What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface makes creating and managing email campaigns, workflows, and client segmentation straightforward, even for non-technical staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
The CRM integration and automation features save a lot of time, allowing us to focus on strategy rather than manual follow-ups. Reporting tools also give clear insights into campaign performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage and automate our client communications, track leads, and run targeted campaigns without needing multiple tools. This saves time, reduces manual errors, and ensures we can consistently provide relevant information to prospects and clients. It also gives us clear insights into which marketing efforts are working, helping us make smarter decisions and improve our overall client engagement.
Fundamental tool for Marketing Operation
What do you like best about the product?
The Marketing tools in Hubspot consolidate all the tools that a Maketing Operations requires. Since designing Websites, landing pages, reports Advertising campaigns and email marketing tools that accelaretes the conversion of leads to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the implementation process it requires a lot of time and it can be complex in the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I already used Hubspot in previously experiences and I used Hubspot to manage social media, design landing pages and create email marketing campaigns.
Great marketing automation tool
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and user friendliness. This is one of the most intuitive interfaces of any tool of its kind out there, in my opinion!
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up a custom domain for email was not easy. Warming up account was also tough.

Helping with marketing contact organization, distributing content and notices to our customers, partners and more
A Complete Marketing Platform for the Marketers to Scale their Business
What do you like best about the product?
The features on the HubSpot are super user friendly comparing to other platforms. From creating email campaigns, workflows automations, social media management, Ads and forms etc, all together in one place. Which makes easy to manage without using multiple tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are only available on the higher plans, also the cost the marketing contacts are very expensive, which will very difficult for the smaller teams to afford. Pricing need to be revised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps us to manage all the marketing activities in one place. This helps us in saving time, reduces on using multiple tools and exporting multiple reports from each tool and HubSpot Marketing Hub makes our marketing campaigns more consistent.
Great tool for managing campaigns and tracking results

The dashboard simplifies tracking performance, allowing me to monitor everything in one place without needing to switch between different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost can become quite high as you begin to add more features.

HubSpot allows me to handle all my marketing activities in a single platform, whether it's managing emails, social media, or tracking campaigns. This consolidation saves me a significant amount of time and makes it much simpler to identify what’s effective, enabling me to concentrate on improving outcomes rather than switching between different tools.

making edits to contacts - e.g. I cannot just search contacts to change them between marketing/non-marketing. I need a list or segment and them to select them from there. Feels like a lot of unnecessary steps

Good Interconnectivity, but Needs More Value
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub's ability to track on-site visitor movements and create personalized campaigns. The interconnected customer data across the ecosystem is a significant benefit, helping us understand our marketing audience better and enhancing targeted promotions and campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub to be quite difficult and problematic. The transition from a shared server to a dedicated server involved numerous technical bugs, requiring significant troubleshooting with HubSpot's team. Additionally, the functionality of various tools within HubSpot is somewhat clunky and lacks superiority over competitors' features. For instance, the execution of HubSpot's social media and email tools needs improvement. The platform's tracking link builder also lacks flexibility, as it only allows for the use of overall campaign names rather than accommodating different UTM structures. Overall, HubSpot feels challenging to justify in many scenarios, and I find that its primary benefit is its interconnectivity of customer data across environments, rather than distinct feature advantages.

I effectively run targeted promotions and campaigns, integrating our reader base with HubSpot's tracking for personalized campaigns and understanding audience needs.
HubSpot Makes Marketing Smarter and Easier
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how straightforward it is to work with as a developer. Building and customizing landing pages, forms, and workflows feels very intuitive. I don’t have to jump through hoops to make updates. I really appreciate how well everything integrates, especially with the CRM, because it makes my work more impactful. I can set things up quickly, see the results in real time, and know that the marketing team is actually getting value out of what I build.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced customizations can be a bit tricky at first. Certain modules or templates don’t always offer the flexibility I’d like without digging into custom code. That said, once you get familiar with the platform, it’s manageable, and HubSpot’s support and documentation make it much easier to solve these challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the challenge of managing complex marketing workflows in one platform. As a web developer, it lets me build landing pages, forms, and automated workflows without needing to piece together multiple tools. This has significantly cut down development time and reduced errors.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub a little pricey.

Work in Progress
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is constantly making updates to keep up with emerging technologies. There are great analytics from each type of content. There are also so many resources and videos to learn the product thoroughly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Marketing Hub at times feels unfinished or like a constant work in progress. We struggle to use all assets in tandem and with clear connections. They are making updates to the campaign function to help this.

Marketing Hub helps us communicate with our database effectively and see the marketing impact in their journeys.
