I like its design features that gives us lots of control over the aesthetic of our marketing material.

HubSpot Marketing Hub Delivers Big Results

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
A powerhouse all-in-one marketing platform that scales with your team and keeps your data unified. The reporting tools are a major strength. We can see which campaigns contributed to pipeline and revenue, which paths prospects took, and optimize accordingly. The dashboards are customizable, so stakeholders can see the metrics most relevant to them without dumping raw data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we really value the platform overall, the billing model for marketing contacts can be frustrating. If you exceed your contact tier—even by a single contact—you’re automatically bumped into the next pricing bucket. There’s no flexibility or grace buffer, which can lead to unexpected jumps in cost for something as small as one extra contact.

For growing organizations, this setup makes it hard to predict monthly or annual costs with precision. You either have to constantly monitor your contact count or proactively buy into the next tier early to avoid being caught off guard. A little more flexibility or a warning threshold before the price increase would make a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has solved our challenge with lead attribution. We can now clearly see which campaigns and channels drive qualified leads and revenue. This visibility helps us optimize spend, align with sales, and confidently demonstrate marketing ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes it easy to manage campaigns and track performance in one place. It's intuitive, well organized, and offers some good visibility for contributors and the broader team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features aren't available or having been on the product roadmap for quite some time. Also, sometimes the layout changes and categories shift which can make things difficult to find since without an easy search feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps centralize all marketing activities in one platform. It also saves time by reducing manual work and measure what's driving engagement quickly with data snap shots.

Unified Customer View and Human-Like Automation, but Reporting and Pricing Have Limits

  • October 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Truly unified customer view:
Every interaction—email click, form fill, chat, or ad engagement—flows into one contact record, giving a live, 360° view of the buyer journey that’s actually usable for marketing decisions.

Automation that feels human:
The workflows aren’t just about triggers and actions; they allow for intelligent branching, personalization, and timing that make campaigns feel tailored, not templated.

Native alignment between Marketing and Sales:
The shared CRM foundation ensures both teams speak the same language—no data silos, no attribution guesswork, just one pipeline of truth.

Insights built for action, not just reporting:
Dashboards connect marketing performance directly to revenue, letting you see which campaigns move deals—not just clicks or opens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting customization can feel limited without higher-tier plans.

Advanced automation logic sometimes requires workarounds.

Pricing scales quickly as contact volume grows.

Integrations with non-HubSpot tools can need extra maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminates data silos: By unifying marketing, sales, and customer data in one CRM, it ensures every campaign is driven by accurate, real-time insights.

Automates lead nurturing: Personalized workflows move leads through the funnel automatically, saving time while improving conversion quality.

Improves marketing-sales alignment: Shared visibility into contacts and deals helps both teams coordinate follow-ups and close loops faster.

Measures true ROI: Built-in attribution connects marketing efforts directly to revenue, helping prioritize what actually drives growth.

Pretty Good, But Could Be Smoother

  • October 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, what I love most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything’s all in one place. Like, I don’t have to juggle ten different tools just to send an email or track leads. It’s super intuitive, connects everything automatically, and the analytics are actually easy to read. It just makes marketing feel way less chaotic and way more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d say the main thing I don’t vibe with is how slow it can get sometimes, especially when you’re switching between dashboards or loading reports. Also, the reporting tools aren’t as flexible as something like Tableau or Power BI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub basically solves the headache of juggling emails and tracking how they perform. For email marketing, it lets me easily design, schedule, and automate campaigns without needing a ton of tools. On the reporting side, it pulls all the data and joins into one place, so I can actually see what’s working and what’s not. The biggest benefit? I save a ton of time and can focus more on strategising rather than operations.

Comprehensive and Seamless, but Can Be Overwhelming for New Users

  • October 14, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot integrates seamlessly with almost every tool — whether for enterprises, scale-ups, or startups. The data flow between platforms is smooth, and the overall experience feels cohesive. It’s one of the most complete marketing platforms I’ve used, offering true end-to-end functionality without needing additional tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the platform can feel overwhelming due to its extensive features. The UI could be more intuitive to make navigation simpler for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tool fragmentation & data silos: Before, I used multiple tools for email, landing pages, campaign tracking, CRMs, etc. HubSpot integrates everything into one system, eliminating silos and keeping data consistent across functions.
Manual, repetitive work: It automates workflows — like lead nurturing emails, campaign triggers, segmentation — so I spend less time on repetitive tasks.

Lead management & nurturing gap: With built-in tools for lead capture (forms, landing pages), scoring, segmentation, and automated nurture flows, I can guide prospects through the funnel without needing external tools.

Lack of unified analytics & attribution: HubSpot gives visibility into campaign performance, channels, and multi-touch revenue attribution so I can see what’s truly driving ROI.

Misalignment between marketing & sales: Because Marketing Hub is part of HubSpot’s ecosystem, data flows seamlessly to CRM and sales teams, improving coordination and follow-ups.
