What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub for its powerful automation capabilities. It effectively helps me in tracking sales leads and keeps me organized. The system's ability to maintain order and ensure I'm on top of tasks is incredibly beneficial. Additionally, I'm very satisfied with the overall experience as evidenced by my high recommendation score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have issues with the personalized notifications and follow-up notifications in HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to track sales leads and to organize my tasks effectively. It keeps me on top of things through automation.
Unmatched Customization and Powerful API Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so customizable if you put the time into it. I just discovered the API interface and love making custom apps to get the work done that my team doesn’t have time with. I would find it hard work without HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to find what features your plan has and the paths to upgrade. The pricing for some upgrade seem high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s an easy to use interface to get the marketing tasks done from a diverse team.

I really appreciate HubSpot Marketing Hub for its ability to effectively reach out to prospects and customers, fostering relationships and helping document these interactions seamlessly. The contact segments feature stands out for its utility in organizing and targeting our messages more accurately. I find the platform's interface exceptionally user-friendly, especially for creating emails efficiently and without hassle. Another impressive aspect is the NPS (Net Promoter Score) tool, which provides valuable insights into what our customers think of us, enabling us to understand and cater to customer feedback better. The initial setup of HubSpot Marketing Hub was straightforward and easy, making the transition from MailChimp smooth and hassle-free. Overall, these features combined make my marketing and sales activities much more cohesive and effective, and I am extremely likely to recommend HubSpot Marketing Hub to others, giving it a strong score of 10 out of 10.

I think it needs to add a feature that can auto validate contact lists.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how seamlessly it brings all my outreach, tracking, and engagement activities into one place. The workflows, email sequencing, and real-time analytics make it incredibly easy to understand prospect behavior and optimize my follow-ups. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and genuinely helps improve conversion quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that some advanced features -especially in automation and reporting-are locked behind higher tiers. As an SDR, I sometimes wish I had deeper visibility without needing add-ons. Apart from that, the platform works smoothly and is easy to adopt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline outreach by centralizing emails, workflows, lead tracking, and analytics in one place. It solves the problem of juggling multiple tools and gives me clear visibility into prospect behavior, which helps me prioritize better, personalize outreach, and ultimately book more qualified meetings with less effort.
Usable Platform, But Lacks Personal Impact for My Role
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Marketing Hub is not something involved in my day to day usage of hubspot, but the feedback from my team is that it works well and we enjoy the usability within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I know there is not any real drawbacks from using this part of Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automation side of things is where we get the most use out of hubspot marketing hub. We enjoy the "set and forget" functionality of engaging with people within our market before they engage as prospects.

I appreciate the simplicity and ease of use that HubSpot Marketing Hub provides. It's pretty straightforward to navigate, making my marketing tasks much more manageable. I love the seamless integration it offers for posting and scheduling my content across platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook all at once. This feature works quickly and efficiently, saving me a significant amount of time. Additionally, I find the scheduling feature incredibly useful for planning posts for the week, which helps me stay organized. The tool also provides an AI component, Copilot, which I occasionally use to enhance my marketing strategies.

This platform enables your marketing and sales process to run smoothly from the initial stage all the way to the final sale. It's impressive how you only need to set up each product once, and then you can simply watch as the leads start coming in.

i like how it is all in one, i like how it's easy to use in regards to email campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
i feel like sometimes, new fweatures dont make sense so with upper management thatis old, it's hard for them to navigate with whats new. the 'segment' list for example, why is the name changed? It took me going from person to person to helping them understand where the 'list' button was.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its helping us write emial cmapaigns, better than mailchimp's design. the new AI feature makes it easier to navigate where thigns are, and how i can automate worfklows.
