I really liked HubSpot

  • September 16, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
It simplifies everything. You don’t need five different tools to run a campaign—it’s all in one place. From creating emails and landing pages to tracking leads and automating follow-ups, it’s built to make a marketer’s life easier.

The CRM integration is seamless, so you always know where your leads are in the funnel. Plus, the reporting tools are super intuitive—you get clear insights without needing a data science degree. I also love how customizable the workflows are. Whether you're nurturing leads or segmenting contacts, it feels like you’re in control without getting overwhelmed.

And honestly, the interface is clean and user-friendly. Even if you're not super tech-savvy, you can get up and running quickly. It’s the kind of platform that grows with you—whether you're just starting out or managing large-scale campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing many users don’t like is the cost. It starts off free, but if you want more advanced features, it gets expensive fast. Small businesses or individuals might find it too pricey. But it deserves it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps solve a big problem: managing all your marketing in one place. Instead of juggling separate tools for email, social media, lead tracking, and analytics, it brings everything together. That saves time and keeps things organized.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is very easy to use and keeps everything in one place. I can create emails, manage campaigns, and see reports without needing extra tools. The best thing is that it saves me time. I can run emails, social media, and reports all from one platform without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
a little expensive, especially if you need more advanced features. Also, some reports take time to customize the way I want. It takes some time to understand all the tools and set everything up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helps me manage all my marketing in one place. I can track leads, send emails, and see which campaigns work best. It saves me time and keeps everything organized.

Great all-rounder but slightly lacking in detail

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything’s integrated in one platform. Having your email client in the same system as your CRM saves a huge amount of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email builder is quite clunky and missing features that other builders such as BeeFree/BeePro have. It means emails look fairly basic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automates manual task, streamlines processes, has helpful AI tools to build workflows - all of which save you precious time.

Great centralized CRM & Marketing Tool

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about HubSpot's marketing hub is that it allows you to schedule emails, automate them based on CRM contact data, and makes excluding lists very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the texting was more integrated within marketing hub. Emails work great, but the texting can use a bit more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to send email campaigns easier to our clients and leads.

All-in-one platform that simplifies marketing automation

  • September 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and brings together key marketing features—email campaigns, automation, lead nurturing, analytics, and CRM integration—into a single place. I especially value the reporting dashboards and the ability to track customer journeys seamlessly, which makes aligning marketing and sales much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model can be a limitation as your database grows, and some advanced features are only accessible in higher-tier plans. Certain integrations require extra setup or paid add-ons, which can make scaling more expensive than expected. That said, the product itself is robust once everything is configured.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our marketing activities in one platform, eliminating the need to juggle multiple disconnected tools. It solves the problem of fragmented data by combining email, automation, CRM, and reporting in a single system, which gives us a 360° view of prospects and customers. This has improved lead nurturing, streamlined campaign tracking, and made it easier for sales and marketing to work together. The biggest benefit is time saved on repetitive tasks and better visibility into ROI, allowing us to make faster, data-driven decisions.

HubSpot is a good CRM and CMS and has good features. HubSpot Social could be improvised further.

What do you like best about the product?
Centralised platforms - so multiple teams can use just one tool and co-exist and co-function. Simple and easy user interface. HubSpot support team access is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit on the expensive side, though. People need to be trained in person, new joinees especially. Needs high manual intervention in certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Single platform - which is great, no need to maintain and check on multiple platforms for emails or socials or analytics. Helps with manual tasks. The built in forms, CTAs, landing pages and lead scoring are very helpful. Also, database segmentation helps with personalised campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
All the tools you need to do your job - whether for sales, marketing, or data analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Landing pages are not that flexible in terms of creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion tracking. The possibility to see all the touch points and interactions during the conversion path. How easy is to see which campaigns, LP, assets are performing better.
