Effortless Social Media Management with HubSpot Marketing Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate how we can automate and monitor all our social media engagement across various platforms from a single dashboard. As a social media manager, I have found HubSpot Marketing Hub to be extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend it to enterprises of any size. The best part is that it is very user-friendly. We use the platform every day, and it integrates smoothly with all the other applications we rely on.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product offers a wide range of features, and it does require some time and effort to fully understand how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I had to open each social media platform individually to post every day, and tracking engagement manually was quite challenging. Now, managing daily posts and overall social media activity has become much simpler. Most importantly, I can easily monitor engagement and plan my social media strategy more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive HubSpot Marketing Hub is, which simplifies the process for me considerably, even when transitioning from more advanced tools like Marketo. The help icons and drag-and-drop features make it extremely user-friendly, enhancing my daily tasks without unnecessary complexity. I also really appreciate the dedicated support HubSpot provides, as it's reassuring to know there’s help available when I need it. The instructional videos are a fantastic resource, and the HubSpot Academy content is extensive, covering everything in comprehensive detail, which helps me expand my skills and knowledge with ease. Overall, these features make HubSpot Marketing Hub not only efficient but also enjoyable to use, making it a tool I would highly recommend, as demonstrated by my high satisfaction score.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to feel a little bit junior compared to Marketo. Additionally, the platform could be enhanced by allowing for more complex logic building in automations.

I find HubSpot Marketing Hub intuitive with great support, automating emails for B2B effortlessly, while help icons and drag-and-drop features enhance usability.

What do you like best about the product?
It is complex, but it's also intuitive and once you have understood the HubSpot brain, it makes sense and you realise you can't operate in the same way without it!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a steep learning curve to enable all the features to work harmoniously with each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We has no way of monitoring our marketing impact before we started using HubSpot dashboards. We are now broadening our use by linking all campaign activity within HubSpot so we can improve what the data shows us through the dashboards. We are also looking to segment our prospect and client-base so we can market in the right way to people and organisations at different stages of their journey.

I especially find the webinars beneficial for learning how to make better use of HubSpot and understanding new features. The built-in workflows, landing pages, and blog capabilities, along with the integration of my website into the platform, allow me to effectively manage all aspects of marketing in one place. Additionally, the significant advancements in HubSpot Marketing Hub over the years have continually improved its usability and functionality. The ease of initial setup, facilitated by our internal team and support from HubSpot representatives, made transitioning to this platform smooth and trouble-free, enhancing our overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when scheduling social posts in HubSpot Marketing Hub, accounts often 'expire' and need to be reconnected, which is quite a hassle. Additionally, tagging people and pages in LinkedIn posts and setting up collaboration posts on Instagram requires going through the native platforms, which diminishes the efficiency of handling these tasks directly through HubSpot Marketing Hub. Improving these functionalities within the platform would enhance the experience.

HubSpot Marketing Hub centralizes our marketing efforts, allowing me to manage, track, and analyze performance effectively. Its comprehensive tools, resources, and webinars enhance our marketing strategies and streamline operations across email, social automation, CRM, and event marketing.
Convenient Multi-Platform Posting, But Needs Workflow Improvements

I genuinely appreciate the HubSpot Marketing Hub for its ability to create social media drafts for multiple platforms simultaneously, allowing others to review posts in one place before they go public. This feature streamlines our process significantly and enhances team collaboration. Scheduling posts in advance is another aspect I love, as it allows us to plan ahead effortlessly, making the entire process smooth and organized. Having the convenience of integrating HubSpot's sales tools with the email marketing capabilities in one platform is a game-changer for us. It enables us to send targeted emails to specific segments efficiently, which was challenging when using separate products like Buffer and Mailchimp. The consolidation of these tools into one platform reduces the hassle of switching between different applications, saving both time and effort. Additionally, the initial setup was manageable, meeting our expectations without being overly complicated. Overall, the functionalities and integrations of HubSpot Marketing Hub are valuable assets in streamlining our marketing activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the workflows in the HubSpot Marketing Hub problematic because they do not seamlessly integrate with other areas of HubSpot. I'd love to use the flexible layout for planning email series and other tasks, but currently, that's not possible. Another issue is the inability to approve and post directly from the campaign layout hub, limiting its use for our team. The inconsistency in tagging people and companies from LinkedIn is also frustrating—though useful when it works, it fails about half the time. Furthermore, I can't embed LinkedIn videos directly from HubSpot, which forces me to switch between HubSpot and LinkedIn depending on the content type, reducing the platform's overall utility. Lastly, the AI tools in HubSpot Marketing Hub don't meet our niche market needs effectively, which renders them less useful.

I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to avoid copying and pasting across platforms, create and review social media drafts, and schedule posts in advance. It integrates sales and email marketing, simplifying targeted email campaigns within a single platform.

its a beast of an app, many features. search tool is powerful to find things on backend. AI chat is great.

the rabbit hole goes deep. confusing how some locations are in the left nav column and some are under the gear icon (settings). be nice if one location to view all the available apps, like design manager and blogs

The analytics provided are top-notch, as they offer detailed insights into open rates, click-through rates, and conversion tracking, enabling me to refine my strategies over time effectively. I love the call-to-action features, as they are essential in guiding potential customers through the buyer's journey, driving user engagement, and encouraging action. The capability to clone previous campaigns and call-to-actions remarkably enhances efficiency by reducing manual efforts. It enables me to create content and schedule marketing emails timely, saving considerable time and ensuring a more strategic approach. Also, setting up HubSpot was exceptionally smooth, warranting a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Overall, my experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub has been overwhelmingly positive, and I confidently rate my likelihood of recommending it to others at a solid 10.
