What do you like best about the product?
Sequences are very easy to set up. "Set it and forget it" is my motto.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to consolidate lists once I am done separating them, but that's more of a personal preference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send out emails on a mass scale without having to remember to email them again in x amount of days.

So far, nothing. The sequences are very easy to setup and execute

The ability to hit a very large target group with a series of messages. The benefits are a constant drip of information to a target group

If you want to be able to reach vast numbers of prospects with an organized and professional message, then this is the best product available

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of HubSpot makes everything incredibly easy to learn and understand. Whether this be for creating webpages, using the inbuilt tracking functionality, or coding modules and templates - HubSpot ties it all together really nicely.

HubSpot's friendly support team is always on hand via chat or email and they always resolve any issues within a very short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of HubSpot I can think of, if forced to think of one, would be that it's difficult to initially get your head round HubSpt not showing any sort of structure or hierarchy of pages. You can drag pages from one section to another in a usual CMS content tree way. HubSpot have begun to address this by organising pages based on the url structure though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially our site was hosted on WordPress which of course gave no inbuilt analytics. HubSpot is allowing us to visualise contacts who have repeatedly interacted with us and given us a new pursuit on "leads"

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot offers a streamlined approach to all parts of the marketing funnel and considers many conversion strategies to help your business grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a pared down version of the social tool for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me keep my contacts organized in a way where I can email them or follow their journey with me effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like usability and intuitive interface which helps me with editing modules
Easy-to-access css&html&javascript modules are also helpful
Immediate WYSIWYG editor is user-friendly and fast which encourages to edit things on site
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like obstacles with styling some built-in parts such forms for example
More built-in components like hamburger menu would be helpful
For web developers obstacles with jQuery library can be a headache
Also scss buil-in preprocessor would be a huge gamechanger, because for now you are forced to write pure css
There is no option for plugins or additional external software solutions installation which is a big downsize I think
All the modules have their row-fluid containers which have some additional css on them
Sometimes adding invisible elements is a struggle
I've seen some code written by other devs when they nest CSS so much because they weren't able to get things to look as they want to which is bad practice (sometimes the only solution)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm creating useful marketing tools for my clients. It's much faster and easier to do while you have built tools for that like newsletter sign up or so. Also generating traffic tools and seeking for leads is so important while building such things. It allows for data analysis and strategy planning for marketing purposes
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's real no-brainer if you want to start your own marketing campaign or built solutions for your business. I highly recommend to use it and test how it works for you business

The perfect tool for CRM

What do you like best about the product?
A seamless CRM tool with learning and helpful tools available. It's a great all-in-one platform that groups together a ton of tools (CMS, lead scoring, traditional email marketing, email automation, analytics, landing pages, social media, blogging, etc.). Hubspot is transforming how our prospecting and content models work. It's definitely added to my skills and I like Hubspot's approach so far. It's resulting in a very positive cultural transformation in our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process is confusing by itself. Recommend a few beginner tutorial videos. Also sometimes it is quite expensive compared to other CRM tools and doesnt bring anything innovative/life-changing for the company. At the end of the day, it is a tool that requires a lot of effort and time and needs you to give your 100% attention and focus on so that it can really work for you. Without an agency to teach me what I know now about Hubspot, I would not have understood where to start, optimise or integrate our other work tools within the organisation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the value & impact of campaigns and finding effective solutions as an alternative to generate ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a few of the courses that are readily available to you. It creates a great knowledge base and makes things easier to understand and implement. Also make sure that your data is 100% before uploading to Hubspot so that you can avoid retrofitting problems with digital campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Hubspot is the best CRM suite for a mid-size B2B2C company. Marketing automation is powerful yet easy to activate. B2B Sales tools are really powerful and allow to keep track of performance and B2B customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
GDPR-related subscriptions could be managed more specifically. You might face a bit much need of workaround and manual work if you need multilanguage emails and landing pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Hubspot we put in the same place all of the B2C direct marketing engagement, tracking website behaviour as well as managing the lead generation funnel.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate Hubspot against the complexity of your organization before you start.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the idea of making stuff automated, and the things my team needed and I are all on the marketing hub package.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost. We could not deny, Hubspot's price is costly, but it's worth the purchase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am generally the drip campaign manager for all the marketing emails and workflows in our organization. There are times that bugs happened with Hubspot, but glad we have friendly and accommodating supports. Along the way of troubleshooting, I am learning while fixing the concern.
