My go to marketing platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflows automation - it helps with so much more than just email. Data movement, team notifications, everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much honestly, some of the best features are gated behind enterprise which I get. But one of the nicest things to have would be workflows firing when a task is complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just about everything, I currently house my site, blog, email campaigns, and reporting all in Marketing Hub.
Making content & social media marketing easy
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, Hubspot's effectiveness is measured by how it simplifies tasks. Whether creating a new blog, updating a landing page, or scheduling social media posts, Hubspot required little effort to learn and even less effort to act upon. Even better that it integrates with contact management and campaigns and has very detailed analytics tools to back it all up.
The SEO features are very helpful, as they support our goals for tying keyword optimization and ranking back to the content we're creating.
I was very surprised by Hubspot's social media tools. Having used other products for years, the simplicity of posting on multiple platforms, the powerful analytics, and tying into campaigns and contacts makes this the most complete solution I've ever used.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Dashboards and reports can be tricky to get a handle on, as going beyond the defaults requires digging and investigation to figure out exactly how to set things up and what's being reported on
- It's difficult to live tweet events using Hubspot (much easier in some other social media management platforms)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a content creation perspective, Hubspot makes it easy to create blogs and web pages and, importantly, link back to target keywords and topic clusters. Content maintenance is also simplified, as we can quickly go back to older posts, refresh and test them, and push live.

The best tools glued with the best CRM
What do you like best about the product?
The tools are easy to learn and use. But the main benefit is that they all share the same CRM as a data source. It is very important because there is a unique truth source. All the functions have been tested by a lot of users from all over the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult for me to find weak points. If I have to say one, maybe I'd say that some useful features are only offered in the Enterprise version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is helping me to organize and implement our Inbound Marketing strategies. Thanks to this software I can improve our results and grow better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the control that I have over social media posts with the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email automation tools are great, but selecting multiple contacts to receive marketing emails can be a hassle. I'd love to group contacts whom I want to send a marketing email instead of just using HubSpot's Lists. However, identifying specific contacts for regular contact is possible with Lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps with managing social media, SEO strategy, and regular customer engagement.

WYSIWYG email marketing tools; forms and landing pages integrate easily with WordPress.

The best features cost extra. Plugins slow.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speak with one of the HubSpot sales team and check which package you should be on. There's often some wiggle-room on price and better deals available. Many of the Professional/Enterprise features are attractive, but there's work-arounds for free/Starter users to mimic this functionality at a lower price point.
Get a trial and actually use it. HubSpot is one of the most intuitive CRM systems I've seen but still takes time to get used to. It isn't without its faults, but as an email marketing tool alone it's worth the money. I've used various previously, including CampaignMonitor, and HS emails have better deliverability, fewer spam reports, fewer ISP complaints, better reporting...

Inbound Marketing Software that Expands your Team's Bandwidth
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Tools such as Workflows and Sequences when combined with Personalization Tokens can make campaign set-up and customization easy, even when emailing to a diverse list of contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot's approach to marketing and orginization takes a decent amount of education which while freely available is a barrier to entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Media scheduling and reporting is much easier with the social tool. This has let our team set up social posts weeks ahead of time if need be and allow for more flexibility in when to create and publish our social posts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out the Academy first. It gives you a feel for the methodology and software and allows a shorter learning curve.
Making Marketing Easy & Human
What do you like best about the product?
I love how all of my marketing tools are in one easy to use one login system. Rather than needing to log in to five different tools and report from five different places, it's all in one spot, HubSpot. The attention to detail when it comes to user experience and feeling like I'm using up-to-date software is unparalleled. Knowing that I can focus on getting found online, converting leads, nurture customers, and report on it all, well it helps me sleep better at night to say the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not mush to be honest but, if I have to list one thing, it would be the ability to upload YouTube videos from my Hubspot file manager and deeper YouTube analytics inside the HubSpot portal. It has become a major social network for many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know that we can track almost everything in HubSpot. The lead intelligence it gives us for sales as well as onboarding clients makes our life way easier. I have realized over time that I can bend HubSpot into what my business needs it to be.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't waste time doing marketing in a difficult way. Leverage the marketing Hub and HubSpot Academy to get started today! Time is money and multiple tools that can be in one cost money and time.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is top notch. Even though the platform is very intuitive, their support team is always quick to respond. I find that the support chat feature is best, but also just have them call me if the matter is urgent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the email editor has come a long way since I started using HS. Previously it would be a little cumbersome to use and render the emails incorrectly, but it's much better now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot as our CMS, CRM, and email automation, in addition to all the reporting features that are provided.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps to create and maintain marketing campaigns and gives a good multi dimensional and configurable dashboard for the running and past campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
This CRM platform does not have full blown capability like Salesforce with respect to servicing the customers even after the journey has been completed. Also, the methodology, resources required to streamline lead details is satisfactory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really captures data from multiple sources and brings in a single source of truth by analysing all user events and generating relevant actions to them. Analyzing lead data and running campaings using drag and drop journey builder is very smooth and user friendly.
