Use HubSpot daily - loving it!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with other programs - especially Zoom. In the past when someone registered for a webinar I would record all the registrants in HubSpot. Now they are set up as new contacts in HubSpot and records if they attended the webinar.

We recently upgraded our Marketing module so creating social media post is so easy, I can schedule a LinkedIn post and assign it to a Marketing Campaign, believe this is my favorite feature, especially during the holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I won't say I dislike it but I struggle with creating list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seeing a list of tasks due today gives me extra time in my day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure it is a good fit for your company.

Very powerful marketing tool that does it all

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has a ton of features, instantaneous chat support, so many online resources, and has never been down (knock on wood). HubSpot is very user-friendly (you can pretty much just start using it and learn as you go) and it's very powerful!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be easy to get lost in HubSpot. As a team grows, the default HubSpot settings don't scale well and will need extra attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of marketing problems are being solved with HubSpot. Marketing forms, landing pages, web pages, marketing full-funnel tracking, traffic analysis, email campaigns, marketing automation, and more...

Very expensive that is the only thing I felt bad about in the product.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is in one place and very clear. I've set a lot of workflow automation a lot of work and making it more personal for our leads and cusomters. Hubspot makes it possible for us to allign Marketing, Sales and Service.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small missing features but the support always replies within a day with a handy workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With an outbound and inbound strategy, you easily lose the overview, but now everything is in one system. And on top of that, we can create personalized e-mails and campaigns. I'm still figuring out the ABM functionality, but it sounds promising.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a best tool which have many platforms at one place.we can do all email marketing,social media marketing ,email automation ,etc.One more great thing is they have all tutorial videos which help you to run campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
its is quite expensive tool rather compared to other email marketing tools .Without help of institute you could start how to use hub spot and how to work on there tools.

We can host many web pages ,email campaign ,conatct data,etc.easy yo track report and can maintain it.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has a lot of functionality under the hood and is updated with new features frequently. Also, HS has an exceptional customer support team. I'm regularly amazed by how helpful the customer success team is and how fast and thorough their responses are. Great job!

Furthermore, Hubspot's platform gives us peace of mind, since we don't have to get another dedicated tool each time we have new needs (recent example: scheduling social media posts on multiple channels or putting together an SEO/content strategy). It's all here already .
What do you dislike about the product?
I gave 4 stars because of the above-mentioned points and because there are not many (if any) real alternatives to Hubspot that can compete on the same level (feature breadth and depth).

I did not give 5 stars and almost went for 3 stars for one simple but unfortunate reason: If you do your reporting with Hubspot (which is logical because you have most of your data at your fingertips here) BUT are a B2B business, Hubspot is almost useless.

Why? They do not offer company lifecycle funnel reports.

There even is an open ticket in the HS community with ~150 upvotes that's been sitting there for 4 (!) years – unanswered. The funnel reports exist, and all companies have lifecycle stages by default, so this should be an easy fix.

If there's not an update (at least an estimate) on this, I'm afraid we will partially (or completely) move away from Hubspot at some point.

All-in-one platform for sales/marketing/support which greatly reduces transactional costs between departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped us unify our marketing efforts, enabling us to expand the types of marketing we're doing and better target the best fit leads for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found it most challenging that so many tools are separated between Sales v. Marketing v. Service. Even though all of these functions run through HubSpot, we're not able to use/access the same content from one side or the other without simply duplicating the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With automation powered by HubSpot Marketing Hub, our company has been able to more immediately deliver target marketing and remarketing efforts to the right leads at the right time, which has increased our marketing effectiveness a great deal.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ease into HubSpot - try getting started with the free CRM tools first and foremost, as that's a much easier starting point. Once you've gained competency there, definitely jump into the Marketing Hub!

onboarding is a bit complex is you don't know what you want to achieve. Save time by hiring a professional or agency to guide you through

Reporting, ROI, optimizing, running ads campaigns, integrating Marketing-sales-services

You can always start with the free version, but you will want to upgrade quickly to use all the other tools available for PRO or Enterprise

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hubspot is how it links leads and deals and tracks the value.
What do you dislike about the product?
i dislike how you cannot set different color schemes, although some customization is possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me track deals and leads. Also contacts and companies. i find it lets me value deals and qualify leads,

Hubspot is the BEST!!!

What do you like best about the product?
I love How user-friendly HubSpot is! It is easy to use and helps me stay super organized. HubSpot makes it easy to keep records of all communication between me and my potential and current clients. I love using the Sequences! They save a ton of time reaching out to groups of people over a certain period with multiple communications! I also like Sequences because it automatically sets up tasks, sends new emails and I am sure there is a lot more to do with it. I can't wait to learn more about how HubSpot can help me in the future! I have only been using HubSpot for about six months, and the more I know about it, the more I love it! They also have an excellent Customer Support Team who is very knowledgeable and patient. They are always helpful and friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main things are being more organized and the time it helps me save when reaching out to new and current clients.
