Extensive Resources and Intuitive Design Make HubSpot Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
The vast amount of resourceful information at your fingertips. It is fairly intuitive and there is a lot of training resources made available to ensure one is able to utilize HubSpot's abilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some hidden tips and tricks that, had there not been resources and additional training offered, one would struggle to figure out. However, not all training sessions are offered at the best of times that works, personally. Some also fill up very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplification of a CRM and reaching our internal and external clientele with ease and simplifying automation.
Effortless to Use and Quick Staff Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The software is straightforward and highly intuitive, making it simple to use. Training my staff has been effortless, as they are able to pick it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the emails bounce for no reason. Sometimes the recipient just does not receive the email. The reports do not account for our business hours and I still have to manually calculate our initial response times.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub for its ability to facilitate report downloads effortlessly, which is crucial for my analysis and decision-making processes. The interface is quite impressive; I find it cool and user-friendly, adding to the overall efficiency and ease of use. Additionally, I'm pleased with how quickly HubSpot Marketing Hub loads deal pages, which significantly enhances my workflow by reducing waiting times and allowing me to focus more on strategy and execution. Setting up HubSpot Marketing Hub was a seamless experience, which I found easy and straightforward, minimizing the setup time and allowing my team to get started with our tasks promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that HubSpot Marketing Hub isn't personalized enough for connecting multiple companies to deals. The recent releases have worsened the filters, making them and the quick filters confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for deal flow analytics, allowing our DEs to model deals efficiently in our Redshift database.
Perfect Blend of Inbound and Outbound Marketing Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot gives us the tools to combine inbound and outbound marketing efforts effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found any downsides yet. Even the AI works quite nice.

Having everything in Hubspot makes daily operations very smooth and effective.
Effortless Website Management with Seamless Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use the Website handling part and workflow for email, I am loving the website here, easy to make changes and updates are shown easily without any coding.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can have a more refined and advanced version of reporting and dashboards to have more refined reports

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub extensively as a CRM for both adoption.com and adoptionsbygladney.com, and I find it to be an invaluable tool that nearly solves everything on my side. It efficiently manages customer flow and client onboarding, and seamlessly connects with our ERP systems. One aspect I truly love about HubSpot Marketing Hub is its all-in-one solution nature; it enables me to handle virtually everything related to CRM. The platform encourages creativity by allowing the implementation of new flows, which I find particularly empowering. Additionally, the workflow automation feature is a standout element for me, as it is very straightforward to work with, enhancing operational efficiency. The ease of initial setup impressed me greatly; it’s as simple as plug and play. The HubSpot Marketing Hub truly enhances my work processes, making it an indispensable part of my operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think HubSpot Marketing Hub could improve by expanding its coverage to other business areas, specifically by including more elements from the ERP side. Although I understand that this is not their main focus, it would be beneficial if they could cover this aspect as another module.

Effective Integration, but Initial Setup with Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like the HubSpot Marketing Hub mainly because it is a simple and easy-to-use environment. The platform allows me to input various information about customer opportunities efficiently. It is especially useful that all the information is concentrated in one place, making access and management easier. The integrations work in a way that I consider much better, as they significantly help me have all the necessary information for each client within the platform itself. In this way, it contributes to improving customer service and, consequently, increasing revenue, as all teams can access and handle integrated information during service, sales, and customer success.
What do you dislike about the product?
It wasn't so easy to implement because there were some bugs at the beginning, between the marketing tools and CRM, and it happened that there was some duplication of information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the HubSpot Marketing Hub to record service information, generating reports and strategic decisions. It centralizes customer data, improving service and increasing sales.
Complete and Powerful Integration, But Costly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is simple yet powerful, which allows me to do many things from the same platform in an easy-to-understand way. I enjoy having everything integrated, as this gives me complete traceability of the contacts and I know their entire lifecycle, which is essential for promoting my SaaS to contacts, clients, and leads. I also appreciate the artificial intelligence features they have implemented to make the work easier, especially the automations that save me from having to keep track of each contact, which is invaluable when managing thousands of clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some features are only available in the Enterprise plan and not in the cheaper plan. These limitations are annoying because certain accesses should be unlimited. Additionally, the price changes between the free, standard, and enterprise packages are very high and this can be restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to integrate and have complete traceability of my contacts, automate email workflows, and promote my SaaS, which facilitates marketing, customer support, and sales.
Effective Centralization, Improvable Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I greatly appreciate the centralization of data and the reporting capabilities offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub. This centralization allows for a smooth and well-organized sales cycle management, all in an ergonomic manner, which greatly improves the efficiency of sales management. The easy-to-use reporting expands visibility on performance and supports informed decision-making. Furthermore, the initial implementation of HubSpot Marketing Hub went smoothly, further enhancing my satisfaction with its use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility in reporting could be better. For example, sometimes I need to cross more data or create a ratio on two different data points, and I can't do it directly on HubSpot Marketing Hub. I have to export the data and do the calculations in Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the centralization of data and the management of the sales cycle with HubSpot Marketing Hub, although increased flexibility in reporting would be desirable.
