What do you like best about the product?
They have a free version that will allow you to try out whether this will work for you. Once you've decided this is the application for you, it will provide you with even more convenient features.

Hubspot's model is to provide services ala carte. It allows you to pick and choose the features you need to accomplish your goals. There is also a plethora of integrations which is helpful for moving this data between other applications that you have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The drawback of the ala carte model is that if you need a feature that is part of a different section, then you may need to paymore.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this application to keep track of opportunities that we funnel into Hubspot.

Hubspot Marketing Hub helps a small team feel so much larger with it's functionality and scalability

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to automate regular and straightforward tasks combined with customer and prospect data gives us the ability to scale without growing our team exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web interface is a bit laggy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to execute complex marketing campaigns with minimal effort on the menial tasks and more time and effort on important strategic items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool for small-medium businesses looking to take the next step with their marketing efforts and account-based marketing campaigns. Easy to use and scalable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Hubspot Academy. Lots to learn, and everything is in there to be over the top successful using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is their appointment scheduling tool isn't quite as easy or user-friendly as Calendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing cadences. It's easy to do an email sequence through Hubspot and keep track of open rates and clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track customer habits on our website and set up email campaigns that individualized for each visitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with our Salesforce CRM has been difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing email campaigns for nurturing old contacts, it is easy to set up and run campaigns that are effective at generating sales.

What do you like best about the product?
With Hubspot you can integrate with 3rd party applications to get contact details, notify the team of tasks needed to complete the sales cycle, create statements of work (SOWs) and create sales orders and associated tasks to begin the project for the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I feel is necessary for us is to have further integrations with other applications to automate the sales cycle fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to automate our sales cycle and communicate effectively with our team and with our customers. We also needed to track our sales cycle better and get to closings faster. Hubspot accomplished these goals for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hubspot to any company looking for a solution to manage their sales pipeline from initial contact to completing the sale. It is a robust tool to engage your market and keep in touch with your clients.

Easy to use but ultra powerful!

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Marketing campaigns can easily be created, managed, promoted, and reported on from one tool. All digital campaign elements can be tracked and reported on in one tool, with tons of easy-to-use tools that drive collaboration and better campaigns. Marketing automation offers the ability to segment information, manage properties across data types like deals, contacts and companies and even create new records that are linked to each other.
The social media tools allow flexible social publishing and reporting across platforms and to have a calendar that visually displays the way that the campaigns are being rolled out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub Enterprise offers some additional tools that are great for A/B testing and advanced use cases, but the downside is the cost for some businesses.
I would say that HubSpot's Marketing Hub is a comprehensive tool but the rate of change and growth of the tool keeps one on their toes - you may find new tools appear day after a day - great for people who want new features but it doest take some time to keep up with the tool itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to report on full campaigns and compare media spend across campaign elements and how channels perform against each other and benchmarks.
We can find accurate data to understand not just that campaigns were clicked on but WHO clicked on a link and who completed forms and track the entire lifecycle of a customer.
We can automate the handover of marketing leads to sales and report on sales activity from marketing leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Marketing Hub is ideal for people looking to integrate their CRM into their marketing activities. It allows users flexibility and ease to execute a variety of campaigns.
The tool offers advanced functionality and the more familiar you become with the tool and the more you embrace the functionality the greater the returns will be.

What do you like best about the product?
You don't have to be a coding genius to create emails, forms, lead capture widgets, landing pages, or automation. It's easy to learn how to use each feature, thanks to their extensive training videos, community forums, and knowledgebase articles. My favorite part of HubSpot has to be their workflows. We use this to send automated emails, tag contacts, transfer data, and build reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not possible to assign emails their own UTM tracking parameters within the tool; HubSpot assigns email IDs and this is what you have to use. This isn't ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to determine the average time it takes for people to convert, depending on their program of interest. We've also been able to optimize email communications based on user engagement and where they are in the funnel.

So Simple to Use & Very Practical

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the user-friendly platform and because of that, I don't need to train my employees to use it. HubSpot Marketing Hub has everything I need to run my business and grow my customer base from email marketing to CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I don't like about HubSpot Marketing Hub is the slow page load time sometimes and when I use a big database, it also lags a little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot Marketing Hub I'm solving CRM problems from collecting customer data to segmentation and targeting for my marketing campaigns and also helps me in my email marketing strategy to send targeted email campaigns to my clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily and quickly whip up an email campaign with a corresponding landing page that looks really professional has been transformative for us. Tracking results and analytics is seamless as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editing interface automatically saves and then refreshes which is mildly annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Website management - anyone can create professional looking pages quickly and easily. You don't need any development experience or even design experience really.

Email campaign management - setting this up is just so fast and I love the dashboard analytics.

Customer relationship management - we can use lead scoring to track new web visitors vs leads vs MQLs.

What do you like best about the product?
- Excellent customer support - I think the other software product companies should learn from Hubspot. Every time I connect with customer support I feel like I am talking to SMEs and not just routing agents. You are connected right away to an SME. You don't waste time and get your solutions quickly

- Incorporating feedback - I also noticed Hubspot very open to feedback from user community and usually taking action on them and incorporating them during the product evolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform and its features seem to have been originally set up more for small and medium sized non-B2B businesses and less for B2B enterprise. I however do see them evolving on that front though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
