to other Marketing automation tools I have used. The product is so simple to use and easy to understand. We were able to get up and running quickly without much support needed from HubSpot. Creating drip campaigns and different workflows has been a dream and I highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The landing page designer is not intuitive or easy to use so I would consider using an additional platform for building landing pages. I also don't find the social hub monitoring function to be that user-friendly, however posting is very easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving a lot of time with the ability to quickly put together a workflow for campaigns. With the social hub, I can post from all of our social platforms in one place and even create draft posts to use at a later time. This makes planning social content extremely easy compared to other platforms I have used in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used both Marketo and now HubSpot, and HubSpot's user interface is so much eas

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is built for the user from start. HubSpot gives you the best of what marketing and automation have to offer. I have been work with it for over 5yrs and I have been trying out different tools over the years but HubSpot has been the only one that really delivers on both function and possibilities for us to grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is high and the CMS needs some updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When you need to create a large workflow HubSpot has always been easy to work with and gives us insights that no other system has.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a B2B SasS and use Hubspot as our MAP. Hubspot provides ease of tagging, form creation, tracking marketing paid and organic media sources via click-stream, integration with Salesforce, and the online support team is knowledgable and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks the ability to track view-thru conversions from paid media sources, limited in-person support due to such a large size company, and us not buying all the suite of products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is our Marketing Automation Platform that helps solve the need for tracking a source (paid, organic, referral, partner, etc.) all the way through the buyer's and buyer company's journeys to a closed sale. Tracking sources more accurately has enabled effective optimizations to drive higher quality leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Workfows, Emails, and the reports. One of the really good tools is the Email compare.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more styling and design options when it comes about Emails, Forms etc. More like MailChimp
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can set proper automation and property changes without any effort.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend all to first really spend time into learning the logic as it will be only then you can find and understand it's value.
